My Hats off to Richard and Jill! I recently had gone in to there establishment after my mother had passed away. We had several rings we were trying to sell. Richard was not interested in purchasing the rings but instead set us up with someone who made us an offer. We declined that offer and then Richard suggested we try to sell them on our own. He went the extra mile free of charge and gave us the diamond color and clarity ratings and even gave us suggested pricing we should sell them at. What a fabulous jeweler. First of all and very important, Richard is extremely honest and reliable. Also, he has a tremendous eye for beautiful jewelry. My daughter had a gorgeous 2 carrot diamond, a family heirloom, set by Richard onto a beautiful traditional and elegant ring, that he personally designed in collaboration with my daughter. She now is a proud owner of a beautiful diamond ring, that has a diamond with important family history.

Richard and Jill were an absolute pleasure to work with when picking out my girlfriend's engagement ring. I never felt pressured at any point and really felt comfortable with the fact that Richard knew exactly what he was talking about when it came to the best diamond for my budget. Richard was a pleasure to work with. He knows the diamond industry and his true goal is a satisfied customer. As I was shopping for an engagement ring, he procured several stones that he thought I would like. He had me view each one under his microscope, showing me the difference between size, cut, dimensions, color, and clarity. He really took the time to help me understand what I was buying and why prices were different for each stone. Richard did a phenomenal job of coaching me through selecting the right diamond for her. We went back for our wedding bands and had the same satisfaction. Richard is personable and genuinely wants to please his customers. He is now my go-to for fine jewelry!

We had a few pieces of jewelry that needed to be fixed. One was a ring with a family heirloom diamond in it so I was hesitant to just leave it anywhere to be fixed. The diamond kept coming loose and It needed to be fixed without interfering with the style of the ring. We went in and met with the owner Richard who does all the work himself. He was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and kind.

We also had a very delicate chain that needed an extension put on it to make it a little longer. He gave us a VERY reasonable quote with a few days turn around time. So we left our pieces with him. We just picked them up today and WOW they came out AMAZING. We couldn't be happier and we will definitely go back any time for our jewelry needs. They also have beautiful jewelry in the showroom. If you go you will not be disappointed.
