You will never be pressured to buy. It is our pleasure to educate and serve! Del began his fine jewelry career in 1978 at Zale's Jewelers. He joined the J.C. Penney Company one year later. After concluding a successful career of fourteen years of sales and award-winning management, he ventured into the manufacturing branch of the trade.

Since the humble beginnings of ESPECIALLY JEWELRY -- first of all in Kansas City, then into the Independence and Lee's Summit communities, we have valued most highly the loyal, supportive trust that our dear friends have shown to us. They, in turn, have referred literally thousands of others to be served with the same commitment to the highest of standards.
We want everyone to be completely satisfied with the jewelry and service provided at ESPECIALLY JEWELRY! In the event that an item needs to be returned, a refund or credit will be issued within 15 days of purchase, providing that the item is returned in new condition (unworn/unused). Original packaging and documents (if applicable) are to be returned in new condition with the merchandise.
Since its inception, ESPECIALLY JEWELRY has been committed to sharing a portion of the store's revenue to worthy causes -- ministries and local charities. In accordance with biblical principles, we believe that each one of us has been "blessed to be a blessing". Listed below are some of the organizations that we support with great delight.
Among the most ancient of crafts is that of jewelry making. Stone-cutting and creative works in gold, bronze, and silver are mentioned in the Old Testament writings of Moses. Hand-tooled treasures are given as gifts and passed down to loved ones. Over the last several years, we have observed increasing interest in the "ESTATE" and pre-owned jewelry category.

This is the only place to get your jewelry in KC. For years, our family has been taken care of with the best service and jewelry from the team at Especially Jewelry. We got our wedding bands here and could not have asked for a better experience. Helpful tips, honest opinions and genuine care for our needs. They will help you find exactly what you need!
Last year, one of the diamonds in my wife's ring got chipped and they were able to quickly fix and make it as new again. Each trip to the store, they cleaned her rings. I get my watches serviced and batteries replaced here as well. Will always come back because they make sure you are taken care of as a person-not just a customer. I went in on Friday to get two of my watches fixed. I did not make an appointment, but thankfully, they squeezed me in. A clasp was broken on one and the strap broken on the other. Sadly, they didn't have a supplier for the kind of band I was looking for, but a very kind gal took my other watch back and had the mechanism fixed in two minutes! At no charge! Truly made my day and I will be back with any jewelry needs that I have! Thank you so much!

We went to many stores looking for a ring, most places were dishonest, or they sold poor jewelry, then we came to Especially Jewelry. The owner was honest, knowledgeable, and went way farther than my expectations to make a ring we were both happy with. I don't write many reviews, but these people certainly earned it.

Been a customer for a long time. Never have to look at the price of something because if you want it, you know the VALUE will exceed the price and you won't find a better deal anywhere. I moved away to Texas 6 years ago and haven't made any jewelry purchases since because I have never found any other business that give you the same feeling of TRUST and HONESTY you get from Del and Julie.
With an anniversary 24 hours away and having not considered a piece of jewelry for the occasion I saw a piece posted on FB and had to have it. I received a call from Del, it was good to catch up since it had been 6 years but it felt more like 6 days. He went over and above the call to make sure that the piece was in my hand less than 20 hours after we hung up.
It arrived at my office wrapped and ready to hand it over to my wife. It couldn't have been easier and it reminded me of the EXTRA MILE Especially always goes to make sure its not just a transaction. I have referred people there for years when in KC and now my TEXAS friends know everything about them as well.

My fiance and I picked up our rings before our wedding a few weeks ago and we could not be more pleased. Not only with our rings, but the entire experience of working with Especially Jewelry. We came to Del off a family recommendation to custom make our wedding set. We had several rings in our family that we wanted to incorporate into our rings to create a custom set with lots of sentimentality and vintage flavor. Del was completely accommodating, offering suggestions and really taking an exceptional amount of time to work with us and help us get exactly what we wanted.
