I worked with Andrew to have my ring custom designed by combining aspects of a couple rings they had in store into one gorgeous design. He and his team were wonderful throughout the process and through my own insecurities and self doubt. When the first ring came in, I was pretty disappointed with how the metal was crafted, as it wasn't what I envisioned even with seeing wax models etc. Andrew and Victoria were incredibly supportive and reassured me they wanted me to be completely satisfied and happy with the design. Andrew offered at no extra cost to melt down the ring and recraft it himself in store.

He was meticulous with the metalwork design as he knew how important that was to me. The ring came out BEAUTIFULLY and I was so thrilled. I grow to love it more and more each day, just like my love for my partner.

Everyone is so friendly at Andrew's Jeweler! Such a great place. I took my ring in due to a loose diamond and it's as good as new. Looks just like it did the day of my wedding 12 years ago. I wish I could remember the woman's name who took care of me, but she's outstanding! Andrew's is a place that can be trusted tenfold and just feels like home. I won't be going anywhere else!

I had to have my wedding ring cut off my finger due to swelling. The ring was badly damaged. But Andrews did a great job fixing it and it is as good as new. I was very happy with the service.

Had the best experience at Andrew's! Nicole was awesome and so helpful when trying to find my wedding band. I had to get a custom band to fit my engagement ring and she kept me updated on the progress every step of the way. Absolutely love the way it turned out all thanks to Andrew and his team!

This was my first experience at Andrews Jewelers. Victoria helped me design a ring using my own loose sentimental diamonds. She was amazing throughout the whole process! Andrew took my design and made a wax copy for my approval before setting my diamonds. I just picked it up today. It is breathtaking and far exceeded my expectations! From the second I walked in the door the first time, Andrew's just felt DIFFERENT. Friendly, welcoming and NOT at all stuffy. I worked with Nicole on a couple different pieces including a beautiful custom engagement ring! The professional and knowledgeable team at Andrew's made me feel like family and provided easily the best overall customer experience I have ever received from a jeweler. This jeweler took the time to listen, (TRULY LISTEN) to what our budget was and help us find exactly what we wanted. Compromise is considered to be where each party walks away somewhat dissatisfied: I don't believe this word exists in Andrew's Jewelers vocabulary. In what seemed to be an endless search for statement-worthy wedding bands, Andrews was one of five places we visited.

We were greeted by Victoria who was warm, energetic, and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable without talking down to us. We were searching for matching men's wedding bands but were overwhelmed by the literal million options that exist. Having a few ideas in mind we stopped at Andrews and were treated like best friends instead of patrons. We decided to have them create a pair of custom wedding bands.

The process was amazingly smooth; we never felt pressured into making a decision we were not comfortable with and we were never hassled with unexpected costs, fees, or charges. Once we chose our design, in less than two weeks we approved models that showed us what our rings would look like. Less than three weeks later our rings were cast, and we went in to confirm sizing.

Three days later our stones were set and the bands polished. The quality is amazing! Each step was communicated to us which guaranteed the end result was perfect. The entire process was effortless and we could not be happier with the results or prouder to wear these rings that are an outward symbol of our love.

Andy and Nicole were amazing! I stopped in to surprise my wife with upgrading her ring, and from the second I walked in, they were super accommodating and friendly. They helped to make sure not only did I have the perfect ring, bit also worked with me to help keep it a surprise and made sure everything was perfect for the big reveal! They brought in stones from an outside source to make sure I was 100% happy and my moment was perfect! I will not go anywhere else and neither should anyone else! I'm a customer for life! I had a horrible experience with another jeweler, who basically ruined the look and brilliance of my engagement ring after making what I thought was a simple repair. I had no idea what to do. I didn't trust this jeweler to try to fix it after what he had done, so my sister recommended I go see Andrew. She had been in the past was thrilled with what he was able to do for her.

The first attempt to fix my ring was close but it still needed some work. Andrew worked with me based on my description of what the ring used to look like (which wasn't easy) and designed a brand-new head that would sit higher on the band so you could actually see my diamond. I picked up my ring this past weekend and I can't even express how over the moon excited I was when I saw it.

It was restored to its original brilliance. I sat in my car and just stared at it (and cried a little). Andrew and his staff went to amazing great lengths to make me happy for someone else's mistake. I am pretty sure you won't find that kind of service just anywhere. Thanks Andrew and Staff!

This place is a joke. Absolutely terrible manager and service. They broke NY Pause back in April and operated when they were supposed to be closed. To put the public's health at risk is awful. The store then attacked people on social media after they were called out for their improper actions. This speaks volumes about this business and you should never support them. Take your cash elsewhere.

We had an absolutely fabulous experience with Andrew's Jeweler's, there is no doubt that this is where we will return if we have further jewelry needs. Ben was with us the entire time and Victoria helped out as well. Both were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. My husband and I were unfortunately there as my wedding ring had been lost at work and it was time to replace it.

We went in knowing very little (it had been 14 years since we talked diamonds) other than the approximate diamond size, price range and an idea of what I wanted for a setting. I felt completely overwhelmed when we first walked in as there are SO many choices. Guys and gals who are proposing to their future spouse have a way harder time than we know!

After giving Ben an idea of what we wanted he made it happen and it went much quicker than I expected. Especially since when we walked in most of my answers were " I don't know!" Between him and Victoria we got exactly what I wanted in my ring. The were great at showing us the difference in diamonds both in front of us and on the iPad presentation.

We finished up and promised to have my stone placed in my setting by the end of the next business day. I was thrilled to get the call from Ben at 1100 the next day letting me know it was ready. If possible he got me even more excited about my ring when i got there. He and Victoria are huge assists. We are so grateful that we chose Andrew's, everything was perfect from start to finish. No pressure sales and a friendly, knowledgeable associates make this the perfect place to find your diamond.

Andrews did a great job repairing my pearl necklace after the safety clasp broke. They replaced the sterling safety clasp with a stronger white gold version that otherwise looked almost identical to the ornate clasp that had broken. The ladies in the store are very friendly, bright, happy and helpful. I would highly recommend!

I truly love working with this jewelry store! Erica and the staff are so sweet, and they go above and beyond. I left the store feeling like family! I would highly recommend this jeweler to anyone who is looking to buy an engagement ring!

If you are in the market for a high end custom ring these folks do a great job. They imported multiple pink diamonds for me to choose from. Purchased a few things from them. They do have rings for all budgets. Customer service was great as well! Owner often on site.

I was born and raised in WNY. I currently live in NC. I have purchased from Andrew's when I lived back home and I still currently purchase from there today. I am as frugal as the next, I always shop around before I purchase anything. When it comes to jewelry, I find myself always coming back to Andrew's Jewelers.

I can't say enough about Andrew and his staff. If only everything was as easy as working with them. Erica is a wonderful person who made this such a great experience. Purchased both engagement and wedding bands from Andrews and I look forward to a lifelong relationship with them. Can't say enough great things about how they treat you as a customer.

Jewelry is a large investment so when I am shopping for good pieces I prefer a store with a knowledgeable staff that sells a collection of brands from popular designers and manufacturers. At Andrew's I find the best selections, a knowledgeable staff, a great warranty and, most importantly, great customer service. Ask for Erica, she is very knowledgeable and asks all the right questions to help get you to the selection that is perfect for you. I highly recommend the quality and service at this store!

My husband bought my engagement ring from Andrews, and we were so pleased with the service and final product that we of course returned to Andrews to purchase our wedding bands. We worked with Jason who was beyond accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. We live out of town so when we returned to pick up our wedding bands the day before our wedding and my husband's did not fit, Gina saved the day and was beyond accommodating in allowing us to exchange his band for a larger size. We will never go anywhere else for any jewelry purchases or repairs, and I cannot thank Andrew's Jewelers enough for helping to make our wedding day so special!

Originally we went here to look at Verragio settings for my engagement ring. At that time, we realized those settings would be out of our price range. I don't remember who helped us that day, but when we told them those settings weren't within our budget, they quickly directed our attention to some of Andrew's BEAUTIFUL settings. I like a different style ring and we found THE perfect ring.

I get so many compliments on it. When we went back for our wedding bands, they accommodated us by making my band fit my engagement ring (because it was a unique design) and were honest with what my husband should get considering he can't wear his band at work and wasn't looking for anything "fancy". The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I've since highly recommended Andrew's to friends and family and will definitely be going back for future purchases! Thanks Andrew and staff!

Thats the point! Every prong did NOT need to be replaced! That where you guys were trying to rip me off! I will not come speak with anyone there as I would never step foot in the store again and I will continue to let people know your business mentality

I've shopped at Andrew's for years.every time I walk in I'm greeted with a smile. I typically deal with Gina or Andy, however my last visit I had the pleasure of working with Sarah. While there Andy dropped in-on his day off I believe- he immediately shook mine and my father in-laws hand and took time to talk with us-about 45 minutes or more-after deciding ring type and style for the mother's ring I was purchasing for Mother's Day, the one catch was having it in time (5 day time crunch)- Andy and his staff said they would do what needed to be done to make sure I had it in time.

I was pleasantly surprised to get a call a day early letting me know the ring was ready. When I went to pick it up Andy personally met me at the front door and went to get the ring. While I waited I was offered a refreshment.great touch! I can't tell you how great it is to have a jeweler that is as dependable as Andy and his staff. I've shopped there the last 11 years and will continue to go there another 11 years plus.

Knowledgeable (GIA-trained) and courteous staff, wide selection, and reasonable prices. I've purchased a bracelet and wedding bands from Andrew's in the past, and had a great experience both times.

DO NOT GO THERE! My bf and I decided to drop by on a saturday afternoon since we are starting to ring-shop. Mark was the one who greeted us - he did not seem knowledgeable and gave us a lot of "I don't know" answers to our questions, and just from a few days of online research almost made me feel like I was a lot more knowledgeable than he was!

He was also condescending the entire time. They did not have any diamonds that I was looking for in the store, so he printed a sheet and told me to pick some out that met the specs I wanted, which I did. Then I picked out the setting I wanted and I wanted to know exactly how much it would cost to be made in platinum - which he did not know and didn't seem to care to find out, just kept giving us a roundabout number.

Then near the end, he told us that he could only maybe bring in a couple of the stones out of the ones that I picked out, and that a small refundable deposit would be needed. OK, we were fine with all of that so far (despite the condescending attitude and all of the I DON'T KNOWs). then he proceeded to tell us that once we take a look at the stones, and that if we like one of them, then we need to buy. Basically, that they do not want to waste their time and effort bringing them in to show us if we were not going to buy.

The owner - Andrew, was sitting right there as this all went down. Needless to say - it was SUPER TACKY and we will never return nor will we ever recommend them to anyone. In addition to that, after looking around some more - they are also the MOST EXPENSIVE! BY FAR! So do yourselves a favor and never set foot in there. If you are looking for a local Buffalo jeweler, I would highly recommend Birzon Jeweler on Niagara Falls Blvd.

They do not have the glitzy glamorous storefront or expensive displays, but Howard is extremely knowledgeable and will be ready to EDUCATE you on diamonds instead of trying to SELL them like a typical car salesman by telling you whatever you want to hear. Way to go Andrew, you just lost yourself a 20k sale. And I have NO IDEA how it is that you have so many highly rated reviews on Google - I can only assume that they're all friends and families or people that you have offered deep discounts for writing them.

Despite my hatred for having to create yet another social media account, I actually forced myself to create a google+ account just so i could write a review to counteract all of those fake "amazing" reviews that were on google.

Awful service (waited for 10 minutes upon entering while standing at the counter, yes they were with other customers, but didn't even get an acknowledgment), R&B & Rap music playing throughout the store, the owner walking around in jeans, t-shirt, and hat - dressed like a teenager. High pressure sales, kept trying to sell us on what "they" liked (ie: "oh this is what I like, take a look at this" over and over, and nothing like what we were looking for.

Construction debris laying out, no attempt to conceal. The consultant repeatedly said they don't discount their prices for any reason because they are already marked down, & it wouldn't be fair to other customers. When we told her another shop had the same ring and was offering it at less, she said maybe she could make a phone call & see what they could do (so much for no negotiations on the price).

When I asked about coupons or promotions she said they absolutely don't participate in anything like that, I then showed her the Yelp Check-in deal for $100 off instantly, and she became speechless and stuttered on about their costs of running a business etc etc. (seriously?). By this point we were done listening to the lies & inconsistencies. Won't be back.

Outstanding experience, exactly what we were looking for. Made finding an engagement ring very easy and enjoyable. Only negative was that it took 3 weeks longer for the ring to arrive than the date we were initially told. I would still recommend though.

I can't say enough how GREAT Andrews Jewelers was in my process of purchasing an engagement ring. I was in a real sticky situation where I had a local artist tell me 3.5 weeks before my engagement that she wasn't "skilled" enough to finish the ring we were designing. I was devastated! So in my searches on the internet, i KNEW that Tacori was the ring that I wanted and when I saw it on Andrews Jewelers site, it was perfect.

The staff were personable and worked with me every step of the way to ensure that it was perfect, made on time and the way I wanted it! I can't thank them enough for EVERYTHING that they did for me and I would recommend them for anyone.
