From sizing to re-tipping we offer quality repair work on all pieces of jewelry regardless of where it was purchased.
We upgraded my Wedding Ring for our 35th Anniversary, and discovered Douglas Jewelers when looking for a jeweler who carried the Levy Creations ring I wanted. David was able to get what I wanted at a fair price. I went back a year later to have a custom made Wedding Band. Their Goldsmith did an outstanding job matching the band to my ring, and gave me exactly what I wanted.

Was looking for a watch and I found one. It's only been a day but I love the watch already. They gave me a great customer service with a great price to match. I will be going back for future inquiries if needed. I was in and out of the store within 20 25 minutes. I enjoyed my experience very much if you couldn't tell already and wanted to just say thank you for the above and beyond customer service.

I started going to Douglas 2 years ago and will never go anywhere else. I've worked with David and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure I am not only satisfied but knowledgeable about what I'm purchasing. To find a jeweler this honest and upfront with customers is unheard of. If you're not close to Hartford.take the drive.you will not be disappointed.

Shopped here today and I had a great experience. Good product variety, different styles for different tastes and occasions. Price ranges are very affordable and I found a new designer that I just adore her jewelry and very reasonably priced- great for gifts! The women who helped me were fun, helpful and not pushy at all. One of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long time! I'll be back.

I will say I will never go anywhere else for jewelry ever again. David went above and beyond my expectations and helped my fiance create a custom engagement ring for me. I have a love for hexagons and David found me a rare hexagon diamond and made my ring better than I imagined and made the most perfect custom wedding band from it. They truly are such a great small business.

This is the best store that I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. David is one of the nicest people that I've ever been lucky enough to interact with. Whenever I need my watch looked at, this is where I'll go, and if I were to pop a question, you'd better believe I'd go here to prepare.
