I can't say enough for Judy, Devon and Diana. 32 years ago my husband asked me to be his wife with a beautiful engagement ring he bought from Diana Vincent. We purchased our wedding bands and more in the following years. After 31 years of marriage, I just re-designed my engagement and wedding rings into a magnificent combination ring and I am THRILLED with the results. I worked with Judy at Diana Vincent to design a custom engagement ring that is absolutely beautiful-- my wife and I could not be happier with the final design, fit and finish. Judy also helped us select our wedding rings. I walked into the store knowing nothing about engagement / wedding rings and Judy worked with me through the entire process - from start to finish.
She spent so much time working on our custom design, and the team put an amazing amount of thought into it, since we used stones from my wife's grandmother's ring. The final design ended up as a truly memorable and special piece of art. Judy went the extra mile to make sure it was exactly what we wanted and that it fit perfectly. I walked into the experience very nervous about finding the right ring for my fiance. Judy and Devan were extremely helpful throughout the process and made it fun. I purchased a necklace at Diana Vincent about 30 years ago when I lived in Washington Crossing. It has always been my absolute favorite necklace and I've worn it to all the important events of my life, e.g. weddings and other celebrations. After these many years, I managed to have the closure link on it get hopelessly tangled and eventually come off.
I tried for months to fix it, to no avail. I now live in North Carolina, so just stopping in was no longer an option. I emailed Judy after all these years and she had me mail it to them. Today, after just a couple weeks time, it arrived back to me looking as good as it did the day I bought it! And no charge! Now that's superb, professional customer service. Thank you, Judy!

I highly recommend Diana Vincent for custom work. I had an excellent experience working with Devan and Judy to design my engagement ring, which included resetting my Grandmother's diamond. They made wax molds with the actual stone so that I could try on the wax rings (there were a few iterations) and see what the finished product would look like. The actual ring turned out perfectly - my ring is exactly what I wanted.

Recently had a barrel link clasp repaired and was overcharged. $150.00 and the clasp was half the size of the original which they never gave me back, probably because it was a much better clasp. I would like the clasp back so I can take it to another jewelry and get a more secure clasp placed on it. The work would have been have the cost at. Jewelry in Newtown Pa. Not a happy customer!

My new jeweler is miles away from me, but there is no need to travel because she is as close as my computer, my phone, my front door. I fell in love with the Contour Collection Three Stone Ring but wanted to use my diamonds including my original engagement solitaire. How thrilling to find out that the designer would use my diamonds to create the design in 18K yellow gold for me!

This review is from my husband, who's not really into social media, so he asked me to post it for him. :) For our wedding, my fiancee and I wanted to design our own rings. We had success with hers, but I was still looking for someone who could work with my design and make it out of the metal I wanted for a reasonable price. My search lead me to Diana Vincent Jewelry Designs.
I could tell they did superb work from their website, and had seen that they dealt in alternative metals. I was looking to make my ring out of tungsten or palladium. After some discussion with Vincent and showing him the design, he assured me that they could handle things and we moved forward with getting it cast in palladium. The service was excellent, especially considering it was handled strictly over the phone and through email, as I reside in New Jersey. Vincent wanted to be certain he had every detail correct before we proceeded.
The ring was completed and delivered to me within 3 weeks at a reasonable cost. It turned out wonderfully, just as I had imagined it based off of the design. Of course most importantly, my fiancee (now wife) agreed and loved the finished product, too. I can't thank them enough for such great work, and recommend them to anyone. (In the image attached, the band with the moat and square cut out is the ring from Diana Vincent Jewelry Designs. The ring with the ruby is from another establishment.)

My fiancee saw one of their designs on the Internet and she just had to have one even though we live in Hawaii. Judy worked with us both across the miles to customize the perfect ring for my princess. It was a long process of us deciding what to do, which metal, stones, etc, but Judy made it painless. It arrived beautifully boxed very quickly and it perfect. (Note: they do not ship to Hawaii so we had to send it to her parents' house on the mainland. No big deal.)

The jewelry Diana Vincent designs and produces is true art. My fiance and I were searching for an engagement ring for months, and were consistently underwhelmed by the designs we were seeing at other jewelers, including the best jewelers we could find in New York City where we live. Lots of halos, lots of jewelers willing to do "whatever we wanted, " but no one who showed us inspiring, original designs.
I consider myself very fortunate to have found Diana Vincent through word of mouth. Their designs are unique, elegant, and timeless. Even though the jewelry looks good on their website, everything looks even better in person. Everyone we worked with throughout the process was warm, engaging, and helpful. Vince took time to make sure that our exact needs were met and customized the ring we picked out exactly to our specifications. The ring came out amazingly, and with incredible craftsmanship. In short, I cannot give Diana Vincent Jewelry a stronger recommendation. Five stars well deserved!

Diana Vincent and Vincent Polisano are the principals of Diana Vincent Jewelry Designs in Washington Crossing, Pa., and now also Lambertville, New Jersey. If you have had the pleasure of visiting their well appointed, yet comfortable shop on General Greene Road, you have seen beautiful pieces of gem and high end metals in unique and very attractive design.
I am particularly attracted to the exquisitely cut colored gems; peridot, tourmaline, aquamarine, topaz, and similar stones. Each is a marvel of contemporary cutting techniques that capture the inner light and project it directly to the brain, where it explodes with intense pure color. Surrounding each is a gold, platinum, silver or steel setting that support the stone in ways that allow the central star to shine while offering their own gracefulness.
There are many other stones there, each carefully selected for their intrinsic value. If they don't love the stones they see, they don't buy them. It is simple. Only work with what your feel an emotional connection. I recently brought in a beautiful peach tourmaline and asked Vincent to design a ring around it. We discussed my ideas, and he offered his with a few simple sketches.
I was excited by the opportunity to work with him. He had a rough setting in his workshop that he brought up to show me. He described how he could do something like that in any metal. It would be one of a kind, and would be ample enough to house the stone without detracting from its inner light. I had to use my imagination to see the finished product, but I liked what he was saying.
The suggested price range seemed reasonable, and I told him to go ahead. The final result was a silver shaft four prong base gently gripping the tourmaline in its four fingered embrace with small diamonds at the end of each prong like a period at the end of a poetic verse. It was beautiful. Give yourself the chance to visit Diana Vincent and fall in love with their work.
