One carat equals to 0.2 grams or 200 milligrams. Carat weight is the prime factor that determines the weight of a diamond. Larger diamonds are undoubtedly costlier. Carat makes expressing diamond weight easier as compared to milligrams. Instead of giving three labels to diamonds weighing 20 milligrams, 211 milligrams and 220 milligrams, carat offers a category for fitting the diamonds in a one category, placing these diamonds in one-carat range. One should not forget that high carat weight does not necessarily mean a larger looking diamond.

The owner and his staff are are a dream team to learn and buy jewels, watches and all things precious. I highly recommend this place as the establishment is family-owned for generations with a world-class reputation in the local area, domestically or international. They don't push you to buy or rush you. They give you advice and guide you in the right direction to buy the exact piece of your dream. Guys, go to this place and pick out a dream piece for your woman for Mother's Day coming up, or engagement, birthday surprise, or anniversary celebration. Greis Jewlers is the best jewelry store, hands down. It is such a beautiful store, and every employee has a personality to match it! Chris took such great care of my (now) fiance and I. Not only did he treat us like family, but Chris gave Zac his time and attention, while on and off the clock, to ensure he was more than happy with our engagement ring.

I stopped in today to take a look around and to check their inventory out. I worked with Maria who was great help in showing me the engagement ring options and explaining the differences to look for when selecting a diamond. She wasn't overbearing in trying to sell me a product, which is something I alway dread going into a jewelry store. Overall, the experience was great!
If you are looking for a high end watch dealer in the area(Rolex, omega) then this is the place to go. Sadly, they do not have much of an "affordable" watch selection but definitely a good selection of the high end products.

I dealt with Jason Greis when I was looking for a new Franck Muller watch. He was so helpful and efficient and I ended up with exactly the watch I wanted at a great price. Customer service was second to none. I was cautious sending thousands of dollars without being there, but my watch was sent immediately and he even included some delicious chocolates.
