This is a lovely Jewelry Store with many unique selections. The beautiful and knowledgeable Kiersten assisted us in finding the perfect sapphire ring. She was kind, attentive, and truly the perfect blend of assistance without being overbearing. We would shop with her any day.

They pierced my daughters ears and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend them for piercings.

2 rings. Prongs not done correctly and the other to fix severed band. Didn't fix and still catches on things. The other, the sm. stone is gone! Won't be back.

Super expensive, but worth it! Their problem is delivering on time, the counter girls promised a date but the guy in back has his own schedule Their lack of communication caused me great embarrassment, after a 7 day wait the man offered to have my work done in an hour. That was not a good fit for me, normally I could wait but this time I couldn't Talk to the jeweler himself if you need something by a specific date.

The staff is always extremely professional and helpful-they take the time to get to know your style and help you find the perfect piece. They are extremely knowledgeable about jewlery construction, repairs, quality, and trends. Bolenz also does jewelry repairs, watch repairs, resizing.

I've had great experiences with Bolenz Jewelry. I've purchased 2 watches for myself and various jewelry gifts for my wife and every time they have been helpful and courteous. I feel like their prices are fair and reasonable; Could I find something less expensive at Zales or Kays or online?.maybe. But if I shop here, I am supporting a local business and that's awesome!

Bolenz is the best quality jewelry and craftsmanship in repairs in a 50 mile radius. So I have no choice but still go there even though the black haired woman is very unfriendly. I am told she is a owner or family member to the owner, but after being told on the phone that I was trying to pull a fast one and get something for nothing because I went to pic up a piece I left for repair and they had misplaced it.

She accused me of picking it up and saying I didn't so I would get free jewelry, then when I went in to pick up the lesser quality of an item as a replacement she told me they found mine in a display case and gave me mine. She basically tossed it down on the counter in front of me and acted as if it was my fault they misplaced it. No apology at all for calling me a thief.

Now every time I come in to purchase new pieces she is rude standoffish and outright tells us she doesn't have time for this when asked by another very nice sales person for help and after helping proceeds to sit on the phone with someone I assume was her kid or whatnot. Who cares if she is family to the owner or not she has no place in customer service.

My boyfriend and I went in very excited to look at engagement rings, the woman that "helped" us was less than helpful and made the experience quite frustrating. She didn't try to find out what we were looking for or bother even explaining what she was showing us. Had to pry every bit of information out of her. She seemed uninterested and and even rude at times. Will NOT be buying anything from them after that experience.
