Ramnik was one of the few people I met with in the process of picking a ring. After one meeting with him I knew that's I who would ultimately go with to create the exact ring I wanted. Went here just to get some info and look around, left with a ring ordered and picked it up the next week. Ramnik spent about 25 minutes just talking with me, explaining diamonds and their rating system before even trying to sell me anything. When I did end up buying the ring I got the same quality ring for half the price as a Lee Michaels or Kay Jewelers. Don't waste your time with them.

If I had it to do over again (and I hope I don't!), I would not change anything at all. I'm temporarily on a project outside of the Baton Rouge area and Ramnik was able to work with me over the phone and email. When I met with him in BR to look at the diamonds, everything was exactly as explained. The process was great! His pricing was unbeatable. I went to every jewelry store in Baton Rouge looking for an engagement ring and Diamandel Diamonds was easily the best store in town. These reasons led me to make my purchase from there: 1) Trustworthy- Ramnik has been doing business in Baton Rouge for 30 years and has a solid reputation as a jeweler 2) The majority of their rings are custom made so I was able to get exactly what I was looking for 3) Prices were lower than the other jewelry stores I went to so I was able to get a higher quality diamond. With the pressure of making an engagement ring everything and more I can honestly say my expectations were far surpassed by Diamandel. Not only did it turn out to be far more beautiful than I expected but it also didn't break the bank. I have already recommended a few people to Diamandel and will continue to make the 6 hour round trip from where I live to have them fill all of my jewelry needs. Do yourself a favor and take it from a normal guy like me. Diamandel is a game changer.

Great customer service! I didn't feel pressured to buy anything and I got what I wanted UNDER BUDGET! I was sort of in a strict time frame. I picked a ring and there were some minor adjustment that had to be made. They made the adjustments and met the deadline. This place is amazing! I would recommend this place to everyone! P.S. I recently purchased an engagement ring from Diamandel and with the guidance of Mr. Ramnik the process was easier than I could have hoped for. From setting up a time to meet with me and just listening to what type of ring I was looking for before opening a big box of rings I was able to get a ring that had more personal meaning to me. I was given great instructions and never felt pressured into buying something I did not love.

When I saw a diamond I liked, Mr. Ramnik, got on the phone and had 3 more stones very similar to the one I liked sent over the next day to give me more variety to choose from.
