Larry Balser is a master bench jeweler and he has a degree in watch repair. He excels in developing a client's idea into an elegant piece of jewelry. His wife, Linda, helps clients with finding the item that is ideal for them. Their daughter, Lori Phillips, designed and maintains their online store, which enables clients worldwide access to jewelry, presents, and other items not in stock at the stores.

Larry reset an heirloom ring for me and its beautiful. The price was more than fair considering the high cost of gold. They ordered the perfect setting because they listened to what I wanted. Its so wonderful to be able to take my jewelry to an actual jeweler/gemologist for maintenance etc. Instead of having a chain store send my jewelry off to a stranger. Thank you so much Larry and Linda for taking care of me.
