My husband had my diamond put into a new band with diamonds for Christmas and the sales person who helped us was very helpful. The ring was done very quickly. I am waiting until Christmas to see the new ring, but I have to admit that I was very disappointed when they sent my new ring out in a work order envelope. No box, no gift bag. Is this the way every purchase is sent out of the store?

The staff is undeniably very knowledgeable about what they sale. They dont just rush you through. They listen to your concerns and wishes and make them come true. I went in today on my lunch hour to have a sizer put in my new engagement ring and walked out with it done and at a fantastic price ten minutes later. Can't beat that! And you can usually find the owner in the store.
