I put off getting my ring fixed for a year because it makes me nervous dropping my ring off with a jeweler but this one was recommended by a neighbor. So glad I brought it in, the old guy had it done by the next day and I actually like the ring better now. It's an antique which is another reason why I was nervous to have it changed but the band has broken twice and I had it fixed by somebody else a long time ago. I was expecting to pay a lot more so all the way around very happy with this place and the old guy.

Absolutely fantastic people, services and prices. I came to their store on a whim, and Ive been a repeat customer ever since! They fixed my wedding band, which had a unique arc that 3 big jewelry companies repeatedly said "we cannot resize this. Its impossible". Well Celestial Jewel resized it no problem! I came back to fix my husbands ring when a stone popped out, and they fixed my moms engagement ring that was all bent up. I will drive out of my way, and across the country to only come to this store for all my jewelry needs.

I only needed a couple of watch batteries so I thought I would give them a try. The owner Sam was very helpful and courteous. Turned out only my Movado needed a battery and Sam advised to keep an eye on an issue with the TAG. Only charged me for one battery and the advice was free. As you might imagine. Ill be back!

Owner put a $17.50 battery in my quartz watch. Didnt tell me until he gave me the bill after installing it. Sorry I paid him. outrageous rip off. He said when i asked why so high! "im worth it."! GREEDY AND TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT IN MY OPINION. I would not go there for anything in the future. BUYER BEWARE. Ridiculous!

Three strikes against this company: I was not called as promised when my piece was ready. When I called the number on my ticket to see if it was ready for me to pick up, the number was not working (as it turns out, it hasn't worked for months). Most importantly, Celestial is ridiculously overpriced. I was charged $32 to have a charm added to my bracelet. I called Carrera Jewelers on Brook Hollow to compare, and with the jump ring and soldering, they charge only $12. Carrera will be getting 100% of my business going forward.

Terrible attitude from who I think is the owner. Could sense a negative vibe from the gentleman as soon as I walked through the door. Ever have that feeling you're being judged by the color of skin? If not and you're a person of color, go visit this store. Would discourage everyone to not use this store.

This place is great. Two thumbs way up. Excellent and affordable jewelry repair. I've taken all kinds of things there -- name brand higher end pieces, lower end costume jewelry, one-of-a-kind ethnic pieces made of weird silver alloys, etc. -- they do a great job with them all. They also do design, which I haven't used yet but plan to in future.
