Yadav was one of the best shopping experiences I could have asked for. As is for most people, buying an engagement ring can be very confusing and very stressful. You often rely heavily on pictures and certifications to base a decision that would be one of the most expensive things you'll ever purchase. I was very fortunate to have chosen Yadav as they were always available for me with any questions I had.

I was helped by Sheila and she was very knowledgeable and wonderful. She gave an unbiased opinion based upon the diamond I selected and helped me with the setting that I wanted to have the diamond set in. She was readily available and made the purchase very smooth. When I got the engagement ring, I was very impressed with the discrete and very luxurious packaging that the ring was mailed in. If you're really wondering about Yadav, look no further because you are really getting good quality jewelery with fantastic customer support.

While Jim did comment that I can reach out with any concerns, there has not been any further follow-up regarding the gap that still remains or answers to why this quality problem may have happened in the first place. I love my ring, but the setting quality should match the diamond quality. And unfortunately, it falls a little short. Because of this, we bought our wedding bands from another local jeweler we can trust.

I ordered a lab diamond online, since I am out of state. It can be scary purchasing online without actually seeing it in person, especially since I have been never owned a lab diamond before. I cannot express how pleased I am with this purchase. My ring arrived Tuesday and I had high expectations, but what I received far exceeded what I wanted. Edan and I had found the diamond I wanted over the phone and email for weeks. When we finally made the decision to aquire the diamond. He had it overnight shipped to SF showroom so that I could visit the showroom during our trip. Edan made sure the picking up of the diamond and selecting the setting the most wonderful experience. Felt very exclusive and treated like a vip. I recommend Yadav for all diamond purchases. Fair price and vip experience.

They are definitely one of the best in the area and I say this based on my experience with other jewellers. There is a huge difference in how the customer is treated at Yadav vs any other jeweller. During my first visit I was greeted by Mr Jim but in the subsequent visits I worked with Edan because Mr Jim had other commitments. I fall short of words when trying to describe my interaction with Edan.

He is extremely professional and always answered my question respectfully. I finalised the diamond over multiple visits and not even once was I pressured into buying something I didn't like. They let me examine the diamonds for as long as I wanted and came back with a better stone if I was unsatisfied. I had to get a custom design and I am impressed by how patient Edan was with all my requirements and requests.

The overall process took 5-6 weeks because Edan was careful and willing to accommodate all my requests with the customisation. I had told Edan that I am time bound and will need the ring ready by a certain date. Edan promised me that the ring will be ready before the date and they delivered on the promise. The best is yet to come - they offer amazing stones at really great prices. Yadav definitely offers better pricing than the chain jewellers in the area.

We had a really great experience with Yadav. Edan helped me pick the best diamond for my budget and it turned out so beautiful. I love it! He is so accommodating to my request and even sent a picture of the ring before shipping it to me. I will definitely be back in the future and will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

The best place to get your jewlery! I worked directly with Maytal and she was the best. She was patient, communicated well, and made the whole buying experience easy and stress- free. I specifically looked for a lab grown diamond and Maytal found what I was looking for. She helped custom-design the engagement ring. From our initial meeting, design, through to completion everything took about 3-4 weeks. Timelines were adhered to which was very professional.

She was also mindful about my request to keep communication secret so that the engagement surprise wouldn't be foiled. The ring ended up being better than what I expected. Will definitely be going back for more jewlery needs.

This is a long overdue review. Yadav made both of my engagement rings (yes, I lost my first one) and both were excellent quality stones. We live in Dallas now and have checked out stones from all over Dallas and even in NYC, but feel like Yadav has the best eye when it comes to stones and overall design of a ring. I can't tell you how many strangers have complimented me on my ring (but really, it's the quality and cut of the stone).

My ring is a very simple princess cut diamond ring set on a white gold band. We so wish he was nearby! We even contemplated flying to SF again to see him to get my diamond studs made. maybe next time we will. Yadav is also funny!

We went to many different jewelry stores looking for an engagement ring and were very pleased with the service at Yadav. My fiance (Robert) and I worked with Maytal and she was very helpful and did not try to upsell us at all. Furthermore, the price was very affordable and I can't stop staring at it! We chose a lab diamond mainly because of the price, but they also have a large selection of ethical natural diamonds.

If you visit in person, be prepared to go through security and make sure to bring your ID. We had never been to an "underground jewelry bazaar" (not sure what the exact term is) so at first it was a little jarring but totally worth it. We were able to customize the ring to be exactly what we wanted, and shipping took a couple weeks but was free! We highly recommend Yadav.

Amazing, just amazing! When researched other online companies, I found myself going back to Yadav's website after doing my comparison. Since I was in the area I decided to give them a call for a same day appointment. Then ah BAM! they opened up a window for me, and yes they were a little busy but the wait was less than 15 minutes, understandable.

I saved the ring I wanted from their website and they weren't able to locate the ring right away, but they were very persistent and eventually found the one I wanted. I needed the ring in less than 4 days and was out of driving distance to do a pickup. They offered to ship the ring and when the box arrived (3 days), it was extremely clean and polished, the workmanship on the ring was just amazing! My fiance loves it!

I worked with agent Nan, and have also talked with the nice woman who answers their general line. While I selected this location because of all the great reviews and beautiful jewelry, I ultimately was not able to purchase the jewelry after a post-credit card charge security review determined that I was not eligible for credit card payment, which stems from the fact that I am in the midst of a cross country move, with a new billing and mailing address (same address for both).

While of course fraud-related stops are reasonable and to be expected, I also received a receipt following my charge of SOMEONE ELSE'S invoice after my card was charged - full name, payment amount, address on invoice, email address, etc. It is wholly ironic that my good faith attempt to purchase a product was denied, yet I was given sensitive data of another customer which is dangerous and should be a never-event.

After being told I would have to do a full wire transfer, I was met with radio silence from Nan after inquiring about the credit card refunds which is unprofessional especially in light of their glowing reviews. As with all things there are good and bad qualities. The extra star is for the good customer service from the woman answering the general line (sorry forgot her name) who was very nice and said they would address it.

She also processed the refund immediately, but I did have to take the time to follow up and tie up the loose ends on my own. However, if I were the customer whose sensitive data was exposed, I would be expectedly fearful and furious given the type of transaction involved. I have since found an alternative beautiful piece elsewhere. If security and variable service are major concerns to you, consider taking your business elsewhere. Of course I knew I was going to LOVE YADAV. I found them on Instagram and though I reallllly wanted my ring to be from here, I appreciated my fiance purchasing it from anywhere. Of course I still had to have the setting from here. No one made it like Yadav. I called a few times to inquire about the bluebell setting, each time the customer service was attentive and amazing.

I finally made the 45 minute drive because I had to have it lol I HAD to have the two tone rose gold and white gold bluebell ring with a halo. When I arrived I was assisted by MAYTAL and I.freakin. LOVE HER! So so sweet, thorough and easygoing. She made sure I was heard and secured my worries about my ring. I was a little bit of a nutcase about the stone bc it came from a jeweler who was a bit newer and unheard of.

The owner was really welcoming and funny lol The whole process was super quick and easy which was GREAT, I just had a baby so anything quick and efficient is much appreciated. Yadav was an absolute pleasure to do business with! I was being jerked around by blue Nile for approximately six months. So I started doing more research and heard about Yadav. Not only were they prompt and responsive The staff was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. After a few weeks i came across the perfect diamond with guidance from staff!

The size of the stone would not fit in the French pave setting I wanted. So They customized the exact setting and ring to fit the stone precisely. This 2.51 cushion cut the VVS-1 Ideal stone was absolutely stunning! The fair market value was approximately $28,000 And the price I received the stone was $19,000. I have never purchased jewelry before so I was of course nervous.

The the total cost was about $22,000 and was worth every penny! They shipped it out within 24 hours emergency delivery to accommodate for my proposal. I could not tell you how thankful and grateful I am to the yaddav family. I took my wife diving and the instructors led us to a fake pirates chest I had thrown in the water before we went diving. They confiscated it for fishing and game and then called us back to open up our very own treasure chest after they cleared it for contraband.

When I opened that box she was so confused, excited, and then happy! This was truly special and it would not have been the same if the timing was off. I found their website via Rare Carat and they were one of the three I shortlisted for my solitaire ring. Their diamond prices were unbeatable (even though the setting prices may be a bit high comparatively) and the online reviews were great. So I decided to buy my ring from them. I got a 2.61 carat, VS1, H color, excellent cut in their dainty pave ring setting (1.4 mm band).

I loved the diamond but the band was too thin for my taste. So I exchanged it within the time limit and went with the exact same band in 1.8mm thickness (the same thickness of brilliant earth's petite pave band). They covered shipping both ways and I just paid the price difference. And now the ring is PERFECT. (Pro-tip: If you like a diamond, check its price on multiple days before buying.

I don't know why, but their prices changed a little depending on which day I saw the diamond I wanted.) The process had some minor hiccups, none of them product-related: - Ordering online took at least three attempts because of some website issue at their end. But they handled it, so all good. - They ended up charging me California's sales tax rate even though I don't live there.

I didn't even notice to be honest. They automatically refunded me the amount within a week when they realized their mistake. - When I decided to exchange the band, I had to follow-up multiple times for people to give me concrete answers. It's not like they were ignoring me. They just had to get the answers from their folks, but weren't following up with me to tell me they were still on it, leaving me slightly worried I might cross the 30-day exchange timeframe. (They got me my answer long before that deadline.) Neither of these speed bumps are big enough to cost the company a rating star.

I am just putting them here so people aren't thrown off especially if you're a first-time online buyer, as I was. TL;DR: ring is gorgeous, their diamond prices are the most competitive, and I would go back to them for my next purchase.
