What: Your detailed Insurance Appraisal will follow in 1-2 weeks via mail, email, or in-store pickup. Cost: Appraisal pricing is $125-$150 for the first item, with price breaks for additional pieces.
We take great pride in performing all jewelry repairs on-site. We also have strict quality control standards that have to be met for each and every repair. This allows us to offer our customers a full one year warranty against defective workmanship. Although we do a lot of typical jewelry store stuff here at Dutille's, your custom design project from start to finish, is our primary focus. We believe that proper communication is the key to a successful custom design project and we pride ourselves in being able to take the, "what if I don't like it", question out of the equation.
