Made an appointment at this store to have my rings custom made. They did not tell us about any mask/other protocols they have in place prior to the appointment. Upon arrival, they said we had to wear masks in order to enter the store "because they gave a toddler at home that they're trying to keep safe". If masks keep you safe, then by them wearing one they should be safe.

I'm not sick. I'd welcome them taking my temperature, but I don't need a mask to keep myself healthy. I get to be my own caretaker. I was just there to give them a lot of money for two rings.

The staff is so friendly and Mr. Franzetti is a master craftsman truly a unique artist. My favorite thing is his Austin mascot the bat designs. So much gratitude for offering custom works, unique designs and affordable pieces too.

I came to this jeweler because they are local and also close to my favorite shop for ground coffee (Anderson's). I purchased from them with the expectation that I wouldn't get my rings before the holiday season was over. (I bought from them on 12/22) and my rings were ready TODAY (12/23)! They showed me a few gorgeous pieces I loved, and ultimately helped me identify the perfect ones! I'll definitely be coming back if & when I need any new jewelry.

Incredible service and so friendly! I went to Franzetti's to have my engagement ring resized and they were so helpful. Since I wasn't sure if I'd have it done local or go to the original jeweler out of state, they gave me a spacer in the meantime and cleaned a very tarnished necklace I brought in. Ended up going back to them because they were so kind and didn't regret it! I had my ring back in less than a week and it fits perfect. Highly recommend!

I've been divorced for more than a decade, and decided I wanted to have something made from my engagement diamond for my daughter's 21st birthday. I took my wedding set to Franzetti's, and Tony Franzetti helped me look at a number of different options that would suit my daughter well. He helped me decide on a pendant, pick out a setting style, and when I returned to pick out a chain, other staff helped me select the perfect length and style.

They were very personable and patient, and the necklace turned out so beautiful, my daughter cried when she opened it. It was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this local family business.

The Franzetti family run a great jewelry shop. Bobby helped me with a custom designed engagement ring for my now wife from the loose preferences she had shared while we were still dating. I was quite clueless about jewelry and engagement rings, so Bobby helped guide me through options and created a custom designed ring from scratch. When I finally saw the completed piece, I was taken aback by how great it came out.

I had a large stone in a pendant that I wanted to use for a custom engagement ring. I got an appointment with Bobby and in the first visit we were able to design the whole thing and get a quote even though all I had was some screenshot examples on my phone. I inherited a 3 diamond ring with very special sentimental value and decided I wanted to incorporate it into my current wedding ring set. I had no idea how to make it work. Keri helped create a design that was absolutely perfect and stunning. She was so sweet, patient, attentive and professional. Bobby created a setting for me to see before casting the actual ring.

I realized I would be happier with some modifications to the casting and they were more than happy to create another cast for me. (I hated to make Bobby do extra work but they were happy to accommodate!). The end result was so perfect that I literally cried when Bobby showed it to me. Tony was so kind to me over the phone! I had the back on some clip on earrings break, and not only did he accommodate me missing an appointment time, but he fixed them in 2 minutes with no charge. Def coming back here for other jewelry repairs and if I ever need some fine jewelry (what I saw in the displays was really pretty!). You can def tell this is a local, family owned business. They even had masks outside!

I took my engagement ring and wedding band to be resized. Franzetti Jewelers was patient with me as I tried to decide on the best size, and even rounded out a different ring and polished it up for me that same day. They stuck to their estimate as far as a date for picking up my rings went, and even charged me less than originally anticipated. They're also just really nice people. They are wonderful!

Bobby has done a lot of repair work for me and always does a great job. I've also bought a lot of loose stones that he has set for me in various pieces and I've always been very happy with his work. He also TOTALLY came through for me on a last minute repair for a necklace that broke the day I wanted to wear it to event and fixed it on the spot! I didn't expect him to be able to fix it so quickly, but he knew I wanted to wear it, so he was willing to expedite the repair!

My now fiance bought my ring here and I absolutely loved it! I wasn't with my fiance when he came in to buy my ring, obviously. But, Bobby was the person who made my fiance feel so at ease when making such a big purchase. My fiance knew what he wanted and he didn't rest until he got it, he must've visited/chatted with Bobby about 9 times before finally making his purchase.

I had the pleasure of coming in with my fiance to clean my ring and look at wedding bands. This place is great! It's family owned and the family was all there the day I went. I was recently looking for a jeweler to restring a pearl necklace that had been gifted to me about 10 years ago and came across Franzetti Jewelers via Google. I dropped in one day to check it out and to see if they would be able to fix it with in the time frame needed and met Keri. I had previously gone to a couple of big chain jewelers but didn't like the idea of my necklace being sent off to another state to be looked at and then possibly fixed (no guarantee).

After looking it over Keri let me know that what I needed done could be fixed and best of all it wouldn't need to be sent anywhere else! Keri did a great job on the work needed and was ready on schedule. I definitely recommend this place due to the knowledgeable staff, friendly service, and quality of work.

Friendly and cheerful service provided when I dropped in at 10 am Saturday morning the minute they opened. I had traveled from out of town for a graduation party and had forgotten to bring earrings. My wife and I have been regular customers here for several years now, and have received consistently excellent service with every visit. There is no pressuring or upselling here, and a huge variety of pieces available to suit different price points. That said, our favorite thing about this shop is their custom work. Bobby Franzetti has created several custom pieces for my wife over the years; some with lots of input from us, some with very little, and the results are always perfect. Not, like, really good - seriously, absolutely *perfect*. It's easy to think that custom jewelry must be super pricey, but the Franzettis will work with you and your budget to bring you something awesome, as they have for us many times now. I really can't recommend them enough!

Ok this review should've been posted months ago, but better later than never! Let me start off by saying this place is aaaaamaaaazing! My now fiance and I were in disagreement of what kind of ring you could really get with the budget we had chosen. So, in order to prove him wrong (lol), we dedicated an entire day of visiting local jewelers to hear about some prices and options. Franzetti was our first stop. Located right near Kerbey Lane Cafe on Kerbey Lane (haha!), the parking can seem like a pain, but Franzetti has their own small private lot behind the store.

The moment I walked in, I was already impressed. The store is small, but light and airy and very inviting. The jewelry displayed shimmers with all the light that pours in! We met with Bobby and sat down and discussed what we had in mind and our budget. Bobby was very helpful and knowledgeable. He taught us things about diamonds we didn't know walking in, and we were able to then prioritize what was most important to us. He's easy to talk to, and in no way pushy at all.

He was genuinely invested in us and made sure we were going to get something we wanted. After leaving Franzetti, we were sold. We didn't even visit any other jewelers! I get so many compliments on my engagement ring and tell everyone about this place when I get the chance! Shop local, and you won't be disappointed. Meet with Bobby, and you'll be happy you did!

My son, a rising senior, and I walked into the shop about a half hour before closing looking for solutions for his oversized class ring. A wonderful woman met us at the door and was not only cordial but so genuine in her interest of my son and me. We also had the opportunity to meet Anthony Franzetti who co-owns the shop and he was just as authentic as she and helped us find a temporary solution for the class ring just in time for senior senior pictures.

While we waited, we had the opportunity to peruse the jewelry in the shop and it is simply beautiful. Clearly the Franzetti family and their associates take great care in selecting pieces for their clients. It certainly shows in their care of clientele from those interested in buying a diamond engagement ring to those purchasing an $8 ring spacer.
