23 years now living in Raleigh and still purchasing Jewelry from CMI. I can truly say I've had the best experience with Tim and his amazing Staff at all three CMI Jewelry Stores. I'm a very picky lady and I already know what I'm looking for once I enter the showcase. I've never felt any pressure from the Staff to just settle for something. Several weeks ago I had an adjustments made on my Golf charm and since added another charm and more to be added.

My rings were cleaned while I waited and they looked new when Allen gave them back to me. My Golf charm looked entirely different, it matched my chain and other charms. Awesome! I later returned with my chain and charms to be repaired. Allen looked at the hoop, said what would be done and that it would take a couple of days. The feeling of not wearing my charms was a disconnect to me.

I got a call several days later from Allen my chain, hoop and charms were ready. The Staff and Allen were all smiles and very courteous when I arrive. I was happy to get my chain and charms back. Thank you Tim and your amazing Staff at CMI. I give you a 5 Star plus. Brenda G. Richardson

I came across CMI Jewelry today as I had some jewelry that I needed appraised/repaired and was met at the store by Allen Little. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, honest and pleasant. CMI is my new "go to" shop for any jewelry needs. Highly recommend!

My chain had broken with my skull pendant and I was in search of jewelry repair. My search led me to CMI Jewelry and I couldn't have been happier. When I called, a young lady answered and confirmed that they indeed did jewlry repair.very nice. When I arrived, I met Mr Allen Little. I must say he is awesome. He took very good care of me and called a couple of days later saying my chain was ready.

When I went to pick it up, I was thoroughly impressed! My chain and charms looked brand spanking new! Joy! I stayed and chit chatted with Allen for a little while before leaving. Me and my Skully left very happy indeed! I would give CMI Jewelry 10 stars if I could! I am a very very satisfied customer! BRAVO!

I visited CMI Jewelry with some ideas for a 25th anniversary gift for my wife. They were ideas, not necessarily good ideas! Keith showed me some pieces and walked me through some options. After only 15-20 minutes, we designed a beautiful engraved pendant that would be a perfect gift for my wife. She loves it! I told Keith that he made me a rock star at home. I have used CMI and Keith several times over the years and have never come away disappointed. It is always a great experience.

CMI has been the only place we have purchased jewelry from since our wedding 17 years ago. We have always worked with Keith but the entire team has excellent customer service. We stop by periodically to see Keith and have all of our jewelry cleaned, new batteries installed in our watches, and have our jewelry repaired but Keith never charges us anything. We always recommend CMI to anyone looking for jewelry.

The store is beautiful and everyone I came in contact with were extremely helpful and nice. No pressure selling willing to let you look around as long as you want! They have something priced great for everyone!

The best and most professional Jewelers with whom I have ever worked! Being relatively new to Raleigh I was adamant on finding a great trustworthy Jeweler before leaving our jewelry with them. I brought some fairly expensive jewelry that needed to be repaired to CMI because I had heard from multiple people they were very good at what they do and very reputable (a very important factor for me).

The showroom inside is large and impressive. I was immediately helped and the pieces I brought were examined (a diamond ring and a diamond bracelet) and determined the repairs were minor and could be done in a matter of a few days. When we received the pieces back they were as good as new and sparkled with a cleaning that brought back the original fire-like beauty of the diamonds. Without hesitation will be back to make our jewelry purchases now that we have found such a great Jeweler! I would give six stars if I could.

Best jewelry store in NC! Keith is knowable, fair, and professional! He wants his customers to be satisfied. I have been working with him for years, and is is always an enjoyable experience. I will be back, and I will continue to recommend CMI to friends and family. Also, his inventory is HUGE! It is fun to browse with absolutely no pressure. Also, I want to see share my most recent purchase from CMI.

I bought a necklace from Keith that needed to be reworked a bit. It was done timely and beautifully. When I picked it up I questioned Keith about the price.it seemed to be too low. He eventually admitted that he did quote it too low, but he always stands behind his word. Even after I offered to pay more he refused to accept more money. Needless to say, I will be back. It is so refreshing to work with a reputable person and company. Keep up the GREAT work!

What a great 1st impression of CMI Jewelry Showroom! I brought my wife's wedding ring in to have it cleaned and re-dipped and was greeted by Keith. He gave me great suggestions on how to jazz up my wife's ring and what to do if I wanted to upgrade her ring in the future. He surprised me at pick up and got a customer for life! Most places want a quick sale and have pushy sales people, CMI is looking for a long term customer with exceptional customer service and a beautiful showroom! Can't wait to come back!

Hands down recommended. Experts. Insightful. Anticipatory. Go the extra yard to make me (the customer) feel heard and valued. They hear the request behind my attempt at a request or preference. Fair in price and sales. Always make me feel like they have time for me and don't make me feel stupid with any of my questions. I have purchased my wedding band, my wife's engagement ring, wife's diamond, and wife's wedding band here, and have since completed upgrades and changes with my wife's jewelry that was performed fairly and promptly. I have been a customer for seven years now and intend to go back for any jewelry needs. Having young kids, I appreciate their kids play area, too.

I would strongly recommend CMI to anyone searching for quality jewelry with fantastic staff and jewelers in house. I worked primarily with Philicia, who was not only very professional- she was also incredibly knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way. She helped me select the jewelry I was looking for without ever pushing me in any particular direction from her own point of view, instead using my own preferences to guide me.

I came back several times to keep looking at items, and I never felt any sales pressure, which was important to me. The selection is incredible, and the items are high quality, with fair pricing. I liked the fact that I was dealing with a locally owned business instead of a chain in the mall or an internet website. The personal touch offered by Philicia and CMI are outstanding and I will be definitely doing business with them in the future.

CMI Jewelry Showroom are professional, knowledgeable and very involved in the local community. They are local and want to support other locals in everything they do. They sell a quality product without the markup and they give personalized attention and service. When you shop with CMI, you are creating a relationship, not just buying a piece of jewelry.

Originally, my fiance and I went into CMI after reading the glowing reviews. Reviews about the showroom and a specific member of their team, Keith. We designed my engagement ring based on what we saw there. We did not go through CMI, only because I was planning on using my grandmother's diamonds that were being held out of state and I did not want to have them shipped.

Just a personal choice! But you can do it and CMI would have done an amazing job! But then came the wedding bands. THOSE we got at CMI. My fiance picked one straight from the case. He is a coin collector and found one that had edges similar to coins. He fell in love with it. I asked CMI to create a wedding and for me hat was an EXACT match to my engagement ring.

And boy did they deliver! We love our bands and the design we found at CMI for the engagement ring. Keith was amazing. Helping us every step of the way, lending us his knowledge and expertise, texting when he needed to update us on the wedding band development process. Could not have asked for more! We will definitely be back in the future for any other purchases. Thank you CMI, and thank you Keith, for being amazing and providing excellent products and customer service.

We really enjoy going to CMI and trust we are getting great value. Very nice and helpful staff. Never feel rushed or pushed to make a decision. My fiance bought my engagement ring from Keith, who really educated him on diamonds, which I think is very important. We bought our bands from Felicia, who was extremely helpful and patient with us. We will be lifetime customers!

The ONLY place to go is CMI. I was so impressed with how knowledgeable, professional and nice everyone at CMI is. The selection was outstanding and Kim helped me find the perfect engagement ring.and it took me awhile to decide becuase they had so many gorgeous rings. At other places I went to I never fully trusted what I was being told. At CMI they took the time to answer all my questions, teach me about diamonds and help me become educated so I could find exactly what I wanted.

They had a custom ring for me and every day that I look at it (ok I stare at it alot) not only do I smile and think how lucky I am to be engaged to a great guy but I also think how lucky I am to have found CMI! I cant wait for my birthday and valentines day because I know exactly what I want.something gorgeous from CMI!

By far the best jeweler in the Triangle! Skip the other guys in Raleigh (DD) and go see Tim at CMI! Tim helped us through the whole ring design process by being super patient with us and slowly walking us through each step until we were satisfied with the most beautiful ring! They have thousands of loose diamonds and hundreds of settings which can be overwhelming but Tim helped us narrow down choices.

We never felt pressured to make a decision and went back several times until we had the right diamond, setting and subsequent wedding bands. I get multiple compliments on my ring and always tell them it's from CMI! Thanks Tim and everyone at CMI!

I had a wonderful experience searching for, and purchasing, my fiancee's engagement ring at CMI. I worked directly with Kaye; she was very personable and patient with me throughout the whole process. Kaye was good about returning phone calls and updating me during the process. CMI listened to what I was looking for and they were able to quickly (within 3 days) bring in a variety of additional settings and loose diamonds for me to choose from.

The diamonds they brought in were perfect given the budget and parameters I provided CMI with. My fiancee's ring was special ordered in platinum and arrived when promised. My fiancee loves her ring and we enjoyed prompt same-day service when the ring needed to be re-sized from 6 1/2 to 5 1/2. At CMI you can expect great value and personable customer service from a trusted and experienced jeweler. I feel the blend of price, service, and quality at CMI is top-notch!

The best jeweler in the Triangle. After our engagement my fiance and I did our research on places to craft a custom ring with his family stones. CMI was a lucky find. They offer a huge selection of settings and will happily do custom work as well. We worked with Keith and he was extremely patient, knowledgeable, available, flexible, and not at all pushy.

We purchased the center stone separately and he even helped guide us in that selection (even though it was not through them). We bothered Keith a lot over the details and he was always friendly and never pressured or rushed us. In the end the ring came out beautiful and the turn around was SUPER fast, it was ready a couple days early and the price came out lower than quoted!

On top of all that they were able to salvage the old setting for us (which was my mother-in-law to-be's engagement ring) rather than grind it to shreds while they removed the stones for reuse. We are so happy with our CMI experience and are actually planning to rush back to have our wedding bands done there before we move out of the area in the coming months.

I cannot say enough good things about this store! I researched the market and ended up going their based on strong feedback of others and hearing they were local. I researched and ended up buying my wife's egagement ring there and they worked miracles with the mounting I wanted to match a particular ring I had in mind. Needless to say, she is very happy!

I also put them to the test with finding in finding a watch for my brother that replicated our father's watch back in the 50s. They came through with an incredible recommendation at fair price that made it even more of a special best man's gift for him on my wedding day.
