EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAFF VERY PERSONABLE! VERY REASONABLE! Brought my watch in to repair the band which had a catch in it. Not only did Mike repair that problem, he repaired the prong next to it as it was also beginning to show signs of pulling away from the face of the watch. I've been here before for other small things & will certainly return!

Anne Dale jewelers resized my engagement ring, and crafted my wedding band. My wedding band was made from some of my late grandmothers diamonds. They were so kind, patient, allowed me to meet with them multiple times, and just made it perfect! Now I have a band that looks amazing with my engagement ring. Thank you!

The staff were courteous and helpful! I asked for a custom necklace and they finished it faster than anticipated. They even texted me to let me know.

Working with Mr. Mike and Mrs. Anne has been a complete dream! We went in to them after having an absolutely terrible experience with another "jeweler", and they were immediately very friendly and very helpful. The ring we designed for my engagement band was not exactly what I had imagined. but BETTER! They were even willing to help us design the ring so it didn't exceed the budget we had set.

We went back recently to commission our wedding bands, and my fiances' band came out just how he wanted it! Anne Dales will be our go-to jewelers for as long as they're around!

10 years ago when my husband as I first married, we had a custom ring made from my mom's tennis bracelet. For our 10 year anniversary, we had this upgrade made! This is my dream ring. My experience at Anne Dale was amazing. I went in and was able to talk to Mike, and he basically broke down everything for me when it came to picking out or creating an engagement ring. From the start I could tell he wasn't there to just sell me a ring. He made sure I made a complete and informed decision with what I was moving forward with. They were able to incorporate the main diamond from my girlfriend's (now fiance) grandma's engagement ring, and the final product came out beautiful. Mrs. Anne and Mr. Mike were so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They also resized the ring after I ordered the wrong size (of course I did), and my fiance only had to give up her ring for a few hours. I can't recommend them enough.

AMAZING local jeweler. They were able to help my now husband reset a diamond into the perfect engagement ring setting. Needless to say, it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I absolutely love it. Anne and her husband are always so friendly and helpful every time we went into their store. I highly recommend them for all of your jewelry needs!

I couldn't have imagined it would be so beautiful, far better than it was before without losing its original style and look. High recommend. The local, family connection is worth it. They care about you as a member of the community, not just a customer. They clean my ring anytime I come in and they're always extremely fast and efficient.

We had an AMAZING experience at Anne Dale Jewelers. We visited several jewelers and realized within 5 minutes at Anne Dale that we would buy my engagement ring there. Mike is incredibly friendly, patient, and willing to explain all of the details needed when choosing a diamond. Mike worked with my fiance to bring in several different diamonds and was able to create a custom ring that is exactly what I wanted. I can't say enough about how easy and comfortable the process was. With this being such a big purchase, it gave us peace of mind. We'll be back for our wedding bands!

Anne Dale Jewelers are a great family owned company! My wedding ring and engagement ring are gorgeous. My husband loved working with Mr. Michael to pick out a perfect ring set for me. I as well love coming here to get my rings cleaned and have them maintained. The Dales are always so helpful!

I am very impressed with their service and quality of work. I came into the shop just before Christmas to have my rings resized. I was told they were very busy due to the time of year and that my rings may not be ready until after the holidays. I was perfectly fine with that since my rings were purchased elsewhere many years before and they weren't a Christmas gift.

The jeweler took the time to explain what he needed to do to my rings in order to resize them due to my rings having a complicated setting. To my complete surprise, my rings were resized quickly and ready before Christmas! They did a fantastic job! I will definitely be back!
