My fiance bought my engagement ring here and the staff was wonderful with helping him with all of his questions and the customization of the ring. Service was quick but thorough and the ring is BEAUTIFUL. I went to get it resized after our engagement and the staff was just as wonderful to me. They are all personable and Dan was really quick to get my ring back to me stating he knew it was a recent engagement and that he wanted to work as quickly as possible so I didn't have to part with the ring for very long : We will definitely be getting wedding bands and some gifts for family here!

This was an excellent experience! the staff members were very helpful in finding the perfect engagement. they assisted us in personalizing it to make it exactly what we had in mind. they had a large variety of gorgeous engagement rings. the customer service was great, we couldn't have asked for better. we felt very at home there and like the salespeople had our best interest. thank you! :

I went in with a service that needed to be done with my watch. A gentleman fixed it and didn't charge me for the service. I made sure he was taken care of because I ran all around town today with different jewelry stores telling me they couldn't do the Simple service. I'll be back. And btw they had a lot of very nice jewelry design. Real artwork stuff.

I cannot commend Foss Jewelers enough for their expert craftsmanship and excellent customer service. My husband and I chose Foss to assist with restoring my 200+ year old engagement ring as it's antique nature wasn't holding up to every day life. Dan was able to find us a beautiful new stone and restored the ring to its original beauty in a way we didn't think possible. We are so grateful and recommend Dan and his team to anyone.

I had a ring re-created from Foss. They did an incredible job, the ring is absolutely gorgeous. They have GREAT customer service. They care about you as a customer not just how much you are paying for a ring and I appreciated that so much! Dan did a great job helping me stay within my budget but still be happy with the end result! Great job guys, keep it up!
