I made an appointment to see Rick Abreu to look for an engagement ring. I was greeted promptly and cheerfully by the staff and Rick brought me into his office. He took his time explaining diamonds to me before he even began to show me any. He walked me carefully through the selection process never rushing nor pressuring me. I had the BEST experience at Bentley Diamond. I called to inquire about possibly changing the setting on my engagement ring. I made an appointment with Rick, who was able to accommodate a same day appointment. With the help of Rick (and assistance from Melinda), I purchased a new setting that I am in love with. Rick's knowledge and honesty helped me to make a clear, confident decision in purchasing a new band that was perfect for me.

I was able to get it sized and my diamond set all in the same day. Dave (I think that was his name?) set my ring and was amazing as well. I walked in just "to look" and ended up with the ring I always envisioned. It's the customer service that makes the difference- I genuinely trust this business and will be returning again. My husband purchased my engagement ring and wedding band here along with an anniversary band. I had a very specific idea in mind for my engagement ring, and they found the PERFECT setting to match what I envisioned. I constantly get compliments on my ring set. The staff is always so friendly, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to talk to. It's obvious they love what they do and want to help the customer find exactly what they're looking for. Bentley has an incredible selection- I just love going in there and could easily spend all day there trying on jewelry and chatting with the staff.

Ordered a wedding band. It came in a a couple of days before the wedding. They must of ordered the wrong size because the band did not even come close to fitting me. They gave me the band they in the counter that fit me. At the time I did not know this, the band was engraved sample. So I probably paid for a fake sample. Either way I have a band that says sample that I'm stuck with that I paid way too much for.

I visited Bentley hoping to find a diamond band for my wedding anniversary. I was overwhelmed by the wide selection of beautiful jewelry and the patient and knowledgeable assistance of the staff. Melinda showed me rings and bands and really honed in on my style. She took a good deal time with me as I chose the perfect ring. I also ended up getting a new pair of diamond earrings and was able to re-rhodium a couple of rings. I love Bentley and will be recommending them to others.

Was in there yesterday to get an estimate on some jewelry I wanted to sell. Was made to feel like they didn't want to be bothered with doing that, days before Christmas. As the half-interested man reviewed my pieces, he offered me $880 for a single Diamond earring I had. I returned to Earth Treasures, where I've bought and sold jewelry over 25 years. They gave me $2250 for that same single earring! Buyers beware! The store in Eatontown is your best bet!

There aren't enough words to express how wonderful of an experience we had with Bentley Diamond. We started ring browsing in early March before Covid which came to a standstill. After a few long months we were able to shop again and had a better idea of the style of the ring we wanted to purchase. Daria listened and took all of our wishes into account and came up with the most perfectly designed ring.

She knew something I really wanted was to incorporate rose gold into the setting which was also done. She spent countless hours with us and made it truly a wonderful experience especially in such a crazy time in the world. Each time we walked into the store, the staff and whole team were kind & friendly. Daria even found us a diamond with special sentiments within its measurements & made it more unique to us as a couple.

I cannot say enough about our overall experience, the professionalism and quality of service Bentley & Daria provided to us. Also, I have a spectacular ring I get to stare at forever!

I just discovered Bentleys They are just great to work with. My pug got ahold of my gold claddagh ring, I thought it was a goner. (400.00) The jeweler looked at it, and said he could work with it. OMGOSH, he did a beautiful job. AND very reasonable also. I had Nancy give me an appraisal on another ring. She also is just great to work with. Jared's wanted 150.00 for the appraisal, Nancy charged me 75.00.

What great people. I looked at some very beautiful estate jewelry also. I found a great price on a ring. I put it on like a lay-a-way. I have really been happy with Bentleys, and for sure I'll buy other pieces from them. (By the way, they also cleaned many rings for me at no extra charge.) Great place to shop. Kathleen Cronick

My daughter and I were in Florida. We went shopping one day in Saks and my daughter saw a ring she loved. It was a size too large but we were told we could get it sized so we bought it. When we got home, we went to Bentley and was greeted by Joanna. We told her what we needed to do and she gave us the bad news. The ring had very tiny diamonds and to bring it down to the size we needed, the little diamonds would most likely fall out so it couldn't be done.

We were very disappointed but we understood what the problem was and we were sorry that the sales lady at Saks didn't know this would be a problem. I returned the ring to Saks and started looking online for something else. And then I thought, why not go back to Bentley's and see what they could do. I dealt with Joanna again and she was thrilled to be able to try to help us, and I was thrilled that she was willing to help us!

Most places, when you give them a dollar amount, they send you away and say sorry we have nothing in your price range. Not Joanna! She said, I'm gonna work on this and I'm gonna find your daughter a ring she will love in your price range! Well, Joanna did not disappoint! She got back to us, showed us what she could do and we are beyond happy!

My daughter loves the ring Joanna found for her and with luck we will have it in time for Christmas. I was in the retail business for 25 years. I know what it takes to provide good customer service and Joanna is the Queen of good customer service! It is refreshing to come across someone like Joanna who goes out of her way to help people and we are so appreciative!

As a novice in fine jewelry, I thought finding the perfect engagement ring was going to be challenge. I wanted something that she was going to cherish, be proud, and feel it as one of the many representations of my love; it's a lot of pressure for someone who doesn't know anything about engagement rings. I immediately searched online for help, looking at a few styles and hints I picked up but everything was beginning to look vey similar.

I was over saturated and feeling a little lost when I decided to physically l see the rings at Bentley Diamond. There is a big difference in seeing the rings in person and over the internet. Not only did Shirley help find the perfect diamond she also helped narrow my search down to a single ring and even ordered the white gold version of it when it wasn't in stock; it was a huge hit!

My fiancee loves it so much and we're even getting compliments from everyone! I would highly recommend Bentley Diamond to all my friends and family. Everyone there is so friendly and works with you until you find exactly what you want. Thank you Bentley Diamond, Shirley, and the entire team. We can't wait to return for our wedding bands.

Horrible company to deal with. My son bought a wedding band for $1100 that they said was on sale from $1700. 2 months later the relationship he was in ended and he asked to return the UNWORN band. Even asked if Bentley would give hime $500 for it. It was their own piece of jewelry they sold him for $1100 and they would not take it back at all, not even willing to exchange it for a credit or another piece of jewelry.

Another time I brought several pieces of jewelry to sell. I got $2500 more for selling the exact same pieces from someone else. So beware of this company. Best to do business with someone more reputable.

I can't say enough good things about the folks at Bentley's. Professional, beyond belief. Knowledgable, kind, sincere, honest. I brought a family diamond in and they provided a temporary setting for.my daughter so I could.help.her.fiance surprise her. Not only that, but they gave me.full.credit toward the actual setting, the installation of the stone and an appraisal and reappraisal for the final.product. we return s two weeks later and again they knocked out.aocks.off.qith stellar service.

They sized, remount s.and rework d.a.new.setting so.she could.leave the same.day with her new ring.thank you Bentley. Kudos to John, Nancy, Shelly and the jeweler and stone setter whkse names don't remember. I have had other work done there, ri gs, bracelets, appraisal's etc. And have always left there happy. Oh, they also have coffee and cookies. Think I'm happy?

Rude people. Stuck up. Bad trade-in values. Donot recommend. Maybe they only cater to millionaires! Lol

Bentley Diamond is amazing! Everyone was extremely helpful in consulting and explaining the engagement ring process to me. I was able to select a perfect ring for my fiance, and they completed a complicated sizing process a few days later. Joanna and Daria are experts on diamonds and rings. I can't recommend their service enough!

Great experience! We loved working with Joanna, Daria, David, Tony and the whole crew. I had a custom eternity band and earring jackets made out of my grandmother's diamonds. Joanna was wonderful--super knowledgeable, responsive and all around fun to work with. I'm thrilled with how the jewelry turned out and happy to now have a jeweler that we trust.

Awful! Had a ring made here almost 8 years ago. With stones from various different jewelry. They appraised it for me. I went back today to possibly sell it back, they asked me how much I wanted for it, I didn't share the number they appraised it for, or the number I was willing to take. I was offered 30 THOUSAND DOLLARS. LESS than what THEY appraised it at. Bad shady business do not recommend.

Beyond disappointed! My husband purchased a bezel set diamond band ring for me for Christmas from Bentley Diamond. This was not a custom order but a ring from their case. The ring is too big and I am unable wear it. He returned to the store and asked if they could exchange the ring for the correct size and he was told they would only size the ring for him and they would not exchange the ring or take the ring back. Sizing a bezel set ring would compromise the setting of the diamonds.

They have lost our business and will make sure to spread the word to my husband's friends and co-workers that the customer service and their exchange policy is very poor. And to top it off - first they gave us an appraisal that was less than what was paid. and for a ring setting that was different than what was purchased!

We started our ring shopping at Bentley. Over the next 2 weeks we shopped around at about 5 other stores.we went back to Bentley. Robert made us feel very comfortable. We were not pressured or harrassed as we had been at other jewelers. He spent a lot of time with us and helped make the right decision for what we wanted. Thank you for making what could be a greuling process as easy as possible!

When I walked in the door the very first time, I had no intentions of buying a ring but Nancy was so pleasant and help me to find the ring I'd dreamed about. My fiance hasn't stopped telling me how perfect her engagement ring and now wedding bands are. Nancy helped so much in the selection of both.

She has flawless taste and made so many great suggestions that it was almost too hard to choose, until she showed us a piece we fell in love with. The only "problem" was that it was all white Gold and Krisytn really wanted mixed metals. NO PROBLEM! They completely customized the bands and added Rose Gold accents. It's honestly one of the most beautiful rings Ive ever seen now. Can't possibly say how grateful I am and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

My fiance bought my engagement ring at this jeweler. We were charged an extra 100 for the extra platinum they needed to make the ring a 1/2 size larger. Then we brought in my mother in laws engagement ring that has been in the family for decades. I asked them to clean it and they charged me another $100. Then asked them what they could do to make the ring smaller for me and they said nothing.

They said the ring was unwearable. I was upset about that so I took that ring to 3 other very reputable jewelers and all said it was extremely wearable and gave me about 3 ideas on how to make smaller without compromising the ring. This experience was so dissapointed to me. I have never been charged to clean a ring at a jewelry store even if I didn't buy it there. And on top to tell me completely wrong information is sad. I hope they look at their policies a bit better

I visited today to sell an old ring I won in 2002. David was very nice and personable. I feel like he gave me a good deal and would go back in the future if I had more gold to sell.

Just for entertainment value, I called Bentley when we were ready to buy our wedding rings. I could get the matching one for my engagement ring and my fiance would get the cobalt ring we liked there. I had already been to another jeweler in Toms River earlier in the day and got a quote from them on my matching Amavida band. I told the jewelry store in Toms River that I was going to comparison shop to the place where we bought my engagement ring.

I called Bentley, the usual woman answered the phone and I let her know that I wanted to speak with [saleswoman's name I can't remember; wasn't even going to give Robert a try as that just seems hopeless]. I told her that I bought my engagement ring there, we were ready to purchase wedding bands and I wanted to speak to the saleswoman about order turnaround and cost.

I was asked my name, my fiance's name, my phone number (repeated back to me) and I have never received a call back. Must be nice to turn away business! We went with the jewelry store in Toms River and from beginning to end, across 3 visits, they were nothing short of a class act.
