Stephanie took care of me and my now fiance as soon as I walked in the door. She listened to our wants and directed us accordingly and explaining the pros and cons to various brands. After ordering my dream engagement ring, she continued to update my every step of the way. The entire Diamonds Direct team were wonderful, friendly and we'll certainly be back to purchase our next piece of jewelry!

I would definitely recommend Diamonds direct to all my friends and family. The show room is beautiful. The staff was wonderful and the prices were competitive. The salesmen at Diamond Direct are incredible! My lady and I got exceptional service and professionalism. Her ring was also finished a few weeks ahead of time and came out absolutely magnificent. It was honestly even more beautiful than I expected. (She hasn't seen it yet lol).

I moved here a few years ago so I didn't have a local jeweler. When I needed a resize and repair for my wedding rings I was nervous to use a new jeweler. I has several friends recommend Diamonds Direct so I trusted the referral. And wow was I blown away when I got my rings back! They looked like the day I got them after almost 13 years! I couldn't believe it. So gorgeous. I'm beyond happy!

I worked with Dj and he was INCREDIBLE! From start to finish he was very kind and knowledgeable. He made the entire experience very easy! He helped me create the perfect necklace for my boyfriend and the ordering process could not have gone smoother. He and Stephanie are warm and welcoming right when you walk into the store. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase quality jewelry. And to make new friends!

My experience at Diamonds Direct exceeded my expectations. David and DJ were extremely helpful. My special order came in sooner than expected and my jewelry repairs were very reasonable. I will go to Diamonds Direct for my Rolex cleaning. They are very friendly and in a word "amazing".

We love this store! They know us when we come in and treat us so well each visit. My hubby has bought my engagement ring and engagement bands here. We also bought my wedding bands here as well. We pop in for regular cleanings and our six month ring inspections as well. Their customer service is exceptional. We have been helped over the years by Danielle and Nicole, but all the staff has been more than pleasant. I highly recommend DD for their customer service and attention to detail.

This could have been a 5, but unfortunately Stephanie didn't want our business. My husband and I are coming up on our 10 year anniversary and we were upgrading my wedding ring. With everything going on with local business being impacted in these trying times we wanted to find a local, quality, and reputable jeweler to do business with. I found Diamonds Direct based on the high reviews, so we decided to drive from Sarasota to St. Pete to look at the store.

We visited the store in December 2021 and met Stephanie. Initially I really liked her and wanted to give her our business. I told her that I was waiting on another local jeweler to show me some design ideas, but one of the wedding sets we saw in DD that was platinum was something I really liked. She wrote down my contact info and details on the ring I selected.

She set expectations with me that she would reach out after the holidays. That timeline was fine with me since it was Christmas and I understood how busy she was. Then after Christmas I reached back out to Stephanie (she never called me) to follow up on the setting I liked and wanted details on pricing. She sent me a quote for a completely different ring in white gold and smaller diamonds.

I explained I wanted platinum and BIGGER diamonds. She was going to see what she had and get back to me. While waiting I even created a DD account to put rings I liked on my wish list and texted her to tell her I created a wishlist and wanted to come in on the weekend to see rings similar to things I saved. She texted me back looking forward to seeing us.

That weekend we drove to the store on a Sunday and they were closed. NOTE: Nowhere in our conversation did she bother to tell me they were closed on Sunday so we basically drove to St. Pete for nothing. I was so disappointed. I really wanted to give this local company our business, but this whole ordeal was a complete turnoff. Needless to say we went to a completely different jeweler (that wanted our business) and upgraded my diamond engagement & wedding band.

A night out for dinner turned into an engagement! The customer experience at Diamond's Direct was great. Not pushy or hovering. Nicole Blue is amazing! You'll instantly love her vibe! Very intuitive and funny! She really helped make the experience memorable. I absolutely love my ring!

I could not be happier with the quality of service from Nicole and David. Their level of professionalism and care and their products are unmatched. Nicole took her time and helped me picked out the perfect engagement ring . I highly recommend them. They stand behind their product like no other jewelry store I've ever seen. I am so happy we found Diamonds Direct! I started my experience with this store by messaging with Danielle, who answered all of my questions. Danielle told us to come in and see Nicole & DJ, and I am so glad we did! Nicole and DJ were kind, patient, and fun! My fiancee went with Nicole and I went with DJ. We each tried on rings until we found the right ones.

We never felt rushed and they made the process fun and easy. Both of them were super knowledgeable and took the time to understand what we were looking for and help us out. They have many payment options, and both Nicole and DJ were happy to explain them. We went with layaway. Every time we came in to pay, they were always so happy to see us and catch up with us. Now that we are engaged, we are greeted the same way when we come in for complimentary ring cleanings. You will not find a better place to shop for jewelry! Thank you, guys!

After looking at every diamond store possible, I stumbled across this gem of a family owned and operated, professional jewelry store in downtown St. Pete. Nicole was not your "typical" sales person. She was 100 stars + of being patient, knowledgeable, non-pushy, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my ring. She was under some pressure with the timeline, but came through with promised timeframe of having it made to perfection.

I won't shop anywhere else again for jewelry as they can custom make anything and their price points are to fit any budget. They can even 3D print! Can't rave enough about this establishment. They don't spend $$$ on advertising and get majority of their business by word of mouth so they can pass on better pricing to us the customer. Thanks again for all your help Nicole and team! We will be back soon!

Came in here just browsing and shopping around for jewelry and to look at diamond rings with my boyfriend. Stephanie was the lady that greeted us and helped us look at different rings and diamonds. She let me try on different rings and pieces and it was a good shopping experience. She was knowledgeable and patient. I was also allowed to bring my dog in and they even have dog treats for her!

Amazing service! We didn't talk about any prices but the customer service Stephanie gave was fabulous. We didn't buy anything but she gave us her business card and a complementary pen!

What an amazing experience! Just celebrated my 39th wedding anniversary and my husband took me to Diamonds Direct to buy my dream ring. Aimee waited on us and was extremely helpful, especially since I had no idea what I I was looking for, nor did I have any knowledge of cut and clarity. She educated us on store itself and where their diamonds come from and they way their jewelry is made.

My wife and I recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. We wanted to keep her original marquis diamond and incorporate some additional diamonds into a new setting. We worked with Karen and Sharon to design the ring. Both Karen and Sharon listened closely to what we wanted to achieve and in consultation with my wife designed a ring that seemed to achieve our desired look.

At this point, master jeweler Brian became involved. Throughout the process each of these wonderful people communicated regularly with us on the process and timeline. Yesterday we picked up the new ring and we were absolutely blown away with their creation. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what we were hoping for when we first walked into their store.

The entire experience was enjoyable and when Brian brought out the ring yesterday we could see the pride each of them took in producing a ring that will mean so much to us for many years. I had such a pleasant experience! I'm getting married in a few days and scheduled an appointment with Nicole to get my ring cleaned up, checked, and ready for the big day. Diamonds Direct has been so wonderful throughout the design process for our engagement ring! I came in with very specific ideas about certain design elements, yet no idea how to incorporate them all into one ring. Robert worked with us and immediately understood my vision, unlike any of the other jewelry stores we visited. He was able to show us a similar ring within 10 minutes of entering the store.

He then helped us custom design the exact ring I wanted, right down to the rose gold bridge and pale pink accent diamonds. He was so patient with us and always available to answer our many questions throughout the process. We ended up with a stunning ring within our price range. It's absolutely perfect! On the advice of my boss JP we went to Diamonds Direct in Sundial on Valentines day to pick out some gifts for our 3 daughters and unbenounced to my wife i had a plan for her as well. They helped us pick out 3 different Alex & Ani bangles for each of their personalities. While Elizabeth was on task selecting these, I was casing the joint for the perfect Valentine gift for my honey.

She is a diver and loves the sea I quickly found a great sterling silver pendant of a baby turtle hatchling I had them put it on a 18 nebula chain made by Officina Bernardi She was surprised and the girls all loved their bangles too We were greeted but not over whelmed by the staff. we were offered Sangria or Stella while we shopped. Sangria Saturday yeah!

Oh, my! We stopped in yesterday to their new location in Sundial. They were having an opening celebration complete with champagne, mimosas, and the TV crew interviewing (former) Mayor Rick Baker. The diamonds are exquisite and pricey, but lovely to look at and hold. What I liked best is that they have quite a few nice gift ideas for men ~ this place will see me shortly before next Christmas when I will choose from pens, cufflinks (and other jewelry for men), dresser valets, etc.

I think they should do well in their new location, as they are now located in an exciting area (Sundial Shops) that is sure to attract a LOT of downtown residents and visitors to the city.
