Emailed a question through their website, and they were super responsive and helpful. Took in my wife's ring to get appraised for insurance purposes. The staff there was very courteous, professional, and answered all my questions, even though I didn't buy the ring from them. The jeweler even gave me some tips on the insurance. Will definitely go back and do business with them!

Angelo is the BEST! He designed a custom engagement ring almost 4 years ago with my now husband and it is the ring of my dreams! When a small diamond fell out of the halo (a commom thing that happens especially with princess cut center stone) I gave him a call, and even though we no longer live in state, Angelo remembered us, fixed the ring and got it back to us safely and looking brand new! I cannot recommend him and his team enough! They are masters of their craft!

We had such a great experience with Angelo creating my engagement ring! We live an hour away from Sacramento and after getting super high quotes from other jewelers near us, we came to him with the design I wanted and inspiration pictures to show him my vision. He gave us the estimated price and it was actually under our budget! After approving the computer rendering of my ring (which he got perfect on the first try), it took about a month for my ring to be finished. It's so beautiful and perfect for me!

This is my 2nd time having a ring repaired here. Their service is exceptional and the staff is friendly and very helpful.

Such a great place! I had a full round of experience with Arden Jewelers; appraisal, resizing and cleaning, sold jewelry directly, and sold on consignment. They are passionate, friendly, sensitive, and personal. The space is warm, simple, and well organized. They have an amazing, yet not overwhelming, collection of antique and vintage jewelry, and can help you with anything!

They also have modern collections, and lots of birthstone pieces for event gifts or what have you; you're guaranteed to find something, no matter your budget. If you're in the market, this should be your first stop.

We went to many different jewelry stores while shopping for engagement and wedding rings and this was definitely our favorite store and where I ended up buying my rings. We were mainly helped by Eva and Angelo and both were very friendly and knowledgeable and patient with all of my endless questions! They also educate you about stones and quality and gave us a paper to keep as a reference guide which was very handy. Angelo who I believe is the owner and designer told me that they use only ethically sourced stones and gold and they even reuse a lot of gold to help save the Earth.

Very eco-friendly! They have a large selection including Mark Schneider jewelry which was really beautiful. They are also able to do custom rings and have some already made custom rings ready for purchase. They are not pushy or pressuring you to buy something. It is a fun and relaxed experience! I like supporting this small family-run business rather than the larger jewelry stores.

I will continue to come here for all of my jewelry needs. They also buy jewelry, do jewelry repair and cleanings. Parking is easy in their parking lot. I highly recommend this store!

I could not sing enough praises for Arden Jewelers. Angelo was a recommendation from a family friend when I got engaged. He designed my engagement ring, our wedding rings, necklaces, etc. We have worked with them for years. They designed my soon to be sister in law's engagement ring. They are great communicators and a family business, that I enthusiastically (obviously) support over any other jewelry shop.

I have been overjoyed with their level of service and commitment to their clients. You will not be disappointed. They have gone above and beyond a stellar level of service for us.

Quiet a drive but Ardens had such good reviews! Their web site so informative and welcoming. A family business for 30 years and now the "kids" have gone into the business. Angelo is the gemologist, also has a creative side and designs jewelrey. His brother also creative does the web site that's informative with a bit of humor.and takes care of the back end of the business.

We had many pieces of jewelry to inquire about. Just so you know. No costume jewelry! Angelo was very informative and straight forward. (I appreciate that!) A few years ago my Aunt and I attended my Cousins wedding and brought our families wedding bracelet, it has been worn by the women in our family on their wedding day for generations! It's a beautiful gold bracelet with a heart clasp that locks with a tiny skeleton key. Usually my Grandmother would be in charge of the bracelet however she was unable to attend due to her severity of Alzheimer's. Needless to say my Aunt and I where in charge neither one of us new what to do with the key after we locked it on my cousins wrist!

So I suggested just leave it in the lock of the bracelet! So my Aunt did! It was lost and never found! My Aunt was so upset and in full panic to have to tell the family we lost the key. She happened to come across Arden Jewelers and noticed all of the great reviews so she decided to call, when she called them they said bring the bracelet in and will see what they can do! Amazingly he was able to recreate the key!

Now our family can continue the tradition wearing the bracelet on their special day! My Aunt was so impressed she referred me to Arden Jewelers when I was looking for a very specific ring for my husband! Sure enough they had what we where looking for! They ordered the ring and received it with in a few days! We had to have it sized up which was also done in just a few days!

We are so happy with the ring and the service we received that we will be returning soon to have custom pendants made and to have links added to my husband's gold chain! Thank you Arden Jewelers for such great service! See you soon

We love this jeweler. We got out of our way to go there for repairs as no one has done a better job at a better price. Please take my word for it. They are the best most personal small jeweler we have ever been to.

Very happy with the service. Got a silver tennis bracelet for Christmas it was too big. Arden Jewelers said they could have it done in a week. (I was excited about the quoted time as other places said 4 weeks). Instead it was done next day. I am so happy. Side note: Eva is so friendly both on the phone and in person.

Had to get some earrings repaired. They dud a great job and were very helpful. I would recommend them for their work and customer service.

Disclaimer~ review is for customer service. While joking about being "betrothed, " my boyfriend asked what kind of ring I would want. Not sure if it was this question or my lack of jewelry knowledge, but I had no answer other than "something sparkly." Lucky for me, boyfriend's mom offered to take me to a jewelry store to look at rings. She chose to go to Arden Jewelers, where again I lucked out by having Sandy help us. Sandy was so patient with us, explaining the different types of band settings, metals and diamond cuts, while also showing/ providing examples for me to try on.

I felt very comfortable (and safe, she wiped down surfaces when sizing my ring finger). Not sure where (or when) my boyfriend will be purchasing the ring, but I know two things for sure: the ring I want and a recommendation for a solid local jeweler (who seem committed to their customer's satisfaction!).

Friendly customer service but did not offer the most $$$ for my gold sale Look around for a higher return. I think he thought I was impressed with his offer. Not!

After months of working with another jeweler to have a custom band made to match my wedding band and getting absolutely no where I was introduced to Angelo at Arden Jewelers. Angelo and his team heard my request and saw my vision. They took time to listen and confirm we were all in the same page before moving forward. They took the time to addressed every question and concern.

I would absolutely recommend Arden Jewelers to anyone for custom work. Its not easy to create bands in a "wave" rope motion and get them to fit with sharp trillion lines. They did it and my wedding ring is now complete a beautiful. Thank You Angelo!

I recently inherited my great grandmother's pre-1930's era engagement ring. Not only were they able to size my ring up with a very old band that was very delicate, but they removed an ugly sodder mark from a previous resizing. The price of this service was very affordable and included a cleaning. Arden Jewelers by far exceeded my expectations.

I was blown away when I got my ring back. They were able to make a near 100 year old ring look almost brand new and sooo sparkly! Very fast and friendly service, my ring was done in about 24 hours. I wish I had taken a before picture so I can really show off the transformation. What they did to this ring was amazing!

OMG! Angelo the gemologist is the bomb! Not only did he help me re-size my engagement ring to 4.5 from size 7 with same day service (actually done in 4 hours!) for a reasonable price but he also helped me find the perfect setting for my mom's jade. Sentimental piece since she past away a year ago and this was best way to commemorate her. The original setting was outdated, gawdy looking and had damaged prongs. Angelo helped me find a unique setting that could hold stone properly! Thank you Angelo for making this a fun and memorable experience! I love my rings!

Highly recommend! I had my ring resized (made smaller) and the back still looks perfectly polished and smooth, as if that's the size it came as. Amazing customer service, quick, and so happy with results! Will definitely be going back if I ever need jewelry service.

I absolutely LOVE this place! The same super friendly, honest, sweet, and very respectful guy has helped me every time i have been in this store, and i absolutely could not appreciate him more! Seriously Angelo and Stephen are the best there is in the business. They're local which is a huge seller and they know what they're talking about. If you're in town and want a place who can help you resize your ring at an affordable price but with friendly top customer service. This is a must go to place! Definitely coming back in the future. I had to sell some jewelry to pay bills. I want around in the Sacramento area and found 5 places that buy jewelry. The lowest offered $100 and the highest Arden Jewelers offered $625. By the way the next highest was $600 the others were in the $300 range. Even though the people at Arden were nice and knowledgeable it was because they paid me more money that I sold to them.
