Response to your reply! First of all, you should communicate properly about your charges and policies and make customer aware of it. Second, if a customer purchase something because he/she likes the design or is under their desired weight then asking them to take a replacement is not acceptable specially after promising to fix it later. Third, i did get one of the rings re-sized on the same day i purchased which did not have reduction in weight but the one i got re-sized later reduced by 1.5gms which is significant No doubt you guys did waive 35 bucks (which i acknowledged earlier too) thank you for that however it was an unpleasant experience and will not come back and take back recommendation that I made to friends who are purchasing for wedding.

And there is no point in calling because you guys always have one or the other excuse to prove your point. You are a business we are not so we don't have that skill. Good luck with your business!

Beware! Very unpleasant experience. First of all, after spending couple thousand dollars, found out that the price was much more expensive than other stores in the same area. When i first went to purchase, they were very nice. They mentioned they would re-size the jwelery for free of cost at any later date. After I went there a month later to get the jwelery re-sized, they wanted to charge additional money they discounted after reminding them with back and forth conversation.

The girl who appeared to be one of the owners was very rude. She told in a very rude tone they cannot do it on Friday and weekends which they never told before. Finally they agreed to do it. When I went to pick up, they were not very welcoming. The same girl and the staff was murmuring something in their language. I got my jwelery measured, however after driving back 3 hours I am realizing they decreased the gold by almost 1.5 gms.

In the itemized receipt i thought the item being measured was 8.8 gms and the scale was showing 8.4 which i thought is ok. But the item i got re-sized was originally 9.9 gms and i got back 8.4 gms. My fault for not being stingy and trusting them. I should have taken more time to check. Lost money and peace of mind seeing their attitude. They pretty much made more than double of what they wanted to charge me for re-sizing. Extremely poor customer service. Will never purchase from this store again.

I came here to purchase a ring for my fiance and had a great experience. Sahil was an excellent person who helped us find the perfect ring! They even expedited our ring so we got on a day we were in Edison since we come from far away.

Excellent Jewelry Store. Recently we ordered Diamond Necklace and what we received was excellent piece with unmatched Quality & Customer service. The Owner Rachana Ji took extra effort to order the required diamonds for our set and also passed on all the discounts that were availed during the Christmas time and the result was a great set with excellent quality and a reasonable price. I just wanted to say that this is our first and last stop when it comes to Jewelry purchase. We are going to this place since last 20 years and no one visit was unpleasant. Great service! Good selection in a large showroom. Sunny and the 2 ladies were very attentive to our needs. We were initially looking for very small item like nosestud but they took good care of us. He also did a quick and clean nose-piercing for my friend

I went to Aabhushan Jewelers as my old engagement ring broke. First upon entering I noticed how friendly & welcoming the staff was. Immediately I knew this was the right store to help me. I had hoped to have my ring redone but could not decide on what I wanted. The owner Rachna patiently took the time to give me ideas & once she felt she knew what I wanted Sahil took over to design me the most stunning ring.

I was speechless when I saw it finished. (The first pic is my old ring & the other is the newly designed one). The photo doesn't do it justice it is so beautiful. I can't give Aabhushan Jewelers enough stars & I would highly recommend this business for their professionalism, knowledge & talent in jewelry design. They truly made me a "dream ring."

This place has really nice fashion for various types of jewelry at reasonable price. I got a nose ring at a style that I wanted as well as necklace and earrings. Staff was very friendly with helping me figure out the type of style I was looking for.

HIGHLY RECOMMANDED I bought one gold chain and one gold Bracelet from this store for my daughter on Diwali festival. They were very helpful to find out as per your choice. And I saw that each every staff member talking very politely with everyone. Please visit this store freely. Idiots who don't even know how to treat customers run this place. Imbeciles don't even care about what people want, ask they want to do is shove that piece of crap in your face and make a sale. For Christ's sake, please avoid this place. Their inventory is better than other stores around but be prepared to be treated like shit.
