Best jewelers around. They are honest, professional, and friendly. Eddie repaired my platinum engagement ring, as my diamond was loose, and the prongs were compromised. He meticulously worked on it, to where it looks brand new. I also bought 2 beautiful necklaces. Jack and Ara have also helped me throughout the years, and look forward to seeing them again!

Recently purchased an engagement ring from Jack. We went through a couple rounds of sourcing and looking at diamonds and settings. I was very particular in building the perfect ring and Jack was patient the entire time. Very pleased with the way the ring turned out. Plus, she loved the ring and said yes!

I purchased a watch from this online retailer. It was a Seiko solar Railroad watch. I used PayPal, and the full price of the item plus shipping was debited from my account (I have copies of the invoice, the PayPal statement, and the credit card debit for the amount of $119). After 3 days (shipping estimate was 5 days), I received a notice from PayPal that $119 had been refunded to my account and credit card.

There was absolutely NO communication, NO explanation from D'Or. This put me 3 days later on the path to getting this watch. Just now I went back to the website only to see the watch still for sale exactly as before. To me this demonstrates that they run their business in a shoddy manner, and I would not trust them again.

Jack is the best. You can give him nearly any criteria for a ring or diamond and he will find it or create it to your exact needs. He does anything and everything to satisfy his customers and his quality is outstanding. He is a genuine person who doesn't BS you or lead you astray. I went to Jack to get a new setting for my engagement ring and he was BEYOND helpful. I had a pear shape stone, he showed me what he had along with getting settings to look at based on the photographs I provided. He explained everything in such great detail it was amazing!
