I've twice now had the opportunity to make purchases from Ann, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service or the product. Both times, because I am a man, I decided at the last minute to buy some custom jewelry as a gift and called Ann; both times, despite a tight deadline, she came through with days to spare. On each occasion she listened to what I had in mind, made recommendations, and took the time to explain the nuances of things like diamonds and gold that I honestly had no idea about, making sure she understood exactly what I wanted, and, more importantly, that I understood exactly what I was buying.

And both times, the final product was spectacular and greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend Ann to anyone looking for a gift or something for themselves, and will absolutely be visiting her again.
