Lucas and I had a perfect experience at Abby's! We did not have the intention of deciding on our wedding bands when we stopped by, but the service was so wonderful and professional that we ended up picking out both bands at our initial visit. One ring needed to be custom made and everyone at Abby's was very helpful with this order. They were also very accommodating with our pick-up times as we are not local to the area. Could not recommend them enough and wish we could go through the process again! Thank you!

Abby's is by far the most amazing jeweler in southwestern PA. They can completely customize your engagement ring and add an amazing extra touch to it. Just like they did for me. In passing, I told my boyfriend(now husband) that I would rather recycle a diamond than purchase a new one for an engagement ring. When he decided to propose to me, he and my mother took my grandmother's original engagement ring from the 1940s to Abby's and asked them to repurpose the diamond in her ring into a new setting unique for myself.
The workers at Abby's happily obliged and did so, creating me a unique white gold engagement ring with my Nana's original diamond and emeralds (my favorite gemstones) included into the setting. When he proposed to me at one of my favorite band's concerts, it was an absolutely incredible, magical moment, and the fact that a piece of my family's history was embedded into this ring made it all the more magical. Abby's is also a huge help if something were to ever happen to you or your ring.
About 6 months after we got engaged, I suffered a severe injury to my left hand that caused permanent swelling and nerve damage in it. Without any extra hassle and a minimal fee, Abby's quickly resized and repaired my ring to accommodate for this injury. I truly cannot tell you how much I appreciate what this company has done for me, and I will never shop at another jeweler ever again.

I've always loved shopping at Abby's. The sales department there is very knowledgeable and patient. I never feel pressured to buy, and I am always able to find great gifts for special occasions. They have a large selection of jewelry that is affordable, along with a wonderful, friendly staff. I recommend Abby's for anyone looking for great jewelry at great prices.

My (at the time) boyfriend went into Abby's to find the perfect engagement ring with an idea in mind. I had hinted at what I liked, but he didn't know if it was possible to be created. The owner and staff at Abby's take the time to make sure their customers are taken care of and beyond satisfied. My fiance was able to hand pick and examine the diamond.
It was so special for him to be a part of the process and not just going to a jewelry counter and choosing any ring. I have honestly never seen a ring as gorgeous as the one that I have and I am so thankful that we were able to go to a jeweler who cares and takes the time to make this such an amazing experience. Abby's Gold and Gems is the perfect place for fine jewelry, engagement rings, wedding bands, Brighton jewelry, and to sell your gold and silver. John and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and they go out of their way to make your shopping experience a pleasant one. We bought our wedding rings there almost 30 years ago and since then we have purchased other pieces of fine jewelry throughout the years.
