Wouldnt go here again. Dropped off two watches the guy I dealt with seemed like a swindler. Cost me 80 bucks for a quartz battery change. My old place in NJ charges 30. The 2nd watch they couldnt fix. They didnt even call me to let me know my watch was ready and took a week. Would not recommend

I can't say enough good things about this place. I got my dream engagement ring at an amazing price and it was such an easy process. The owner was so helpful and personable. It was a great experience from start to finish. I was always a little intimidated to shop here thinking I wouldn't find anything in my budget, but they are so accommodating and kind. I have a Tag Heuer ladies aquaracer that I purchased on vacation 3 years ago. It stopped running and when I tried to have the battery replaced at a jeweler in the Lehigh Valley area, they told me it wasn't the battery. My watch was no longer under warranty and the Tag Heuer repair website that they recommended in New Jersey had some terrible reviews.

We know a fantastic jeweler (who does not sell watches) in the Williamsport area and he recommended Boccardo Jewelers in Scranton for both watch sales and repairs. I spoke with a kind woman on the phone who told me they have a watch repairman right on the premise and do NOT send the watches out for repair. I just picked up my watch today. The repair cost was very reasonable and is also guaranteed for another year.

My fiance purchased my engagement ring here. He had a wonderful purchasing experience with them. Even after moving to NJ, we still drove back to Scranton to shop for our wedding bands. They adjusted their prices to reflect the current drop in price of gold, and even gave us a discount for being return customers. They were courteous and not pushy. They even called their dealers to find the best price for us.

Their prices were well below every jeweler's in NJ. We picked up the rings and they are of course, beautiful. Every time we go, they offer to steam my engagement ring for me quickly. It always comes out sparkling clean. I can't say enough great things about them. I highly recommend Boccardo's for engagement/wedding bands.
