We make the process worry free, too, by asking for your input every step of the way. If you don't absolutely love the results when you get home and wear it, we promise to start over.
Harrison's proudly does all of its repair and restoration work in-house using state-of-the-art equipment. Delicate chain repair, gemstone settings, prong replacement, cleaning and polishing, just tell us what you need. Our 2 bench jewelers bring over 35 years of combined experience. We love what we do and proudly stand behind all work with a one year guarantee on all repairs.
We will never value gold above honesty. So many places buy gold nowadays, you wonder how they can all be precious metal experts-AND if they care whether or not the gold actually belongs to the seller. We believe in honesty and make selling gold safe and secure for you and our community. Bring us your gold, platinum or silver-even if you're not sure it's real.
Every diamond ring purchased from Harrison's Diamonds & Designs of $1,000 or more is guaranteed. Every diamond, every prong, for life. It's that simple. All we ask is that you bring your diamond ring in every 6 months to be cleaned or checked. If there's a problem with the ring, like a worn prong, or a cracked shank, we'll fix it.

He worked with us to take our ideas and turn them into an absolutely stunning piece. from the ideas, to the digital version, to the mold, and all the way to the final piece, he worked with us to make sure every tiny detail was true to our final vision.

Every time I go to Harrison's it is excellent service. Chris Harrison designs beautiful pieces of jewelry. I have sent him gold and diamonds that my husband has bought me over 30 years of us being married. He has redesigned them in to beautiful pieces of jewelry. We have done three custom designs with Harrison's oven the years and always had an incredible experience. Chris is easy to work with, thoughtful in his designs and always competitive with his pricing. This last design was a diamond band I fell in love with online. I wanted to buy local and when they didn't have what I was looking for in store Chris was able to look at the picture I found online and design it for me. Chris and the entire team at Harrison's are amazing! They were able to refurbish my mom's 46 year old wedding ring and it looks good as new! They also helped me upgrade my very first diamond earrings to a larger pair that I am absolutely in love with. And last but not least, Chris created a one of a kind ring for me using white gold and a diamond from one of my mom's rings! It turned out perfectly and I will cherish it for the rest of my life! Went in to get a promise ring for my girlfriend. I was getting it last minute (I needed it later that day) and didn't even think about needing to size the ring. Mr. Harrison did an amazing job and had it sized within a couple hours, not the 2-5 business day wait that I assumed was standard. Needless to say, she was very happy with the ring and I am very impressed with Harrison's. I will definitely keep it in mind for future purchases!

My fiance and I absolutely love Harrison's jewelers! My fiance ordered my engagement ring and had my wedding band custom made at Harrison's and they both turned out great! They are so good about messaging us when the items are ready to be picked up, making sure the rings turned out how we want them to look and giving us that perfect finished piece!
