They also help with watch and jewelry repair and jewelry design. Those qualities are rare in today's retail market.

The staff were very attentive and made sure that I was choosing exactly what I was wanting. I did not feel rushed, or pressured into purchasing, but was encouraged to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Prices were reasonable and time for delivery was excellent.

Probably one of the best jewelers around. Family has bought jewelry for years with no issues. Of recent my wife's rings 4 of the 4 had loose stones, this has been corrected free of charge in the past on other jewelry and of recent is no longer the case. This is one of the main reason we have shopped at cravens over and over. I stated that we would no longer be purchasing from them and the lady stated that was fine be her. We will not be back.

Great, friendly service! I had a ring I wanted to pass on to my granddaughter. It's sterling silver, so they weren't sure if the could size it for me. The expert jeweler took a look and was able to do it. So glad I went there! Thanks for your caring and thoughtful service

Great jewelry store! Rings resized and prongs fixed after twenty years worn and neglected. They got the work done days ahead of schedule and my rings look brand new. Can't tell where they added on the band or the prongs. Perfect color match and my rings were done on site. No worries if losing them in shipment to an offsite repair service like those big box jewely stores.

Price was right for the work. Looked around the store and there's some local one of a kind artistic jewelry available, huge selection and something for everyone. This is a hometown family owned store with a jeweler who knows their craft.
