My first visit to the 501 location and I was extremely impressed with Michelle. She was very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions concerning diamond rings. I left feeling I had not only received a fair deal but learned much more than I anticipated, and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Today my husband and I went to sell some gold jewelry. While my husband was looking at guns I browsed the jewelry counter where I met Kelly. Kelly was so outgoing and helpful in helping me to make a couple of choices. She cleaned my chain that I had bought a beautiful charm for. She explained in detail the warranty for both items which was extremely helpful in my purchase. In the future I will definitely be looking for Kelly for any jewelry purchases. So refreshing.

I went into the store the other day to look for a nice piece of jewelry for my mom for Christmas. I wasn't sure what I wanted. Marie Hicks was was so friendly and helped me with finding the perfect piece of jewelry for my mom. Her customer service was outstanding and I definitely will be coming back again soon!
