I couldn't recommend using Susan and her team enough. I began the process of searching for an engagement ring with Susan and it was an awesome experience all around. She is patient, honest, flexible and never forced me in a certain direction throughout the process. She prepared excellent options for me and really took the time to explain every aspect of the diamond and the setting. I highly recommend if you are looking for an engagement ring or need help starting the process.

My husband purchased my engagement setting from DeMaio's and we also purchased both of our wedding bands from them. The service in 2014 when we purchased them was of course terrific. We went in yesterday to get a battery for my watch and the great service remains with Susan. Bonus, my rings got cleaned and look brand new! I don't know the new woman that works there's name but she was very nice as well.
