My now-fiance and I went to Fox in April and were helped by Madison in picking out a ring design. Madison was great to work with and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain all of the different diamond characteristics so we could figure out exactly what we wanted. When he went back to purchase the ring, the customer service was again fantastic and they made sure he was able to pick up the ring in time to propose when he had planned. Fox did an absolutely amazing job with the ring and I couldn't have been happier!

They were also able to resize my ring in time for my family to see it when they visited. Everyone there that we have spoken to provided such great customer service and made the entire experience enjoyable

My husband and I have always liked shopping at Fox Fine Jewelry. Not only are their pieces unique and beautiful, but the staff is always welcoming and takes their time with us. Desi and Sandy, in particular helped with a custom designed graduation gift for my daughter. They both gave me their time and expertise and the result is a one-of-a-kind gorgeous pearl station necklace in white gold! My daughter loves it. Thank you so much!

I recently lost a diamond from my pave setting on my engagement ring and brought it into Fox to be repaired. The owner George carefully examined my rings and was so nice, professional, and patient with my engineer husband as he asked a million questions about what he was doing. . They then took my rings and replaced missing stone in my engagement ring, checked and tightened the stones, and polished and rhodium plated it.

They also tightened, polished and rhodium plated my wedding ring. Both rings came back so beautiful! I think they are now shining even brighter now than when I originally got them.

Fox Jewelers is by far my favorite jewelry store in the Ventura area. I love that they are always friendly and helpful and clean my rings every time I bring something in for repair or when I purchase something. They have a great selection of jewelry in a wide range of prices. I don't buy a lot of jewelry but for special occasions they always have the perfect little something. They do a great job on repairs for a reasonable price. Couldn't ask for more!

Fox Fine Jewelers did an excellent job resizing my diamond ring and making the edges more comfortably rounded. It fits perfectly now and was beautifully handled. The jewelers here are professional, courteous, and efficient, they even completed it slightly ahead of schedule so I would have it back in time for my trip. Their store is very secure and such a nice atmosphere I felt comfortable and knew I chose the right place from the moment I walked in.

They also provide extra insurance coverage while it's in their possession. I highly recommend taking any high end jewelry to Fox for whatever repairs you may have. They also had a lovely selection for future purchases!

The ladies that work here are so honest and helpful. Amberleigh has been very helpful every time I come in. Debbie is very sweet as well and I have enjoyed coming here. This place is TRASH! Do NOT go here. I brought an engagement ring to be sized here and they shrank the gold marking. They make my $1,200 ring worthless. They did not add a new jewelers mark. They left the inner ring BLANK. Over priced and CHEAP GARBAGE

Went in there with my son who was looking to buy a necklace. Friendly service, no pressure Amber was very knowledgeable and helpful. My son found what he was looking for and I even bought something for myself. We will definitely go back.

Incredible. Amazing. Perfect. That's how I'd describe the work Fox Fine Jewelry did for us. My wife's combination engagement and wedding ring is a vintage heirloom, given to me by my grandmother. She had her rings re-made in the 1960s into a single, unique piece that my wife has absolutely adored for years. It's quite unique, and neither of us have ever seen anything quite like it. SO. when we realized that the gold had worn so thin that the ring was in danger of breaking and some of the diamonds were in danger of falling out, we had to do something.

I scoured the internet until I found the website of Fox Fine Jewelry which appeared to be exactly what we needed. Reputable jewelers that specialized in repairs and remakes of vintage rings. I looked at their work, read their reviews, and but it wasn't until I went in and talked to George that I really felt comfortable about moving forward. He's a real master of the craft and let me know what the process (as well as price) would be, step by step. I'm SO glad I opted to drive out to beautiful Ventura, as opposed to braving the crazy dystopia of the downtown LA diamond district.

The team at Fox took the original ring, scanned it, and created a 3D model in their CADD based design system. So not only we were confident it would be close to the original, but we were able to make tweaks, see preview renderings, and even try on a 3D printed mock up of the ring before we pulled the trigger. We even made a few tweaks based off that model so that the final product came out just right.

We ended up re-making the ring in platinum with a larger 1 ct asscher cut center stone, a brilliant suggestion that let us maximize the design of this unique ring. When we finally went in to see the finished product we were absolutely blown away. It's like the ring we know and love was reincarnated into a sexy new body. The perfect blend of new strength, detail, and wow factor. while staying true to the original. We will forever be grateful to George, Karen, Niki, and the rest of the team for helping us preserve this heirloom for generations to come.

Over the last couple of months I've brought in some family jeweler that was in desperate need of help to be wearable again. At Fine Fox Jewelry the staff is wonderful. They were very thorough in their estimates in what needed to be done to make sure the stones were secure and the band would continue to hold up beautifully. They installed a new custom cut turquoise inlay in my sons ring and we also replaced the shank.

My son passed away last year, it is a very dear peice to me. Theyinstalled a bail on a heart locket so I could wear it again, checked and tightened stones on my wedding set, replaced shanks on two rings; epoxied a stone on an earring and epoxied a stone on a bracelet! It took several months as I brought in a price or two at a time. I appreciate the work they did and how everything turned out so lovely! They also have stunning jewelry for purchase! I highly recommend them!

This review is long overdue as I've been a customer of Fox Fine Jewelry for a few years now. Their staff are so patient and helpful and I love how they always offer to put my jewelry in their cleaning machine while I'm being helped. They are a modern store that communicates with you via text and photos if you choose. They have resoldered (sp?) a gold link bracelet for me as well as resized several rings.

When I brought in a diamond trilogy ring to be resized last month, their technician later noticed there was a chip in the middle diamond due to one of the side diamonds pressing up against it too tightly. They sent close-up photos and gave me several options on how to proceed including just leaving the diamond alone and resizing the ring as originally planned.

I chose to have them repair the diamond and remount it on the outside since it would now be smaller. The ring came out looking even better than I imagined and of course now fits better too. It was even ready over a week earlier than promised. This is simply one of the best businesses (family-owned or not) that I've had the pleasure of dealing with.

Had an incredible experience here today while passing through Ventura. My fiance and I are looking for wedding bands and Amberle was incredible helpful. I personally had no idea what I wanted going in, but she help me narrow down to 2 selections, took photos for me to look over at home and created a portfolio for me to review my options online! They are also dog friendly which is a huge plus.

I felt confident with George Fox's recommendation to replace the crown with one that would better support my stone. The repair was completed before their anticipated completion date. Fox Jewelers replaced the crown (prongs) on my wedding ring after one broke off. The staff is very friendly and professional. They study your ring under a microscope to find every identifying mark, chip, etc so you can be sure you get your same ring/diamond back safely. You are given the opportunity to address/fix anything they find. You are given a photo and description when you drop your item off. The price is on the high side but you will feel confident that your piece is treated with care by trained professionals.

I'm a wedding photographer and I recently got engaged. My fiance really wanted me to pick out the ring I wanted so I was communicating with Jen and from our email then texting she was so helpful till we made an appt to see her the following week. I really wanted to bring home a ring that day but wasn't sure if that was going to happen. I was looking at a ring on their website for a week and loved it.

But when we went in I didn't love it on my hand and picked out something totally opposite. The selection they had of rings were overwhelming in a great way. Everything was so uniquely designed and as a wedding photographer I've seen so many basic rings. I wanted something dainty but a show stopper. And I tried different rings on and kept going back to the one I didn't think I wanted.

But it was perfect on my hand. Jen had so much knowledge about the cut and quality of the diamonds they had. I was in luck that they had everything I wanted that day and I was able to bring my ring home an hour later after it was assembled and sized. The people there are extremely nice and they don't pressure you. I love that it is family owned and that they offer a military discount. I highly recommend them so much and support their business 100%. Incredible customer service and amazing quality!

I had a custom made groom's ring ordered by Fox jewelers through another vendor. It has a very black ring center with yellow gold. This is what I wanted and they understood completely. I was helped by Dezi and could not be happier. What is so outstanding about this store is they care about their customers and have great attention to detail. Everyone, everyone is so very friendly and sincere. I wish I had started out at Fox instead the other jeweler here in Santa Barbara. It's worth the drive! Thank you everyone at Fox. Fox Fine Jewelry delivers! They deliver on style, efficiency, quality, and service. When my aunt was on hospice, she arranged for each female in the family to receive a necklace with a simple sterling silver pendant that was given to us on the day of her memorial service. Obviously it has great heartfelt and soulful significance for me. Fox Fine Jewelry was able to gold plate the pendant and it is simply stunning. After my brother was wounded the first time in Vietnam in 1967, he was sent to a hospital in Korea, while there he bought a gold Tigers Eye ring. I have worn it daily for many years and it needed repairs. It was too fragile to repair so with Debbie's advice and guidance I decided to add gold and have the ring remade as a tribute peace to our brother. Debbie's fabulous design ideas were transformed into a spectacular ring by her master jeweler husband George, with the assistance of daughter Karen and the entire staff. Debbie also made a gold "Ventura" pennant that worked with my wife on for me, with a Blue Opal for my birthstone on the crest of the "wave". It is absolutely beautiful. Simply the best experience we have ever had at any jewelry store. 5 stars is not enough! They deserve 10!

For our 25th wedding anniversary, I wanted to surprise my wife with a new wedding ring so I enlisted the help of Fox Fine Jewelers. I worked with Niki and she was brilliant in her knowledge and passion for the jewelry industry. They worked with me to keep it a secret until I revealed it to my wife as it was a surprise at dinner. She even went into the jewelry store the day I was to pick up the ring and they made sure she knew nothing about the ring. What a great team! and super nice people. Fox is my go-to Jewelers from now on.
