I recently made a trip to Grogan Jewelers in search of earrings for a graduation gift. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by Zachary. He was extremely welcoming and did not make me feel pressured or obligated to make a purchase. Grogan had a wide selection of beautiful earrings to choose from. With Zachary's help, I was able to get the perfect pair of earrings for my sister. Thank you again!

Rude as hell. Went in to spend a good bit of money on a gift and someone holster we will be with you in a minute. So I waited. 10min one worker talking with a friend of hers it seemed. The other worker helps three other folks who had walked in after me. Even offered them water. Because I have long hair and a Harley jacket on, I do not need to be waited on?

Sorry but your loss and I will let plenty of folks know this. Treat everyone with respect that they want to spend money in your store. Your work staff were rude and made it clear they did not care about helping me!

I had the best interaction with this very friendly store. The sales personnel were very friendly and helpful. The quality of the jewelry is first class. This is a guild store with exceptional fine items. I was particularly impressed by the collection of handmade knifes that are works of art. Please give a look if you are in the market for fine jewelry.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Tony helped me. No pressure but he answered all my questions. A woman (Jan i think) came out and did a beautiful gift wrap of my diamond necklace i purchased for my wife for our 30th anniversary. Toby even handed me a bottle of Champagne. My boyfriend and I went here to get our ring sizes, but we got so much more! Rebecca was the jeweler that assisted us, she was very kind and so so knowledgeable. After giving us our ring sizes, we began looking at rings so that when my boyfriend decided to pop the question he'll know what to look for. While looking, she came over to see if we needed assistance, and that turned into her educating us about diamond color and clarity, ring band shapes, and even the types of rings you get for each step of the journey (proposing and wedding bands). I don't ever do reviews and I specifically got an account on yelp to give this place a good review especially the man who helped me I believe his name is Rob Cornett. He took care of me from start to finish and was extremely helpful and a pleasure to be around. I will be coming back here.

Also, they have the best warranty of all of the jewelry stores AND they are a local business that has really unique pieces that other places don't have.

Grogan Jewelers is a family owned business, that puts their customers' needs first. They treat their customers like family. Their employees do not work on commission, like other jewelers around--so you do not feel pressured or rushed while you're shopping. Their team is always friendly and helpful! Tracy was especially amazing and knowledgeable.

We took about 2 plus hours of her time to look at wedding bands, and to have my center stone placed onto a new setting. She took my vision of what I wanted everything to look like in the end, and went above and beyond in helping us throughout the entire process. I was blown away with the results. Everything is seamless! I wouldn't go anywhere else in Nashville with my jewelry needs. (And believe me, I've been to Genesis, American Jewelers, etc. around town). Grogan Jewelers truly takes care of their customers!

Beautiful store and fantastic staff. Found out they carried the Detroit made, Shinola watches. I owe one already but have been looking for a little different design. They have a good selection and their prices are comparable to other stores which I have looked. The staff were not pushy but willing to help. They also took my wives rings and had them steam cleaned while I was trying different watches on. I left with a new Shinola watch and will return to have my wife's wedding ring upgraded this year for our 40 year anniversary.

My boyfriend and I came in for the first time Christmas shopping for earrings for his mother. Davis was right there to help us with open arms. She was very polite and helped us find exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be back to see her! She gift wrapped our stuff beautifully and even gave us complimentary drinks. As far as my husband purchasing my ring, everything was great. Cameron was the best. The reason for three star reduction is because my husband and I just went in for 6 month ring inspection and apparently they are supposed to sign the warranty booklet which we were not told or asked the last 2 times I came in for a ring inspection. The ladies that were there tonight were just not nice.

We asked for a receipt at least that the inspection was done, for which she said they would not honor it anyways. Only this warranty booklet which one could easily lose. The warranty is not tracked digitally if you lose it and then your diamond come loose or lost, you have nothing. I'm so disappointed in this experience especially after spending as much as we did with them. We did not feel treated well. Businesses are really nice when you are spending your money on them. But my how things change after you make a purchase.

Took an heirloom watch into the Cool Springs location to get some cleaning & repairs done. After order was placed and watch sent off, weeks/months had past. I called to get an idea as to the status of my order.associates lost the name/contact info to my order and were unable to get a hold of me because of it. Associates made me feel unimportant as they were very short with me and came off annoyed when conversing with me during my follow up.

I did not proceed with the service at this point as I had lost all faith in company's service abilities and requested watch to be sent back immediately, which they did. Due to my unfortunate experience here and I would not recommend in the future.

Let me start by saying they are not the cheapest. However, when working with some of the most special gifts and family heirlooms, I've learned the hard way that you want a QUALITY jeweler handling your items. I took my Granny's ring to a small repair shop to have it sized. I thought this was a simple enough task. I got the ring back and noticed it was still a little tight but thought I must have misjudged the size when I requested.

Fast forward to a year later, the bottom on the band was cracked, and the facets were completely useless leaving 4 diamonds about to fall out of the only truly expensive gift I ever knew my papa to give to my granny. I was sick! Grogans did a quality fix and brought the ring back to life. I know now that my family heirloom will hold up for many many many years to come. They were quick and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely come back for any additional repairs I have or when purchasing any fine jewelry.

Fantastic store. My fiance and I were looking for moissanite engagement rings and walked in and asked and they said they can absolutely do them! We spent probably over an hour looking at settings and discussing all the options. There was no pressure to buy and no pressure to buy a diamond, which we got from some other stores. My ring came in even sooner than they estimated! They are wonderful to work with and offer free cleanings anytime. We plan on buying our wedding rings there as well. Go visit them for any of your jewelry needs!

Came in with my Tahitian pearl engagement ring to be sized (not bought from Grogans), they were BEYOND helpful! Not only was my ring sized flawlessly but they took the extra time out to make sure my pearl was secure in the setting! Also, they made sure I knew exactly how to properly care for my beautiful ring so that it will last a lifetime! Professional, accommodating and just plain friendly! I will be back to Grogans for my jewelry needs!

Best experience I have ever had, unlike the other 2 locations I have visited. Savannah is great at her job and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond making sure that I found the right engagement ring. She made me feel like I wasn't just another customer. Over the past few weeks I've had the pleasure of working with Rob and Davis to purchase a watch as a gift. I checked with 5+ jewelers in the area and no one could help me find the specific watch she was looking for. When I called Grogan, they assured me they could get the watch rush delivered to their store. They even gave me a discount! After gifting the watch, the recipient realized that it was much larger than she had thought, so Rob and Davis helped her pick out a different model and made sure that it was exactly what she was looking for.

They had it held for us and when I went in to make the exchange they even offered to clean my rings AND repaired one that had been bent along the underside of the band. The customer service I experienced at Grogan Jewelers was above and beyond. I never felt pushed and received extra assistance when I was being the difficult customer. They were patient, thorough, generous, and kind every step of the way. I highly recommend the team at Grogan Jewelers and will definitely be returning for any of my needs in the future!

My fiancee and I went in there on a whim looking to get some ring resizing done on a wedding set, and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the turnaround time was exceptional (less than 24 hours as a matter of fact) as they have a professional jeweler on site. We had the rings appraised soon after and everything checked out. Most importantly, the rings look fantastic and fit wonderfully! Would definitely recommend and visit again.

I can't say enough about how kind this jewelry store team takes care of their customers. It wasn't just one person who was willing to help, I had 4 people assisting me- Rob, Davis, Leva and Ted the jeweler. I had recently been to another jeweler in the area to have my rings resized and their wait time for return was after the New Year. I came to Grogans and Mr. Ted was able to fix it the same day.

To be a store in the Mall, it was a true local feel with personalized experience. I'm already searching for my next jewelry purchase for customized earring jackets with them. Super helpful and kind folks that help no matter what you are looking for and something to fit your price range.

AMAZING! I got the engagement ring of my dreams from Grogan! They helped my fiance pick the perfect ring! I needed to get my ring sized and was dreading having to give it up for a few days for repair. I went in and they were so wonderful! They could see how excited I was and went above and beyond and got the ring sized in no time at all! AND while I waited they offered me a drink and I got the iciest most perfect Coke on a hot day! Really great staff and service and selection!
