Online it says they are open on Saturday's until 3. I got there at 2:05. Their sign next to the door says they were open until 2. Was slightly disappointed at the time when pushed on a locked door but a lady let me in and repaired a necklace in 7 minutes. When finished I asked her how much and she told me it's free. I was very happy about my experience and was actually surprised.

My parents were customers here before me so naturally I carried on the tradition. They trusted them with maintaining the jewelry pieces they treasured and with providing them with new heirlooms. I have used Todd several times for both major purchases and for simple things - most recently the repair of an heirloom ring that I wear daily that had just worn away! Reasonable prices and - most important - trustworthy and careful. I highly recommend them.

We always receive the absolute best customer service from Todd. My husband bought my engagement ring from Condon as well as both our wedding rings. We live out of state and Todd has gone above and beyond to make sure our rings were exactly what we envisioned and made it to us in time for our wedding. Second time for a jewelry repair. Todd handles jewelry repair and Dinah and staff work with the customers. Todd's work is superior; and, Dinah and her staff are cordial and customer centric. This jeweler provides good value and good customer service. I recommend them. 9/27/16 I continue to patronize this shop for repairs and service. They are top notch.easy to work with, their prices are fair, and they provide excellent value. You can trust them with you most valuable jewelry. I highly recommend them.
