A local VT jeweler that truly deserves your consideration. Sarah at the Woodstock location helped point me in the right direction, and gave me good advice along the way. She understood that I had specific requests while sourcing the ideal piece, and was communicative and inviting the whole time. Patient, helpful, and friendly. Quality customer service, and a respect for every budget-that's all I could've really asked for, and they have exceeded my expectations so far. I highly recommend NT Ferro!

Really nice people - genuine and never pushy. I like their selection and really love what I can find in their estate jewelry section. Very very happy with them and love feeling comfortable wandering through and perusing.

This is a high end jewelery store with mostly estate - pre-owned older jewelery pieces - with prices that go from several hundred to many thousands of dollars. They carry a large variety of choices and styles, something for every taste. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Very happy with their services. Repair, cleaning, sizing. They have a marvelous selection of jewelry and watches. Always something eye catching. Another added bonus: they offer custom work! Looking forward to designing something in the future.

I saw an ad in the local paper indicating this jeweler was "actively buying diamonds". Please call to make an appointment. Had an engagement ring I wanted to sell. Beautiful. 1.25 carat. Phone call met with complete disinterest. Tried to make appointment, owner said to come Friday afternoon or Saturday. No set time? Call before you come. Called, too busy. Just can't figure out why they put ad in paper, never would have contacted them otherwise.

I had a great experience although it was several years ago. I have a PEridot ring that my father gave his mother probably in the early 40's. I am an August baby and my grandmother passes it along to me. When my granddaughter was born in August I took it to a very reputable jeweler to ask about getting it"reinforced" after so many years of wear. he told me it would be expensive and made no guarantee that he wouldn't break the stone.

He basically said just buy a new one because peridot is not expensive. He totally issued the sentiment. I ended just leaving. A. Co-worker told me about NT Ferro. I made the 70 mile trip and within seconds Nick said he could fix it for $140. I went back a few weeks later, he had done a great job and said it took more labor and gold than he estimated but since he had given me a quote, he stuck to the price. I was and still am thrilled!

When a loved one passes, have you ever felt the need to donate the money left to you to a jewelry store? What? You say "no"? huh, isn't that funny? I didn't either! Well, NT Ferro's felt the need to take such from my family? What am I talking about? Well, read on. Our grandmother had recently passed and left some heirlom jewlery to us.

We had it appraised at another reputable jeweler and were told a certain amount. With that said, we then took it to NT Ferro's- what a mistake! NT Ferros is where we took our recently inherited jewelry to see what our options were as far as reselling/consigning and have what we were hoping to be a positive experience. You may want to grab a chair as you may feel sick and floored the same way I did, to the point that you can't even stand.

The jewelry that we left in the trust of their hands (as well as upon their request that we leave in their possesion) was then held for ransom like a hijacked train and with the appraisal at half the amount of what was originally told to us from the previous reputable jeweler. We were then told that the items would only be released upon a fee of $50! Are you kidding!

Talk about taking advantage of someone in their time of requesting help! Well we must have known about this you say? I even had to second guess myself but there was absolutely no mention, nothing in writing. Only a claim ticket of the items-that was it. Maybe you say that they cleaned the items, restored them, etc.nope. They were in the exact same condition.

Maybe you say they went out of their way to research the items further.nope. They tried to tell us they were only willing to give us a considerable amount (basically half!) of the appraised value we were originally quoted. Even the mall kiosks would offer more than that (not that this is what I was looking to do, but it was that insulting) Maybe they came back with some kind of golden ticket or back rub at least? NO!

The only thing NT Ferros should have offered us along with all this aggrevation is some advil for all the headache and pain they caused! Heck, even some Pepto for the fact that they made me sick to my stomach! Avoid this place at all costs, unless your in the mood to go in your backyard and pick a few bills off your money tree to throw into the garbage.
