Very kind and efficient! A clasp broke off of a tiny gold chain I have and they were able to fix it quickly and did a great job! Even cleaned my chain nicely!

I looked at all the jewelers in Sandy Springs. Farsi is unmatched. I went ring shopping for my fiance and Kam had the perfect ring. He will give you more care and attention than the major retail jewelers. Kam is very easy to do business with and best of all his inventory is top notch. He resized the ring for free and added an adjustable band for free. Nothing but an amazing experience working with him.

Kam helped me with my Baume Mercier watch which I thought was in need of serious repair, he explained everything, took a good look did a little maintenance and sent me off, he was honest, & knowledgeable anyone else might have told me it did need service, to leave it for days & then presented me with a huge bill which is what I expected as it has happened to me before with another high-end watch repair. We saw some beautiful pieces there but I was too preoccupied to give a good look, we definitely will comeback hopefully next time to shop.

Farsi Jewelers went above and beyond for us! We went in to replace my lost wedding rings for Our upcoming anniversary. We had been to other Jewelry stores, but were disappointed in the quality of the diamonds in our budget ($5,000). We found Farsi Jewelers online and decided to give them a try. Kam was amazing! He spent an hour with us trying on rings and going over options and ended up helping us build the perfect set for me!

We also ended up getting my husband a new ring too! All three rings for LESS than we would have spent on just an engagement ring at the corporate spots. We stayed on budget, we got exactly what I had envisioned, and my husband got a new ring too. We can't say enough good things about this store or Kam. Thank you for everything! We will be back for all of our future jewelry needs.

I have used Farsi Jewelers for many years now. The owner has made many custom pieces of jewelry for me including my wife's engagement ring. The prices are fair and the quality is there. The owner is friendly and really looks out for his clients.

After reading it reviews and calling around I ended up at this jewelry store to get my expensive watch adjusted to my small wrist. Sam was great! And although I'm not in the market to buy any jewelry right now I have to say some of the designs in there were gorgeous and if I had had the money I would have bought a few items while there

My fiance bought my engagement ring here and it's GORGEOUS! He said Kam (I hope I'm spelling his name right) was awesome in helping him with the ring and even though he went bigger on my center stone than he planned, he Kam kept it very reasonable. I went today and had it sized bc they have a jeweler on site on certain days and within 30 minutes it was done. Came out with a perfect fit and with so much sparkle from their cleaning. Seriously, with people like Kam and the business he runs, there is truly no need to use the chain jewelry stores.

Everything he does is with quality and he wants you to be happy when you leave which I am. I cannot say enough good things about this man and his business. Had a wonderful experience with Farsi Jewelers. I dropped off multiple items to be changed, new post on studs and extended loop on charm and they had it done the next day. So appreciative of their expertise and quick turnaround.

Really a tremendous Jeweler with a ton of knowledge and attention to detail. Kam is a true professional and helped with any questions I had while providing me with the education I needed. Some places look down on you or don't pay you very much attention when coming in to simply get something small appraised or cleaned. I highly recommend Kam. He does amazing work! I really appreciated the communication with Kam. He was honest, straightforward, and genuinely looked out for my best interest in designing the ring. Speaking of the design, it was an incredible and fast process. The ring was designed and finished in half the time of all the other jewelers I spoke with.

Along with that speed, came quality. That's a rare, almost impossible combination, but he executed very well. The ring was exactly what I pictured and even more beautiful. My fiance absolutely loved it and I'm super grateful for Kam's help in making that moment perfect.

Kam did an excellent job designing and creating the perfect engagement ring that fit my budget. I went to several other jewelers and felt that either the price was too high, or the quality of the ring was too low. The designing process was fun and the finished product is stunning!

I am not a big jewelry person, but I needed to buy an engagement ring, and Kam came highly recommended. He walked me and my fiancee through the whole process, from initial design conversations through 3d modelling, culminating in a perfect ring for cheaper than any other local competitors! I can't recommend him high enough, go here for your jewelry and you can't go wrong! I am so happy I found this place. I don't usually go into jewelry stores unless I have something very specific I'm looking for. When I first called this place to inquire about some jewelry, Kam picked up and I knew immediately from our phone conversation he was very knowledgeable and experienced in this particular field. He spoke with confidence and was very honest that it convinced me he was a trustworthy person.

I believe, I am not easy. I'm very indecisive and can take a long time to make decisions on my purchases but nonetheless, Kam is extremely patient with me. Never pushy with me. I drive him crazy with my indecisiveness and my repetitive questions although he will tell me otherwise. His disposition allows me to be completely myself and not having to worry being judged for being too picky or too undecided, too uncertain and too doubtful.

He really does feel out his customers and his service is genuine. I have changed my mind on him a millions times and we go back and forth on the same things for days, yet he has never made me feel I was a nuisance. He has stayed and waited for me after his store has closed and really does go the extra mile to accommodate and make his clients happy.

I tell all my families and friends, his store is on a smaller scale, not big like the commercial chains you see in the malls, etc. but it's the personalized experience that makes the difference that sets him apart. He can customize anything you want or can get anywhere else, get anything your heart desires, beat the prices, and really does care about you.

Why bother going to those chains to get mediocre service and you're just a sales ticket and their jewelry isn't that special anyway? Kam and his staff definitely makes it for an amazing experience and I most undeniably adore the hell out of them! Farsi has me forever! Btw I did purchase a tennis bracelet, stud earrings, necklace and he had set a ring for me.with more projects lining up! Can't wait for my next piece of jewelry!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! I walked in and was welcomed right away with smiles. I liked that I didn't feel intimidated as I usually do at jewelry stores, even though I was only here for a battery replacement. Nooshen was very honest and reasonable about pricing and explained why Skagen watches are more complex than others. Will definitely be back when the battery dies again.

I designed a three-stone ring for my fiancee with a diamond flanked by two rubies. Kam was extremely helpful. He created a stunning ring from my vision. I wanted for the stones to be visible from the side profile. Everyone raves about the ring! No one has a ring like this. And most importantly, she said, "Yes!"

Stopped by for a Google Wallet discount offer and turned out this is a fantastic watch & jewelry store right off of 285 on Roswell road. The staff are extremely personable and really want to satisfy their customers! I have since returned for a total of three times; once to get a friend's watch repaired, and once to put my Motorola 360 watchband on.

This jeweler is great and i have now become a regular customer. They helped me (a clueless husband) figure out what to get my wife the first time, and now I'm hooked. They first helped me get her a small necklace and have since got her lots of different things all because they recommend some great stuff. I usually walk in, tell them what I am willing to spend and they give a few choices. My wife loves to see the familiar blue bag as she knows something good is inside.

I wanted to write an update to my review of Farsi Jewelers from 2/26/15 because I have been back several times and experienced horrible customer service from Kam. First of all - Farsi Jewelers has serious quality control issues - I can't tell you the number of times I went in to have something fixed on my ring only to notice another issue as soon as I leave.

During the year or so I've had this ring I've had to go in probably 8 times due to quality issues with the ring; twice due to the center stone being crooked, multiple black spots in the white gold that they missed during the rhodium plating, diamonds falling out and a bent halo. Due to all of these issues I went in to have the design changed - I was sick of the issues and just wanted to start fresh using the materials from the old design (which I was completely willing to pay for) Kam guilted me and told me that I'd never be happy and that he was out more than what I was paying for these changes (even though HE set the price) During my last couple of visits he was rude and disrespectful - it shouldn't matter if you're spending $6,000 or $60,000 - you don't treat a paying customer the way that I was treated.

Not once did I throw all of the quality issues in his face, even though I easily could have. I eventually got the ring and had my fiance go in to pick it up because my last visit was so uncomfortable. Literally the second my fiance got in the car I noticed a section of the rail missing - he went right back in and they fixed it immediately (but still, don't they check for this stuff?!) My fiance came back about 20 minutes later and I notice ANOTHER issue - behind one of the prongs there is either dirt or the stone is cracked.

I was so done at this point that I didn't have my fiance go back in. but to this day I don't know what the spot is. I'm worried that if I ever have the stone replaced I'll find out that it really is cracked, and won't get any $ for it. The SECOND issue is a hole in the gold on the band. its small and isn't noticeable when the ring is on but its still there.

I never heard from Kam with an apology - and now I don't even feel like that I can go in to have my ring cleaned or to have these issues checked out. I have pictures with dates as proof for all of these issues should anything ever come up.

For years I've been trying to find a jeweler who could offer suggestions for fixing a tennis bracelet clasp. Many tried; many failed. Many just brushed me off. Then I went to Farsi Jewelers, and Noshen helped me find a solution. She spoke with their craftsman, looked up possible cost options, etc. Bottom line: The bracelet now has a clasp that doesn't come undone or break.

It looks beautiful and is just what I've been looking for. Noshen and her colleagues at Farsi Jewelers are top-notch. I recommend the shop for purchases and repairs. And I will definitely take all future business there, even though it's not really convenient to my neighborhood. BTW, the price for repairs and redesign was very reasonable. Worth every penny.

My husband and I have worked with this jeweler and specifically the owner, Kam, since we got engaged 15 years ago. When selecting a jeweler all of those years ago, we wanted someone who was trustworthy, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Farsi and Kam excel in all three of these areas. We have had several great experiences with them but I wanted to highlight our most recent here.

I have been looking to make a change to my round solitaire engagement ring and had settled on a cushion halo setting with diamonds on the band. While I was hesitant to go the custom route because of the unknown, Kam walked me through the process and helped me to get comfortable. He drew out what I had described to him on his design software as I looked on.

He allowed me to be a part of every step. On the day I went to pick up my ring, my heart was beating out of my chest in anticipation. When I saw the ring I was speechless. It was stunning, more beautiful that I could have imagined. Needless to say, we have been more than pleased with Kam and his staff and will be clients for life.

I have been looking for weeks trying to find a bracelet for my girlfriend. As soon as I went to Farsi Jewelers I was greeted and helped immediately. They answered all my questions and found the bracelet I was looking for. I would never go anywhere else! They really take the time to understand what you're looking for.
