I dropped off my old rings and picked beautiful new ones! Took my 23 year old wedding set to get cleaned up and fixed and was shocked at how beautiful they were again. Looks just like the day they were put on my hand for the first time. Fantastic job! Would recommend and will definitely be returning.

For the past year, Christian has guided my husband to purchase a beautiful pair of earrings for our 52nd anniversary and recently a striking emerald bracelet. This the most welcoming and professional jewelry establishment I have ever visited. What started out as a trip to get a prong on one of my rings fixed, ended with many more trips for various tasks like resizing rings, purchasing a watch, and redesigning a pair of my earrings into a beautiful necklace for my daughter's wedding gift. They even exchanged some of my old and broken gold and silver jewelry!

Every time I'm in I get excellent customer service. Jennifer helped my husband and me pick my gorgeous wedding set, and she's helped him with Christmas and Valentine's Day since then. Christian is an artist and does incredible work. He completely rebuilt my engagement ring in a matter of days, and it is perfect! I recently replaced my 35 year+ wedding ring and visited several local jewelers as well as big box stores. I hoped to incorporate my current stones into a new design. Christian was SO helpful and created a beautiful design that incorporated all of my 35 year old diamonds, plus a few new. He was the only jeweler that created a design, simulated mock up for my review and BONUS, did the work himself and had it done quickly. I'm so happy with it and will return to House of Silva!

Amazing service. Custom work that was exactly what I was looking for and it was completed ahead of schedule. In a time when nothing is ever completed on time and we are always seeing delays in production, they got it done for me fast and exactly how we drew it up. Will recommend to anyone I know.

We recently moved to the area. We loved the local jeweler we used in our previous location, so much so that I wouldn't have any work done or cleanings done until we went back to visit. When I was recently gifted some vintage pieces I knew I couldn't wait until our next trip and I needed to find someone local. Fantastic selection and customer service. Christian and Jen patiently spent a lot of time with me as a selected the items I wanted to purchase and identified a repair that needed fixed on my ring when they offered to clean it. I could have lost my diamond if they hadn't taken the time to inspect the prongs before cleaning it. So grateful!

House of Silva is a great jewelry store to work with. I received a ring as a gift after my mother in law had passed away. It had been her ring and it was too small for me to wear and so I had some other things made from it. The original ring consisted of a large marquis ruby and 8 small diamonds. They took out the large ruby and made it into a beautiful pendant necklace and used the 8 small diamonds to make a ring for my daughter.

Both pieces are stunning. They previously made my daughter's wedding ring and Christian (the owner) made such a beautiful piece. Jennifer (the sales associate) was more than wonderful to work with. She listened, helped me pick out something that would be meaningful and also shared kind words when my emotions got the best of me. I would highly suggest shopping at this store if you want something custom made or just a beautiful piece from their already designed pieces. You won't be disappointed.

I have been Very happy with House of Silva Jewelers. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a diamond ring fixed and sized and also had some gold and silver jewelry that I sold to them. They sat down with me and examined each piece taking their time to review each piece. I was very please with the price I received for the jewelry. They have also made several rings for me and they did a beautiful job. I Highly recommend them!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! We got all our rings here: my engagement and band and my husband's band. They were wonderful the whole way making a customized look for all 3 and really making our preferences and ideas come to life. They knew us every time we walked in and it really felt like we got personalized treatment. Can't recommend House of Silva enough!

I've been buying jewelry for my wife here for several years. The quality and selection is first-rate, especially for a small town. There are the "hot" and trendy styles, but also plenty of the classics. I'm not much of a shopper, I like to find something I like and buy it. In and out. And I never to find something that she falls in love with. And let me echo the other reviewers on this site; the customer service is absolutely first rate. Above and beyond.
