Dennis Dalton is the best. His team especially Victoria are always patient when showing items and helpful in suggesting the best options! My family has been going to this shop for over 10 years and we were recommended by a family friend that has been using him for over 30 years. I purchased my wife's engagement ring from him 5 years ago and have since been back several times.

Recently this weekend my wife converted her setting from white gold to gold and I purchased a new gold wedding band for myself. Once again Victoria came through for us. She has been helping me these last five years and has picked out the best jewelry for my wife and I. You shouldn't have any doubt that Dennis and his team can create anything you're looking for!

Can't tell you all my business, lol. However, pleasant reputable establishment. Good prices, not great, but this place will never rip you off! Better quality if that's what you like. If you like junk, go to Zales, but people in the know, go to real jewelers and this is one of them. Small places keeps their overhead down and they pass savings on to you. However they have everything a real buyer would want! Read between the lines if you are really shopping for a treat or important gift.

Dennis and his expert staff help take a lot of the mystery out of buying jewelry. Converted a single diamond stud earring into a beautiful pendant and matched it to a replacement pair of earrings, shipped them to my home, gift wrapped, to arrive before Christmas. All at a price that left me enough to feed my ravenous son some barbeque on the ride home. Perfect!

Dennis took care of my engagement ring and wedding bands. Could not ask for a better experience. Dennis educates you on diamonds and helped me avoid the pitfalls of retail jewelry. I recommend him to everyone!

Dennis expertly guided myself and my future son in law in choosing an engagement ring for my daughter. He was a pleasure to deal with, very accomodating, fairly priced and delivered on time. My daughter wanted a specific type of yellow diamond and he found a magnificent stone through his contacts and created a spectacular ring. His aim is to please and he certainly accomplished that as my daughter LOVED her setting.

There is no where else I would buy my diamonds from. The service is amazing, they are always looking out for what is best for you. They take the time to help understand what is important to you and then help you understand what you are looking for in a diamond. They then give amazing advice on how it will best be set. I recently purchased a diamond engagement ring for my wife to replace her stolen ring. The service including the pricing and setting were second to none. Service was ok. Dennis can be hard to get ahold of. We were buying an engagement ring and had a specific type of ring setting we wanted to use but were told it didn't work for the cut we bought. We were in turn sold another setting that was already in stock only to see the exact stone / setting combination on their instagram a couple months later. It was a bit frustrating given we were unable to get a call back from Dennis to get the stone re-set and now have to pay extra to get what we were looking for.
