I was looking for a unique design for an engagement ring based on some ideas my fiancée had been posting on Pinterest. I went to a few chain stores and got the high pressure sales pitch to get her one of the designs they had in store and that the center stone HAD to be a diamond (she later confirmed this is not what she wanted.)

After discussing what I was looking for, he offered to make a custom ring for us. He planned out how the ring would look for his designer and worked with me to make sure it was exactly what we wanted.

Rodrick, Nick, and Farrah did an amazing job. I wanted a custom ring and only had 1 photo of something similar to what I wanted. I wasn’t in love with any of the diamonds in the first round that Rodrick showed us, then, in came Farrah! She remembered a diamond that she had seen that had the exact color, clarity, and size that I wanted. The diamond was there for us to see within 24 hours and it was perfect. The ring was made and it is better than I ever imagined it would be!

I would like to say that the Diamond Exchange in Dallas was and is hands down the most memorable and wonderful experiences ever!!! There employees treat you like a person and not a number. They would rather have your trust more then anything and it showed. No pressure sales at all! One of the sales employees Farah was so pleasant and amazing to me and gave me an incredible deal on an engagement ring that I couldn't pass it up, she was wonderful!!

The owner Roderick is amazing as well. He buys and cuts his own diamonds so there's no middle man. He is very knowledgeable, nice and just knows how to treat people. All his employees do!! The prices cannot be beat anywhere, period!! I wouldn't shop for any other jewelry except from here. The Diamond Exchange is the only way to go!!

Roderick was so helpful and made the experience on buying a engagement ring a very pleasant one. Not only I got the perfect engagemnt ring, but he was so patient with me and educated me on diamonds to make a informed decision. The ring I got customized came out perfectly!!! I cannot put into words how easy the process of buying the ring with Roderick was. I walked in one day not even knowing where to start with designing a ring. He broke it all down for me even though he knew I wasn’t buying anything that day. He had plenty of diamonds to show me that first day to give me an idea of what the different colors and clarity would look like.

On my way out that day he told me to continue to do research but to make Diamond Exchange my last stop. I did my research online and walked back in a few months later with a printout of a diamond I liked from an online retailer. He beat that price and and I picked out the band and wedding band to match all for a good price. 2-3 weeks later I had the ring with the appraisal and proposed 3 days later. Me and my fiancé couldn’t be happier and we plan on going back for my band.

The Roderick team is outstanding, just superb. Not only do they have a knack for helping you find the exact piece, but truly listen and care about your happiness. Roderick does as custom as you wish. We did two custom bands and a matching custom solitaire. Just today I had a friend ask if it was Cartier. He also made up some chocolate diamond studs! They keep the overhead low and the satisfaction high.

Wow! These guys do flawless work with their custom rings. Just picked up my fiancé’s new engagement ring and wedding bands and they knocked it out of the park! When we went in to purchase a ring/talk about a custom ring, they had everything laid out and ready to go for us.
