If you are looking for ANY kind of jewelry look no further. My fiance and I had the opportunity to work with not 1 but 2 amazing people at Adler's. My brother was raving about this place after he purchased my future sister in law's engagement ring so we decided to make an appointment for ourselves to see what the hype was about. Mike Joshi is one of the most calming and personable people we've ever met.

He was beyond helpful walking us through the process of getting our own engagement ring & helped my fiance pick the most stunning engagement ring I've ever seen. We recently came back for our wedding bands and got the chance to work with Irene. She was so patient and welcoming that we ended up buying our bands right then and there. I cannot say enough about this place but you will be in the best hands possible when making as big of a purchase such as your wedding rings! We won't be going anywhere else for our jewelry needs, EVER!

I have never been more impressed with the amazing customer service my fiance and I had from the moment I inquired about engagement rings to the final product. Irene was very personable and her expertise in the field made it very easy for her to understand exactly what we were looking for. She took her time explaining all the details it entails about engagement rings (although we did thorough research before stepping into a jeweler) and was very attentive to any questions we had.

On top of how special Irene made us feel, Adlers jeweler have various designers you can choose from or get ideas from and they can custom make anything you want! Now let me tell you the diamond we got was BEAUTIFUL! They have various types of diamonds to choose from but all you have to do is tell them what you are shopping for. Being reputable and honest was something I was worried about we wouldn't find when we started shopping around but Irene was transparent about everything and as I expressed my concerns she addressed them immediately. Finally, Just as every store is short staffed you need to plan ahead of time that getting the PERFECT ring will take some time.

For us we were not in any rush which timing was perfect because I personally was not going to rush anyone making my ring perfect. However, we were going back and forth with Irene and the designers on small details that needed adjusting and that took time. so plan ahead! FYI I was given recommendations to go to city which we did and we were immensely disappointed with the type of service we received in the city. Everything about our experience Adlers was amazing. Ellie the sales woman was beyond helpful and so sweet. She helped my fiance and I pick out the perfect ring and diamond and kept me updated every step of the way. I don't know where to start! Valerie was such an incredible delight. She made it so easy for my boyfriend to get the engagement ring I had had my eye on. They were even able to have the ring ready before Christmas (little did I know). It came out being the most beautiful thing ever. I had a fantastic experience with Andy at Adlers Jewelers. I was walked through and educated throughout the entire process of selecting an engagement ring. It really makes a difference when you are guided through the ins and outs and given the special attention and patience when selecting the ring that best fits your needs. The ring I selected was beautiful and this is why my family continues to go to Adlers!

I bought a diamond necklace here that I later discovered was obscenely overpriced. The customer service was terrible, the saleswoman very pushy, and the quality/workmanship of the piece was very poor. I went back to complain and got nowhere.

Irene was so helpful picking out the perfect engagement ring for my fiance and I! She helped communicate with veraggio to create a perfect ring for us! She communicates with her customers and makes the whole ring buying experience one I'll never forget. You can tell she loves her job! Christine at Adlers is INCREDIBLE! My husband worked with Christine to create my engagement ring- a beautiful champagne canary diamond- my DREAM diamond I had the pleasure to meet and work with Christine as we picked out our wedding rings- we had our hearts set on Tacori bands. She made the experience so fun and her knowledge and professionalism is exceptional! She also gave me the cutest bridal tote filled with goodies that I've been taking with me whenever I travel! If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. Do not go here. Rude women work and pretty sure they're racist. Never been to a place I wanted to spend my money and get turned away.

Christine is the absolute best. My family and I have been buying from her for many years, and not only does she have the best taste, she is efficient, suggests great choices, and feels like a a friend I've always had. Where do I begin!? Adlers Jewelers is high quality and class. I was introduced to this establishment about 2 years ago as I just moved to NJ 3 years ago. My fiance has been a customer for years which naturally has made me a loyal customer. My engagement ring was purchased here as well as the diamond wedding bands for my fiance and I. My experience while shopping each time was nothing less than excellent.

The customer service, the time and attention as well as the patience provided while shopping for the perfect piece of jewelry with Adlers definitely sets a standard for others to follow. My sales representative Christine is absolutely amazing. She is so warm and friendly. And just super nice. She is extremely knowledgeable and educates her customers on everything.

I have learned alot from her. She is now my go to for all high quality jewelry. I recently purchased my fiance birthday gift from her this past summer. With every visit she also takes the time to check in to ask how things are going personally and cleans me engagement ring. I just love it. Adlers helped me restore the perfect engagement ring and pick out the best diamond for my fiance. Andrew was very accommodating and friendly. He even stayed open later when I was stuck in traffic one day. Everything was very easy and informative. I highly recommend this place (especially Andrew).

My fiance and I visited Adlers Jewelers to look at their selection of engagement rings a few months ago. Irene helped us and she took her time showing me different types and allowed me to try a lot of styles on. She was friendly, patient and did not pressure us at all to buy anything. I found a band I liked and she recorded the specifics I wanted and said she would reach out with a quote within a few days.

We had an incredible experience working with Adlers to find the perfect engagement ring. Everyone was very welcoming and knowledgeable making the entire experience stress free and enjoyable. Andy and Ana spent many hours with my fiance helping him pick out the perfect ring. They invited us back after we got engaged and gave us an engagement gift bag. I'd like to give my sincere thanks to this jewelry store. I had an amazing experience here purchasing my wife's engagement ring, her wedding day earrings, and our wedding bands. Working with Jeff was great! He's a stand up guy, and cares about who he works with. Adlers Jewelers is a class act all around. From the second my girlfriend at the time and I walked in the doors, Adlers welcomed us with open arms. From window shopping to getting down on one knee, Christine did everything she could to make the experience nothing short of amazing. From spending countless hours making sure every little detail was perfect, to months later still checking in even if it's just to say "hi" she has gone leaps and bounds above what anyone could ever ask. Christine in conjunction with Andy not only made our engagement flawless but also gained a customer for life. Thanks to both of you again for not only a beautiful engagement ring and wedding bands but an everlasting memory.

I took a diamond and sapphire wedding band to get resized at Adler's. When I received the ring back two weeks later, I was shocked to see how poorly done the job was (see photos). The ring was uneven and no longer smooth or round, and there was an obvious point/tip on the band (see photos). Also, the width of the band was much smaller and thinner than my original ring even though the ring was sized DOWN two sizes.

The owner took the ring back to have the poor job they did corrected, which took another 10 days. To add insult to injury- the inscription on the inside of the ring of the jewelry designers name was gone after they took it back for the second time. Would never return or recommend!

After visiting several other jewelers of various reputations I was referred to Christine at Adler's and I knew immediately that this was where I wanted to purchase my then-girlfriend's engagement ring. I had a rough idea of what she wanted and Christine was super helpful and patient in explaining all the variables with the setting. She was also great about giving really good insights into the various tradeoffs in diamonds characteristics. Ultimately, I ended up with a great setting from Gabriel & Co and a triple-ex diamond that far exceeded my expectations. Christine really helped me get a diamond that was in my price range and ensure I paid for the characteristics that mattered while saving on on things that don't matter as much. Adler's is very picky about the diamonds they bring in, which is important because two identically graded diamonds can look very different depending on a number of factors.

You will probably pay a slight premium over sleazy "cash only" jewelers who operate out of dirty NYC shops, but it is well worth it. There are no concerns about actually getting the diamond you paid for set in your ring and the service is top notch. They also carry many high quality designer bands to choose from. You really cannot go wrong here. Oh, and for those wondering, she said yes;

Found an amazing wedding band here. Anna was so sweet and helpful. I had practically given up on finding a wedding band because nothing matched. And she let me try on about everything in the store, no pressure for hours. Finally I found something I loved. She was so nice and helped me find my forever ring. Great store. Great associates.

Needed to come here with my husband for a minor watch (Tag) repair, because the band had come loose. The gentleman that served him mentioned that the band had broken at an unusual spot, and as a result he didn't have the official replacement part. He was able to fix it though with an alternative piece. Service was friendly. And they fixed it within a few minutes, which was great.

Note that its really close to the train station, which would make it very easy to access after commuting home from work. Unfortunately they do close before 6, although I think they open late on Thursdays.

My fiance & I decided to go with Adlers after doing much of our homework esp since they have been around a long time. We had had even went to the diamond district in NYC initially thinking we were getting a good deal( total fail). I knew from the beginning that i wanted to go with Tacori for my engagement ring but was a bit indecisive on the style. Christine was our associate and she was easy to work with, not pushy, & very knowledgable. I came back a few times before i found my it ring & she was beyond patient. She helped us feel at ease throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this place!

My fiancee and I had done some research (mostly her--okay entirely her), so we decided to check out Adlers Jewelers, and immediately I was blown away with Andy and his knowledge of product and genuineness. As a guy, I was initially expecting several trips to various jewelry shops, and while I was growing more excited to soon be proposing to my then girlfriend, I couldn't shake thoughts concerning my overall budget and how I'd pull the whole proposal off and where.

I wanted it to be perfect. Andy from Adlers Jewelers made it perfect; the entire staff there was amazing. As soon as we sat down, my fears of pulling everything off melted away, and I realized I had an owner of a jewelry store (and certified gemologist) who cared about me and my fiancee's experience--so much so that he chose to stay for an hour longer than the store was open just to speak with us.

But a setback came when I totaled my car and broke my wrist a few weeks after meeting with him, a financial challenge for sure. Out of that event I actually chose to move up my proposal plan with a smaller budget instead of putting it off, but I needed Andy's help to make it happen; he bent over backwards for me. Andy, somehow, some way, assembled an even more beautiful ring than the one I had previously chosen on a larger budget.

Then he expedited its custom assembly to have it made in only two weeks versus the typical six. He took extra precautions to safely ship the ring, overnighted it--with the ring arriving several days before my proposal on Christmas Day at the Omni Bedford Springs. This was an incredible experience, and without Andy and Adlers Jewelers it wouldn't have been what it was. Thank you all so much!
