I had my 37 year old Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust serviced at Dennis Jewelry recently. FANTASTIC customer service! Service was completed in the timeframe promised & my watch looks and runs like new! Dennis Jewelry is the place to go for Rolex servicing in San Antonio.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went in originally for a repair that they were not able to complete. No biggie my insurance was willing to pay $19,877 to replace my ring. They had my ring from Jan 30, 2022. They went on to say that they would only value my ring at $500 for scrap metal and that it is all the insurance would pay for a ring. I called the insurance and they assured me that they would cover me up to $19,877.

They then went on to say that the insurance would only cover me between $13500 to 14,000 because that's what they said it would cost to remake mine. Originally they had said that my ring was only worth 4 to 5k. I overheard Dennis speaking loudly about me on several occasions but never had the balls to come speak to me about the situation. I had never experienced such poor customer service.

I went to Americus Diamond and they took care of me immediately. I walked out with the ring of my choice, sized to me in less than 5 hours. Dennis Jewlers lost a potential customer

Don't know about their jewelry. But if you own a Rolex, need any service and live in SA you'd be wasting your $ to go anywhere else. Larry is the master. He will fix it and make sure it stays fixed.

I didn't think my ring would ever sparkle again after all of the hand sanitizer. But they worked miracles and it is gorgeous again. Recommend you stop in and check them out.

The overall experience (my 1st) with Dennis Jewelry was perfect. The staff were welcoming and personable. Each Associate & Specialist I spoke with were clear and easy to understand when explaining the repairs needed for my wife's wedding ring prongs. I felt very comfortable leaving my wife's ring for repairs. Each Associate maintained the recommended social distancing and wore masks which was also great and comforting. I'd be glad to do business with Dennis Jewelry again.

I took my Aggie class ring to be resized one half size larger. Dennis Jewelry did it perfectly. They also cleaned and shined it beautifully and put new prongs on the diamond. It now fits right and looks great.

The staff at Dennis Jewelry are knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. I love that they're family owned and operated so you really feel that you're shopping local. They explained to me that they make custom pieces out of anything. One time they made a bracelet out of elephant hair and a ring with an elk tooth!

Bobby, the designer is incredibly creative, skilled and talented; he designed my gorgeous tanzanite and diamond necklace for our 25th anniversary. George Dennis a man of integrity; he designed my wedding ring 32 years ago and still maintains it today; we will not go anywhere else!

Service was outstanding and the work on my wedding ring and solitaire was professionally done and finished on a VERY timely basis!

I would give Dennis Jewelry 0 stars if allowed. Called them today (12-21-20, at 10:40am) regarding repairing a nick on the band of my engagement ring. The man answering the phone was incredibly condescending, rude, and seemed like I was a bother to even be calling. He asked me if I had purchased the ring there, and then said "oh well it doesn't. really matter".

He had me repeat myself several times because he clearly was not listening to the reason for my call. I got off the phone with him after not getting anywhere, and then my fiance called about the matter, without letting the same man know he was calling about me. He was greeted with the same horrific attitude. I cannot believe they have someone like this man answering the phone. They definitely lost a customer, and I will be taking my business elsewhere, including the purchasing of our wedding bands.

I took my Rolex in to be cleaned. After a few weeks I get it back. It was running slow. I took it back and again I got it back in a few weeks. Then it was running fast. I took it back again and got it back in a couple of weeks. You guessed it, it's still running fast. I spent $1,100.00 and that is what I got. They tried, but they failed in my opinion. Steve Massie

Such a kind group of jewelers and so so honest. And upfront. They always take their time and the end result is always great. We had such an awful awful experience with green jewelers so I was sacred to death to allow anyone else. But Bobby has been outstanding. Customer service deserves a++++

Six years ago my husband bought me my engagement ring here after going several jewlers including the one you see on TV every night and they were by far the best value, quality and designs. I love my ring! The band had small diamonds on the band and a few years back I lost one and had it replaced. Then I caught my ring in the trash compactor and warped the center stone slightly so my husband took it in.

It also lost another small stone on the band. They said they have had some issues with the small stones and they replace it free of charge and fixed my ring within a few days. Our anniversary was yesterday so at dinner my husband presented me with my ring shining and looking better than ever. So kudos to everyone at Dennis Jewelry. We will always come back to you.

Went there to get an old ring fixed up while still keeping the integrity of the original engraving which was 75 years old. Another jeweler had already told me it was impossible, but Dennis Jewelry got really creative and suggested something I would've never thought of, and at a really good price. Took a few days longer than they had predicted, but the final product was more than worth it. They were also very nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Last year my husband purchased a 4-ct fancy yellow radiant diamond and had it set at another jewelry story to the tune of $5K, and it turned out horrible. After trying to live with it as it was for some months, my husband convinced me to get it reset. I found a Simon G setting that I liked and only 2 jewelry stores in SA carry the designer. We checked them both, but decided on Dennis Jewelers because they quoted a price over $2,000.00 less for the same setting than the other store.

It took some weeks, but when we received the ring back it was presented in a beautiful, lighted, yes lighted, jewelry box that when opened, took.my.breath.away! Very thrilled with the ring now, it.is.stunning! I also had my mother's engagement ring resized to fit my pinky finger, and they did an outstanding job.just beautiful, and I know it was a hard ring to size down that far.

The only reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars? Because they never called us to tell us our ring(s) were ready, we had to keep checking with them, and because our sales rep, Bob, did not recognize us as the customers that had been waiting for the 4-ct stunner coming back from Simon G.But those things are minor, and yes, we would go back in a heartbeat!

Went in to get my engagement ring resized. They did an amazing job and it was done quicker than they first estimated (~1.5 days!) everyone was super friendly and I felt that my ring was in good hand. I will say the reason for it being 4/5 stars is that they didn't authenticate my diamond when I received it back. I think if you ask they'll do it but it isn't automatic. The place is really spacious and clean. A little pricier from other places I got quotes at but I just felt like they'd do a good job and I'm glad I was right!

Great people, easy to work with, fantastic customizations, and very friendly. I went in for an engagement ring, hardly knowing what I was doing, and they helped me understand what I really wanted without up selling. Post purchase service remains excellent as well.

Walked in to get high end sport watch battery replaced and was told guy who could do it was not in. I also was told that it would be $75 for them to replace the battery. I went across the street to Radio Shack and had the battery and replacement done for $6.50. Don't really know how they come up with their pricing but it did not make sense.

Getting my bling cleaned! I can always count on my them to inspect & clean my jewelry when I need it. Very attentive and knowledgable staff. I have always had great customer service here. Can't wait to buy a new piece soon! :

The selection was okay but they didn't have anything I wanted - only one piece came close but the person helping us didn't bother to write down our selections so I guess they didn't care too much to try and get our business.

I don't have a lot of experience with jewelry stores, but as far as I'm concerned, these guy are fantastic. Dennis custom made my engagement ring. We wanted it to be a copy of the ring my fiance proposed with, which was a cheapo $25 thing from Nomadic Notions. Well, he made it, but I can't call it a copy. Dennis elevated the design to magnificance! Also, the service is really great. I just had it resized, free of charge, and anytime I want it polished I just stop by. They even remember my name!

When I walk into Dennis Jewelry, I feel like part of a whole new experience of living. The sparkling showcases up against the pretty wood is like a forest of diamonds and jewels awaiting my discovery. The service is topnotch. They know everything about what I want. I say I would like a 1940's looking princess cut and they show me my dream ring.

It is just too darn bad that I can't afford anything close to what they are asking. I know that they only pick the best of diamonds and watches but something tells me that they up the price by 20% just because of the environment. Who wouldn't? I could spend all day in Dennis and maybe all of my money, too.
