When I went to the location, the lady that met me at the counter first rolled her eyes at me as I walked in the door. She asked me what I was there for, and I stated that I was there to have my diamonds and gold appraised, and would possibly wish to sell some. She immediately snapped and said we are not buying any gold or diamonds. She said the owner was retiring. I will never enter there store again. Extraordinary rude!
