I can't recommend Arnoldi Jewelers enough! I had checked out a few other places in the area prior to choosing Arnoldi and it was absolutely the right choice. I had my engagement ring resized here and they were kind, thorough, and did a fantastic job. They were faster than I had expected and their pricing was very fair. They also can do quarter sizes. We certainly plan on coming back here in the future!

Came here for a wedding band that needed resizing. They were very helpful in finding the new size and had a very quick turnaround time for the service. Picked up a well fitting and beautifully polished ring and had a nice chat with the owner and his son. Great local business!

Their jewelry repair service is very good, price much better than others, and faster turnaround time.

Super friendly service! I had some old watches that needed new batteries and new bands. Arnoldi had nothing in my meager price range, but even when I did not make a purchase, I felt valued.

I banged my engagement ring against the counter which caused impact to a prong and unset the center round stone in its halo setting. I called Arnoldi's on a Tuesday afternoon, was able to walk in that same day and get a straightforward and detailed evaluation on the spot. My ring came back in perfect shape in a matter of days - the same week!

A nice surprise, as I'd been told 7-10 business days. It was even slightly modified to be reset in a more aesthetic placement (as I'd hoped and inquired about but wasn't sure could be done). Thank you for taking care of us, Arnoldi's!

Fantastic customer service. Not a high pressure environment. Father and son owners do things the way they should be done when making expensive purchase, they listen well, present amazing choices and are fully committed to making things work

The owner Luigi and his son Michael are very nice and extremely knowledgeable. There's a good variety of jewelry, and a lot that are budget friendly. Arnoldi's is the only jewelry store we shop at because he's an honest man and is very helpful.

There has never been unsatisfied or unhappy leaving this place! The owner and his son have always taken care of me, no matter what! My husband and i bought my wedding band from here and i am so happy we did! One of the diamonds fell out, and since it's been within the year he replaced it! At Arnoldi jewelers you get the feeling of a family owned store, and like you're part of the family! I never thought of myself as someone who would have a "jeweler". but i do now!

My saga started in 2016 when I had a watch to sell. Spoke to Mike and since I have Italian family I trusted him. In 2017 a family member died and I had watch to repair and jewelry to sell on Consignment. The watch was repaired and I paid $180 CASH as Luigi discounted the cost to me from $250. In the meanwhile. I left some jewelry for Consignment. Here where the problems begin. Arnoldis ad says "LET SOMEONE KNOW YOU LOVE THEM"!

I am not feeling any love for Luigi right now. He is untrustworthy, accuses you of lying, a cheat, dishonest, slick salesman. I would never go here for. 1. expensive watch repair 2. family treasures on consignment If you do.take photos of all transactions, get official receipts and invoices of all transactions (not on scrap paper), get statement of warranties, take inventory and have Luigi sign for all consignments.

My problems all started with a watch repair. It was for a new crystal face and servicing. Luigi and Mike let me pick my watch up without a ticket stub I forgot to bring. I paid $180 CASH.The problem was.later when I came to get paid for some consignment jewelry. He showed me an envelope that said in big handwriting "NOT PAID"! My heart dropped. I insisted I paid CASH since he gave me a discount.

I showed him my checkbook withdrawal for the watch. He would not accept this and kept saying" I forgot". Everything is "I forgot"! I am in business and have records and a memory of every transaction. He is 96 yrs old and "He forgot"! Mike was standing right there while I counted the cash. My mistake for not getting receipts and taking photos. At a later date Mike called and said they sold some of my jewelry and to come in to get paid. Luigi said a woman bought 6 jade pendants.

I was shocked as these were to be $100 each to me and 1/2 to him. He shows me an envelope marked $100 not in my handwriting. Then Luigi lies and says the woman returned these pendants. Actually I believe Luigi bought them for himself and I saw them on display in his showcase in the rear of the store. He would only pay me $50. These pendants are worth over $300.

He would not take them out of the showcase to let me see the cost he is charging. They were on consignment and should have been returned to me as I asked. I have photos of the pendants. Son Mike saw my confusion with Luigi when I was taking inventory of all my items and said "lets just return everything and start over." I decided to just take my items back and get out of there.

More problems when it was time to get paid. They deducted the $180 for the watch from what they owed me. I ended up paying $360 to fix my watch. Then later my watch fell apart. The hand fell off and the crystal fell out as I was winding it up. Luigis accused me of dropping my watch. I did not. Luigi argued it was under warranty. I never got a written statement nor sales slip that stated a warranty.

He finally relented and my watch was repaired. To make matters worse. Luigi threatened me with litigation. I took a friend with me for safety and as an eye witness to all I went thru. This was a horrible experience and all I stated is the Gods truth. If Luigi were an honorable man, he would return my jade pendants to me.

The Arnoldi Family (father and son) are really great folks. Their shop is convenient, the jewelry is high quality and the service is top-notch! I have purchased several items in the past that pleased me and the ultimate gift recipient. Thank you Arnoldi Jewelers.

It is 6 years since my last review and I still feel the same about Luigi and Michael. They are head and shoulders above other jewelers. They want to serve you the best that they can by making good suggestions and never pushing you into anything. Their assortment of estate jewelry is wonderful. I always flirt with something when I go in. They have repaired much of my jewelry and made it look like new again. They are always so warm and friendly. I wouldn't go any place else.

Over the years I have purchased jewelry from a few local shops and I have to say Arnoldi has always been my favorite. They are honest and never pushy, for our last purchase I must have gone in 5 times before we pulled the trigger, . Luigi (the owner I think) was alway helpful and never pushed us into buying, . He would just provide us with the best service.

I'm really impressed with this jeweler and their customer service. I took two vintage rings I have (my most prized possessions) to get repaired. a few diamonds had fallen out. And I got them back and they are perfect, shiny, flawless and beautiful! I also got a Tiffany necklace repaired and a watch sized. This is the only place I'll go to get my jewelry repaired! They are all very friendly, too! Great neighborhood jeweler.

Luigi made my experience amazing! I was so impressed with this store. My best friend and I arrived to try on engagement rings for the first time. She was very nervous and unsure what she liked, but Luigi made the experience so comfortable, informative, and special. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for high end jewelry!

OMG! Luigi is fantastic! Today I decided to visit Arnoldi Jewelers and Gleim Jewelers to get a feel for both, and determine which one of them I wanted to work on my watches. They both had good Yelp ratings although Arnoldi ratings were more positive with regard to customer service. I now know why. Three steps into Arnoldi's doors I was very pleasantly greeted by Luigi.

After explaining I wanted a quote for removing the batteries from three of my watches, a Fossil, a Tourneau, and a Baume Mercier, Luigi gave me a quote. Then he explained why I should not just remove the batteries. He explained it was bad for the watches to do what I wanted, and he explained why. This enlightened education I now have told me he wanted me to be happy with my jewelry for a long time. What I wanted would not have achieved that. Needless to say I did not bother going to any other jewelers. Arnoldi has my watches and I am a client for life!

I spent months doing research on engagement rings and going over my girlfriend's Pinterest page before I started looking. All the usual chain stores were helpful but always looked disappointed when they didn't make a sell. I was recommended Arnoldi Jewelers from some friends and walked in one day. Luigi spent an hour with me the WEEK of Christmas to go over diamonds and brought out samples.

I came back and Mike helped me pick out the perfect setting and diamond for my fiance that matches her style perfectly. I clearly got the best service and ring for my budget and my fiance loves her ring!

I began my hunt for my fiance's engagement ring at Neil Dahl Jewelers in the Town and Country Shopping Center because they were well rated on yelp. The owner of Neil Dahl Jewelers provided the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. When my fiance asked to look at a 1 carat, 1.5 carat and 2 carat diamonds to get a feel about how large each size is, he would not show us the diamonds and kept asking me how much money are you willing to spend.

He refused to help us until I gave him a number and asked us to leave the store. My fiance thinks his poor behavior toward me and treating me as if I could not afford any ring was because I was dressed in Stanford (my alma mater) sweatpants and a T-shirt. Then we went to Arnoldi Jewelers and got the complete opposite, top of the line, service from the owner, Luigi.

He spent over 30 minutes going over the different sizes of diamonds and sapphires and showed us numerous rings to give us a good feel of what my fiance would like. Only, at that point, did he ask our budget. He taught us a lot about diamonds and sapphires, was completely focused on our needs and desires, and was not at all hard sell. It was all about finding what was best for my fiance.

We left the store with a good idea of what we're looking for and will come back when my fiance has decided exactly what she wants because we know Luigi will make it happen. Thank you Luigi. Your quality service and genuine concern are much appreciated.

I purchased a wedding ring with my fiance. Wonderful selection of Italian designs. She is so pleased with her diamond ring. It's nice to be able to deal locally with a skilled and reputable jeweler.

I highly recommend this jeweler. My husband got me a pair of earrings there a year ago, and I dropped in the other day to get my rings cleaned with they do free of charge and it only takes 15-20mins. Great customer service!

My now-husband needed a lot of help picking out my engagement ring, so it's a good thing he went to Arnoldi! Luigi helped guide him to something that didn't break the break, but made my heart skip a beat when I saw it. NICE diamond, lovely setting! After the (of course) successful proposal, there was no doubt about where we would go to select our wedding bands.

Once again, Luigi was there to help us get what we wanted, comfortably in our price range (plain yellow gold band for me, titanium with details for him). I am a non-standard ring size, but they got it just right (like Goldilocks). Husband gets lots of compliments on his ring, since it shows his personality without being too out-there. We love the rings, love the personal attention, and love the prices.
