American Pawn & Jewelry

I would give it zero stars. I do NOT recommend this place. I was told $800 for my camera gear. The lady remembered the man saying $800-$900. I get there and the man goes through everything as slow as he possibly could. TWICE, inventoried it while I was waiting, and only gave me $640. I needed money for chemo and I feel like they ripped me off BAD!

The most important thing to me when I walk into a business, is customer friendly. It was my first time doing business at a Pawn shop and I was a little skeptical but they were nice, honest and helpful.

My experience was BEYOND anything I could've expected! They had EXACTLY what I was in search for, at an AMAZING price. The excellent customer service and personable employees were just a bonus. Really feels like family when you shop with them. My son and I thank you!

Friendly store staff. But Pitiful Business ethics. Made a price for a set of tools and said they would charge battery and I could come back later to verify they work; when I came back they refused to sell the item to me and tried to increase the price by $185.

I never shop at pawn shops, I just never think to. We stopped in here on a whim, just to look around and they are so nice! There are some lovely pieces of jewelry and a variety of other things. I had no idea pawn shops had sales, and they are having a sale! I did buy a bracelet, which was so nicely boxed for me. I can't get over how nice these people are!

At American Pawn &Jewelry I am treated like family. Never have I been made to feel less using their services. Mandie, Mr. W, Mike, Loretta and the rest of the group are kind and considerate people who will go above and beyond to help you out. I highly recommend American Pawn & Jewelry.

This is in my opinion the BEST Pawn Shop in Huntsville. I have been coming to this pawn shop for many years and have bought a lot from them. Their prices are already better than all the other pawn shops around but they will go that extra mile to make sure you have the best deal. They are a smaller pawn shop but don't let that stop you. They have jewelry, tools, electronics, collectibles, audio equipment, instruments, and more.

Not only are their prices great they often do sales for their merchandise too. I bought my wife's engagement ring here as my first purchase and when we upgraded it a few years later I got 75% of what I paid for it back which is just fantastic. The Staff are excellent and friendly. I recommend American Pawn & Jewelry for everyone as they are the BEST!

I have pawned or sold many items here during the last few years. They have always offered me fair prices and on a couple occasions given me more than I asked for. 2 weeks ago I was in a tough bind and needed some money for my unusually high utility bill; I came in to pawn a watch I own but they already had plenty and didn't believe they could sell mine if I defaulted.

Still though, they understood my situation and let me borrow the money I needed against my watch. I'm here to pick it up today and I couldn't be more appreciative. Great business, great people! I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Mrs. Loretta and the crew are very polite, friendly, generous, and make sure you are satisfy with your purchase. I thank Mrs. Loretta cause as everyone that works at American Pawn put customers first but she knows exactly my likes and dislike which not every jeweler take the time to know their customers likes and dislike. She takes her time with the customers and makes sure he or she are satisfy.

I been going to American pawn since they open and will continue to do so. They deserve more then 5 stars but that all they put on here. I highly recommend American pawn honest people it's hard to find jewelers this honest 90% just want your money. 100% recommended.
