I came here to get my wedding band resized. It has such a lovely energy inside. Everyone here was so helpful and patient with me and they did such a wonderful job. They resized my ring in a timely fashion and we're just so sweet to me. I brought my fiance in here too and we left feeling really good!

Recently I had to have 30 presents made for some of the women I work with. Peter helped me pick out the bracelets, the charms and had them engraved. For our 20th anniversary I wanted to have a new setting for my diamond ring. I wanted to keep it local and support a small business. I brought my original rings and a photo of a design I liked to Peter and he handcrafted a ring for me with my original stones. I am very happy with the results and with the nice people who work in the shop. I would definitely recommend them.

The owner has personally recreated a few of my favorite necklaces and did such an impeccable job. I've been coming here for over 7 years, the best customer service always and such sweet staff. The only problem I have when entering the shop is that I can't come out empty handed. I've also gotten some repairs done that were done excellent. Birthdays, anniversaries, Christmases and "just because", I have been a long time customer of the Generales. The owners of this Toluca Lake establishment have been my go-to jewelers for many years. They custom designed my wife's engagement ring and later our wedding bands. There are many one-of-a-kind pieces in the store, and if you have something special in mind, they patiently work with you to bring it to life.

I always found the store to provide great value pieces and their after-sale service is top knotch. The owners are very professional, warm, and honest people with high integrity, so when I read the review left below about the sapphire, I felt that I need to provide this review in support of the Generales. I don't know the exact situation about the sapphire, but this store has a pristine reputation and I would highly recommend them for all your jewelry purchases and repair services. They also have a great collection of vintage watches!

Such an amazing jewelry store! I needed to get a ring resized but unfortunately couldn't due to the type of material. Peter was nice enough to give me a ring adjuster on the spot. I loved the service so much that I had my partner get a watch resized later, and once again they did a great job in a timely manner with reasonable prices! Cannot recommend this store enough.

My wife and I love this place. They are very creative with jewelry design. The owner and staff have a true passion for jewelry and watches. Oh and super trust worthy. They've made jewelry for us and reconditioned old family watches to make them look brand new.

My sister placed and order for a sapphire here for a fair amount of money, but ended up with a stone that was below size and cracked. She brought it to another jeweler who looked at it and told her that it was cracked and too small to match the description of what she bought. I estimate that the cost of what she bought was 100X overpriced. She came back to the jewel and he claimed it was an honest mistake, and only gave her the wrong stone by accident. I am skeptical that a knowledgeable person can make such a significant and careless error. The store did offer a refund, so that is why I give 2 stars instead of 1.

I absolutely love this store. Everyone who works here couldn't be any nicer. I had such a good experience with getting a necklace and watched fixed and that doesn't even speak for the beautiful jewelry pieces that are in the store as well. Definitely will continue to come here.

Fine Jewellers it is. This family owed business here in the heart of Toluca Lake, has been a main stay in this charming village for many of years, actually decades. Silvia and Peter are the heartbeat of this fine establishment. Personable service and their offerings are always keeping many of us as returning customers, passing through generations of our own families.

Couldn't be happier with our decision to take my engagement ring in to have my diamond checked as it was loose. Peter explained to us why it wasn't sitting right in the setting. He took care of it in a timely manner and my ring has never looked better. Highly recommend!

I just picked up these custom earrings today, and they look absolutely fantastic. I wore them out of the store and received a compliment on them later on that afternoon. Brought a watch in for repair and band refit. The two people there, the watchmaker and the greeter were very kind and friendly right from the beginning. It was like being back in time. And the quality of the work was outstanding and the price very fair. I will take my watches there from now on.

I took a spill and busted my precious luxury brand watch. Aside from my slight injury, I was almost in tears knowing that it needed to be fixed ASAP and I was fearful to trust one friends referral who "had a kiosk at the mall". Sad, angry, and desperate I had another friend who told me that Generales & Generales did a great job on a piece of jewelry she owned, so I figured I would at least check em out.

They have a security double door system, which gave me assurance it would be safe- and I was greeted by a sweet lady who told me they could certainly do the repair for me. I was still slightly nervous, but I decided to let them handle it. Today I went to pick it up and to my surprise my watch appeared as if the damage had never happened, and they used the original part, which is also important to me. Got a custom ring made by Peter and had a wonderful experience all around. My fiance and I were determined to find a jeweler who would do everything local and not ship our ring out. Peter designed, budgeted, produced and delivered the custom wedding band from the Toluca Lake shop. We are very happy with how quickly the turnaround was, and how comfortable he made us feel leaving the ring there. A wax mold was made before the ring was finalized which was a great visual tool.
