The attention to detail here cannot be overlooked: Both rings were custom-made and align perfectly, and the pave stones that line both rings are the same color grade, clarity, and cut as my (gorgeous) center stone. A link on my great-grandmother's bracelet broke. It's just a costume piece (she was an Avon lady) but it holds a lot of sentimental value. I brought it to Dutille's and agreed to the plan to fix the bracelet by removing the broken link and adding a few rings. Today, my husband picked up the fixed bracelet and they had very thoughtfully added a necklace loop on the broken link so I can continue wearing it. I was so touched by this gesture and wanted to share. Small businesses are the best

My experience with Dutille's was outstanding; they exceeded all my expectations in terms of quality, beauty, and timeliness. My wife had a very specific vision for what she wanted in a ring; I took that information, gave it to Beau, and he made it come to life. He got the perfect stone ordered, in, and set in time for me to pull off a huge surprise for her, and then customized her engagement ring and created a matching wedding band.
