If you have not been into this store, you are missing out! They are amazing! I have never had a bad experience and have been a customer for years! Steve, Teresa and their staff will handle your purchase with care. They will help you find the perfect engagement ring, anniversary gift, fix your jewelry if needed and or find the perfect gift for a loved one. I can't say enough and or thank them enough for all of the help over the years! I will start here when looking for any jewelry gift.

I went in to have my wedding ring inspected and cleaned. I was told that it badly needed repair and the quote was $225 to fix. It seemed high so I went to get a second opinion. I went to TWO other jewelers and was told my ring is fine. No repairs needed. My other experiences (watches and other jewelry) with them have been great but they have definitely lost my trust. Would not recommend without getting a second opinion

Plenty of great service! An incredible selection of jewelry on site; precious and semi precious stones in all styles and price ranges. Large selection as well in the engagement and anniversary section. Also has some vintage coins, call them to check on those. Parking can be tight, would not bring a truck/trailer in there. A nice variety of business in one convenient location. There seems to be enough customer turnover to allow someone to find a parking spot. Store is clean, well laid out and spacious!

Very impressed with this store and the staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable and a very fine selection of affordable and beautiful jewelry. And the gift wrap was perfect, thank you.

We came in with a ring that was 6 3/4, but we needed a 7 3/4.30 minutes before they were scheduled to close. They said they could do it, but that the turn around would take 2 weeks, and we needed it before our flight in two days. And they decided to make an exception, and asked Steve if he could work on it on the spot! He agreed, and did an absolutely beautiful job, it probably took less than 20 minutes, and then he brought it back cleaned and shined! I would definitely come back in the future, as it was just a quality experience. And they were all so friendly, and helpful!

These ladies (and Steve) ALWAYS take very good care of us! Wedding, birthday and anniversary presents all come from here! Thanks again!

I have gone here several times over the years. Teresa and Steve are great and will not only treat you right but really help you find what you are after. I went in today for a watch battery and they had it in stock and installed in minutes. Thankful for this local business and doing it right!

Had a wonderful experience with Bree. Bree took the time to go threw each pair of diamond stud earrings and look for screw backs. Though they only had 1 pair I was completely happy with them as they were a gift for our daughters.graduation. Bree was happy to do so and had a great attitude, thank you!

What a great family business! I was referred to Anderson's by another Jeweler in town because I needed the missing prong on my cherished family ring repaired. I went in on Thursday and explained that I would be going out of town in a few days and was there any way they could possibly do the repair before then. Teresa asked her husband, Steve, who does the repairs and he agreed to have the ring finished in time.

I was overjoyed! Much to my surprise I received a text the very next day stating my ring was ready! I went in and almost didn't recognize my ring. It looked brand new! To add to my joy, Teresa asked if she could clean my diamond wedding band. It, too, came back to me looking brand new! I had never done business with them before, yet they treated me like a long time customer and friend! I highly recommend them! Thank you Teresa and Steve!

They are the best of the best! That made me feel like Reese Whiterspoon in sweet home Alabama when he closed down the jewelry store for her to pick. I told them exactly what I wanted and after trying on everything in the store they sent us over to their consignment section and I fell in love with my ring. It took my fiance a few times going back in before purchasing it and they took such great care of him! Thank you for everything!

I visited Anderson's Fine Jewelry for the first time because I wanted a knotted necklace chain repaired. I walked into a clean, welcoming shop and was warmly greeted. I told the saleswoman what I needed and she unknotted the chain, neatly packaged it for me, and told me that it was free of charge. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I am grateful for the complementary service that was completed so speedily. I will definitely be back!

I just stopped in here to see if they would fix a non precious metal chain and I can't believe how kind they were! After being turned away at another jeweler (and they rolled their eyes at my necklace)~ Anderson jewelers made me feel so at home! I had my necklace fixed in under 5min and he refused to charge me! Fast and well performed ring resizing, I was very happy with the service. My mind rested easy knowing that my grandmother's ring was in good hands for this service. I've always kept it around because I loved it and it reminded me of her, but I couldn't wear it because it didn't fit me. Now I'll wear it, I think she would approve!

I asked around a lot (and got a lot of different suggestions) before taking rings in to be checked, cleaned, and repaired and ultimately decided to go with my gut, as well as my grandmother Ginger Strange's advice (she left us many years ago, but I remember her telling me there was no place better and that she trusted more) - she was a long, long time customer of Anderson's Jewelry in Redding, CA.

I made the right decision. I had a diamond replaced, prong work done, and my ring came back looking as awesome as the day purchased it 10 years ago. The other ring I had was beyond saving because it was not expensive and I can replace it cheaper than repairing it (lost stone was an odd size not readily available). I appreciated that they were honest with me about that. I highly recommend Anderson's Jewelry!

This is craftsmanship at it's finest. If you need a custom piece of jewelry made, Anderson's is it. I designed a custom ring and every detail down to the smallest carving and engraving was expertly executed. The recipient marveled at the intricate detail all done by hand. They also carry ready-made jewelry, but their expertise and experience is in jewelry design and custom pieces. The ring came out better than I expected, and in record time. True professionals!

I took several watches to have battery replaced. The staff is attentive and accommodating. The watches were done quickly and very price friendly. Even watches that are water resistant, Steve, watch repairman had no problem taking care of them. It was such a good experience I took 2 more. Thank you Anderson's.

New to Redding and looking for a jeweler to clean my yellow diamond set, my husband picked Anderson Fine Jewelers based on the reviews. Beautiful shop, personable and accommodating personnel. The jeweler cleaned our wedding rings as a complimentary service and most importantly, they were cleaned on site while we waited and looked around. I recommend this business if you are looking for a real jeweler and not a discount mart.

Wow! Excellent customer service! I needed to get my engagement ring sized, and after shopping around I went to Anderson's. They not only had the best price, but also the friendliest and most helpful staff. When I went back to the store, I was fortunate enough to be helped by the owner, Theresa. She was so awesome! She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

She had Steve, the jeweler, cut my ring while I was there to custom fit it to my finger. After learning I was newly engaged, she told me she would have my ring done by the next day! I told her I was leaving town that evening and wouldn't be able to pick it up the next day, then she asked me what time I was leaving and told me she'd have it done before I left town!

About an hour and a half later my ring was finished and I was able to pick it up, and it fit perfectly! I certainly had not expected to be wearing my ring that same day. Steve and Theresa went above and beyond and I will definitely use their services in the future! Highly recommend!

Great customer service, I got my ring back the next day after getting it sized. Jeweler is on site and interacts with you and gives you multiple options. Definitely will return.

Pros: Family owned and operated, nice when the owner is the jeweler. Quick Service, quality work done with laser not a torch (smoother welds). Cons: nothing comes to mind.

How do you choose a place to create a custom engagement ring? It's one of the most cherished and meaningful pieces a woman will ever wear and you want it to be perfect. My boyfriend (at the time lol) and I went to Anderson's and found the BEST people to help us create this piece! Teresa was absolutely phenomenal and we knew we could trust her with this very sentimental task.

The process to awhile, 3 months, but that was our fault not hers. She was unbelievably patient through our 8 changes we made to perfect the ring. My OCD tendencies made the process take longer than most, but the ring in the end was absolutely perfect. Being able to see renderings and even try on 3D molds of the ring along the way helped us create something truly wonderful!

I have posted a picture of the ring and my fiance right after he popped the question in Tahoe. I will post more that show the unique and intricate side detail once we take our engagement photos.my iPhone couldn't capture the stunning work they created for us!
