Bob's Jewel Shop is a very professional place of business. They are military friendly and worked diligently to provide service that best suited me and my busy work schedule. Experienced staff. Great selection. I had a ring sized, and the inspected the prongs for diamond, cleaned, and put rhodium on the ring. Shines just like new!

I purchased an engagement ring for my wife over 30 years ago from Bob's Jewel Shop when they were located in downtown Lumberton. I was serving in the U.S. Marine Corps and had just returned home from the Gulf War when I made the purchase. I did not have much money back then but Greg's mother allowed me to make payments on the ring. The ring meant a great deal to my wife. Recently, my wife lost the diamond setting in her ring.

She was devastated. We reported the loss on our home owner's insurance. The agent requested, the size and quality of the diamond. I visited Bob's Jewel Shop and spoke with Greg. Greg did not hesitate to help me. Greg had documentation from 30 years ago on my wife's engagement ring. He wrote an estimate of the value of the lost diamond. We submitted the estimate and we had reimbursement for the ring in days.

We were able to purchase another coveted engagement ring with even higher quality from Bob's Jewel Shop. This was all thanks to Greg Phelps. His family has always been professional, kind and courteous to my family and the community. Thanks again, Greg.
