Unimpressed with the repair of my boyfriend's watch, we sent his Invicta to Eichhorns to replace the glass, and a pin in the band was broken. Although they did have to send out for the glass, and that repair was satisfactory, the replacement of the pin was not. When receiving the watch after repairs were made, the link in the band where the pin was replaced was damaged, it looked as if the pin was hammered into the link, and the price of the repair was more than the watch itself, disappointing to say the least. *Eichhorn did take back the watch to polish out the imperfections they made when replacing the pin, but if it was so easy to polish, I don't understand why they did not do that in the first place, so I will say they did make it right

These folks are honest, happy and helpful. I like giving the silver coins as gifts for baby showers and birthdays. I love being in the Diamond Clubs.

I took a vintage ring in to see if they could repair some of the filigree on the side, which was too thin to do anything with. they happened to have another vintage mounting that they were able to use with the top of my ring. it looks so great and is much nicer than my original mounting. Love it!

I don't have a whole lot of experience with jewelers but I have to say my experience with Eichhorn has been amazing! I was looking for a place to purchase sterling silver spoons and my stepmother recommended going here. I am so glad she did! I received a fantastic set of 6 spoons for a great price.
