I brought in a treasured gold bracelet that was mangled in a tragic Christmas driveway incident. I didn't realize it had fallen from my wrist until it was discovered the following morning having been run over by 3 different cars. I thought all was lost and went to Fall's Jewelers for a hopes for Hail Mary pass. They worked a miracle! My bracelet is returned to its former glory.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Spencer at Falls Jewelers! He took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me several options to try within my budget. My engagement ring wasn't from Falls, but I found the perfect band that I loved and Spencer went out of his way to confirm all the details to custom make my wedding band to match my ring perfectly. I love this family owned jeweler! Stopped in here and dropped off my engagement ring after a stone came out. They did a fabulous job replacing it, redoing all my prongs and my shank for a very good price! My ring looks beautiful! Wonderful, friendly and attentive people! I entered the store to purchase my son a special birthday present. I checked in on Yelp before I entered and was surprised by a 10% off any purchase reward on the Yelp app! I DID use it. Upon arrival a helpful assistant, Maggie, asked me what I was looking for and how she could help. She guided me to the section that leaned toward the masculine customer.
They had a lot to offer. She wasn't pushy or overbearing. She allowed to look and ponder. I found a dressy gold bracelet that was perfect. The 10% discount from the Yelp made it even better. I seldom purchase jewelry but I will return here if I ever need to again!

Sam is amazing! I was in Europe and my fiance was in Hawaii. Sam worked with my mom in North Carolina. I had a specific ring in mind I wanted to get for my fiance. Sam was able to just look at a few pictures and started spewing off dimensions because he knows his craft. He created a CAD drawing, then a wax model, then the rough gold ring without polish, diamonds, and prongs shaped.
He then added the diamond and polished away. My fiance, family, and friends are all blown away by the ring. Sam is first class in the customer service business and is an expert in his craft. I have already gone back and gave him more of my business.

This is the best jeweler in Concord hands down. I highly recommend everyone to at least check this place out before buying elsewhere. Sam Falls, a third generation jeweler, is a very nice guy that will go above and beyond to satisfy a customer. The staff is very nice, not pushy at all, and they know their stuff. I bought an engagement ring here and my fiance and myself couldn't be happier. Don't buy from a chain or big box store. This is the place to go.

There was absolutely no pressure, just friendly advice throughout the whole process.
