I can't say enough warm, thoughtful thinks about Mary Seramur and East Towne Jewelers. It's the only place I ever want to go for jewelry repair, custom design work, or basics like charms for a charm bracelet, an extra pearl on my Add-A-Pearl, and simple chains. She's enthusiastic all the time, frank when it's helpful, and takes the time to teach a customer who wants to learn and is open to advice. If you're loyal to your auto shop or a favorite restaurant, take the time to meet Mary. She'll take care of you and be there for the special and celebratory moments in life!

East Towne Jewelers is the best. Not only are they a great place to find unique and one-of-a-kind pieces, but the designer lines they carry are also so cool. A great selection of jewelry at all price points. But the best thing about East Towne Jewelers is they are so wonderful to work with! I have had them create many pieces for me, both brand new and also taking stones from old jewelry I no longer like to creating awesome new pieces I love!
They are even great at restoring or fixing heirloom jewelry. If you want to get an engagement ring or just design a gift for someone you love, East Towne Jewelers is excellent to work with and definitely a jeweler you can trust. The only place I shop.

Mary and the staff are truly exceptional! They take the time to make sure they fully understand exactly what you're looking for, with genuine interest, without being pushy or overly "sales-y" like a lot of larger jewelry stores are notorious for. I walked in with a rough idea for an engagement ring I wanted designed. With only a pen and scrap paper, Mary sketched out the design I described and proceeded to create the CAD image for my approval. Mary even had a variety of diamonds sent in so I could choose the best/most appropriate one and even walked me through the C's (Carat, Cut, Color, Clarity) of each!
When I received the call the ring was ready (ahead of the quoted date, too!), I was more eager than my 6 year old daughter on Christmas morning to see the finished product. When I opened the box, the ring FAR surpassed any preconceived expectation I had. It truly left me speechless. I would highly recommend Mary & the staff!
