Pride In Design Owner Tomas Bonilla Tomas really does a great job. He kept me informed throughout the process of rebuilding my shower. He is nice and trustworthy. I called him to come and check our shower. He had no problem coming out to check my shower. I would definitely recommend him to do any plumbing work that needs to be done.

Tim Beecher of San Antonio BBB is making spam calls to our company. Please ask him to stop! We don't even have a company in your city, nor do we offer services to San Antonio! Perhaps a staff training seminar on the meaning of "area codes" is necessary for your employees. Seriously, could you guys actually sink any lower on the integrity scale?

In my opinion the Better Business Bureau is dishonest organization that is all about the money and not about protecting the consumer. I've complained to them for 20+ years about their marketing technique of calling and requesting to speak to the business owner without giving a reason as to why they need to speak to the business owner. The first time I received one of these calls I thought there might be an upset customer who contacted them so of course I called them back only to find out they just wanted to sell me something.

I told them I thought it was very hypocritical for the Better Business Bureau to use their name to trick business owners into calling them. I even sat down with the local BBB director years ago and complained but she didn't see anything wrong with their manipulative marketing so I told them to put me on their "do not call" list but i still receive similar calls from them.

I even called them back last month and asked the person who called me to have a manager call me so I could complain but no one ever called me back. Again, in my opinion the BBB is only concerned about the BBB and making money.

The Texas Pool Man LLC resurfaced our pool this month and we are absolutely thrilled with the finished job. The owner, Albert, met with us and explained all the stages of the project and what to expect. We agreed to the terms and the workers could not have been better. They cleaned up at the end of each day and Albert visited the job every day. When work was completed and the pool was filled Albert returned and began the water balance process and returned every two days until the balance was perfect and he gave final instructions.

I gave the owner 50% of the estimate up front and he never came back. That has not happened since I started using this BBB website to review companies. Well worth the time to review a business's history and reviews.

Will's All Pro Plumbing and Air Conditioning San Antonio Texas: I called this company to fix my broken shower head assembly on Saturday. The technician said it was missing two screws and he had to reassemble once completed. He showed me the price breakdown and due to this being a significant issue I willing paid for the service of $689. It didn't sit well all weekend and I requested to speak to a manager.

The manager gave me his politically correct response and because I'm a veteran he then tried to give me some other offer but needed approval from the big boss. I asked about price of materials and labor for the current job but that's not how they gauge the job. Two screws, reassemble the shower housing unit, and the technician was completed in less than 30 minutes once he started the job.

So this is how veterans are treated in the state of Texas which is a TOTAL RIP OFF for any consumer. And to think I went overseas to Iraq and Afghanistan to fight for people and companies like this. It's very shameful to know this company took advantage of a consumer trying to rectify a concern. Needless to say I will not be using this company in the near or distant future.

We used Compass Restoration to replace our roof due to hail storm damage. They were quick to reply and completed a free estimate within a couple of days. Anthony was the project manager and was efficient, professional, and courteous. He replied quickly to messages and the many questions I had due to my own curiosity.
