I wanted to share one of the BEST customer service experiences I have ever had. I have worked with the public for over 20 years and this experience blew me away. We went to Tombstone in July of 2021 for my husbands 50th birthday, we walked the streets of tombstone and bought quite a bit of jewelry from both of Arlene's shops. Customer service was great at that time but that is not what I am writing about.

We had been home a few months and my daughter called me from work one night crying hysterically about the ring I had bought her at the shop in Tombstone. It was 9PM in CA on October 14th, this poor girl would not stop crying. She said someone had stolen it. I was at a loss, I immediately went to the website and sent an email stating what had happened.

To my surprise I received a response back at 9:41PM from the owner of the company! He stated he would help me in getting her a new ring. The next morning he sent me pictures of the rings they had that looked very similar to the one that was stolen. Once we picked the new ring I was able to call and pay over the phone and the girl who answered knew exactly who I was and why I was calling.

She took my payment and the ring arrived at my home a few days later. My daughter was so excited, she wears the ring EVERYDAY and I will be forever thankful for the excellent customer service that Arlene's employees and the president gave in helping me get a new ring for my daughter. Really top notch!

What a wonderful experience! My husband and I stopped by Tombstone and stumbled upon this great art gallery. My husband spotted a pretty cool grizzly bear head sculpture by Matt Buckley, but decided against buying it. A week later, he told me he regretted it. So I googled the gallery and called to make sure I got the right one and see if I can buy it over the phone and have it shipped as a surprise for him.

The owner actually happened to live in my area in Tucson! Instead of making me pay shipping, he offered to meet me at a supermarket near me on his way from work to hand it to me. Had it the very same day I just happened to inquire about it! Excellent service. I looked up the sculpture online and was happy to also see the gallery did not overcharge me at all.

I realized he's also the one that sold a belt to my husband at a different store (I guess he owns multiple businesses in Tombstone) and was very friendly, honest, and patient during our shopping experience, so not surprised he went out of his way for the sculpture! I actually replaced a figurine on top of our fireplace with the bear to see how long it'll take him to notice it. So far, he hasn't seen it at all.

My husband and I are on a road trip from Nashville, TN. Tombstone was one of our stops in between Big Bend National Park and the Grand Canyon. We spent one day in the town which mostly consisted of walking in and out of all of the shops browsing and trying to knock some Christmas shopping off of our list. My husband loves to collect art when we travel and he was super excited when we walked into this store.

We both had coats on, as did most of the people walking through the shops as it was cold outside yesterday. Every single shop owner and employee we had encountered throughout the day was incredibly friendly and kind. When we began browsing through this shop, the employee proceeded to follow us around the store. We thought, at first, that she was just being overly helpful.

I had picked up two small items to purchase and the employee quickly made it over to me and asked to take the items to the counter. My husband and I both thought that was odd and, again, shrugged it off. She continued to follow us and ask if we had any other questions. At this point, we assumed that she thought we were there to shoplift. I have never had an experience like this in my entire life and I have certainly never shoplifted.

Regardless of her attempts to rush us out of the store, I continued to look at pieces that I hadn't yet seen and the employee approached me to point out items that were "cheaper" even noting "look, this one is only $6".my husband and I are both young professionals and, considering we've been on the road and living out of suitcases for a week now, I still thought we were dressed in a way that would warrant a little dignity.

We made a $30 purchase and left the store. Honestly, I regret that we even spent that much money after the way we were treated. I have never written a Google review for a store before but this experience was bad enough that I thought I should share it.

I first discovered Arlene's while frequenting Tombstone years ago. Their selection is incredible and their staff is beyond knowledgable and friendly! With such a wide selection, it's an amazing place to shop for gifts or your own personal collection. Also so respectful of Tombstone's history and committed to celebrating the community, Arlene's is a true gem in the Southwest.

From patron to partnership, I now have the distinct pleasure of working with Arlene's on various projects. The owner, Adam is not only kind, but incredibly quick to respond in all matters of business. Proactive, passionate, and personable are only a few descriptors that come to mind. If you live in, are visiting the Tombstone area, or just looking for something unique online, I urge you to check out Arlene's. You won't be disappointed!

One of the greatest selections of Native American Jewelry and Art. We visited with Sue about two years ago and we spent way to much money on beautiful Jewelry. During Covid-19 we reached out to Sue and told her what we had in mind and she promptly sent us examples. We purchased more. Beautiful products and AWESOME SERVICE! When in Tombstone AZ. do yourself a favor and visit Sue and this wonderful store.

Neat place with a lot of cool authentic items. I love that their stuff comes from artists and not factories in China. The process were reasonable. I think there are cool items for any budget. The staff was friendly, also.

They were very helpful. So much cheaper then most places I shopped. My son bought Kichina doll for me so much cheaper then other place and better details. My hubby bought a Koccoplie statue 1/2 the price then what the Navaho sells.

High quality Native American jewelry. For serious customers. Spacious and beautiful displays. They also carry colorful bags, pottery and other decorative items.
